It just so happened that the children were on vacation and we specially brought the educational significance of red tourism. The service worth mentioning was an unexpected surprise. Extra points. "Stayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping.
The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided."

The hotel I chose should be one of the few star-rated hotels in the scenic area. It just opened last year, and the facilities are quite new, with no decoration smell. The intelligent facilities and the toilet can flush automatically make Xiaodu feel very comfortable as he played music. It is very convenient to walk to the former residence and the memorial hall.

"Because of a store, I know a city, the quality of accommodation and thoughtful service of this store, let me have a particularly good impression of Lushan, it is really a great man's hometown, the mountains and rivers are good people and the shops are better 👍👍👍 Room: clean, comfortable bedding, and especially sufficient bath water. Service: Buick business pick-up station, delivery station, especially when we met a lot of team people on the return trip to the Dishuidong Scenic Area, we would not be able to catch up with the high-speed rail. The hotel manager Chen actually drove more than 10 kilometers in person, and took our luggage in the hotel. Come to pick us up at the entrance of the Dishuidong Scenic Area. It’s really moving. GGuest UserThis is a very typical rural B&B, with a restaurant on the first floor and guest rooms on the second and third floors. The B&B is located in a village at the entrance of the scenic spot. Parking is allowed and pets are allowed. It is about 500 meters away from the former residence of the elders and the Bronze Statue Square. The owner's service is warm and the room is clean. The facilities are simple and outdated. The bathroom did not provide bath towels and there was no shower. The bedding may be too basic and make a twitching sound when you turn over. In Shaoshan in March, the temperature at night was very low, so I needed to turn on the air conditioner, but the sound from the outdoor air conditioner was loud, like a tractor. When I turned off the air conditioner, the same sound came from the outdoor air conditioners in other rooms, and the quilt was a little thin. Great choice for light sleepers. It’s okay to just pass by on a self-driving tour and stay overnight.

GGuest UserThe couple running this renovated traditional home in Mao's home village are very attentive to guests' needs, even on the busiest day of the year, December 26th, Chairman Mao's birthday. My partner was coming down with a cold and got some ginger soup to drink. Additionally, when we screwed up our schedule and almost couldn't make our train out of Shaoshan, with no train available to reschedule, the couple arranged for the husband to drive us to the station for little more than gas money. It's up a slight hill from the other inns and allows one to get a bit of peace and quiet, again, even on the busiest day of the year, when Shaoshan is very worth a visit for anyone interested in Mao Zedong's legacy, given the number of Chinese people who show up to sing, dance, wave various flags and give speeches. Don't make our mistake and schedule the Chairman Mao memorial hall for a full visit instead of rushing though it. The exhibit is full of pictures and dioramas and has English captions for most things.
I also wish we'd had time to explore the pagoda on the hill behind the guesthouse.

It is also a few kilometers away from Chairman Mao’s former residence and surrounding areas. It was a very nice stay. The environment and hygiene were very good. MM490772****This trip to Lushan is too good for the hotel! Shanggeyali is really in the core location of the city. Downstairs is Xintiandi Pedestrian Street. You can go shopping and eat when you go out. Ruixing, Guxuan and various night snack stalls, authentic Lushan restaurants are all around, and it is super convenient for food shopping. The front desk service was particularly warm, the check-in was fast and intimate, and the questions were particularly patient. The room was much more spacious than expected, the new Chinese design was very elegant, the hygiene was super in place, the bedding was clean and odorless, and there was no dust in the corner. Living comfortably and conveniently, I will choose this one next time I come to Lushan, and I have already recommended it to my friends!

There were mosquitoes at night, and the hotel prepared the original mosquito coil, but there was no match.
