位置：距離景區不到2公里，自家有停車場 設施：民宿沒有電梯可以理解，有空調，一層可以看電視，房間電視有免費節目，有非一次性拖鞋，有一次性毛巾，提供飲用水。棉質卧具舒適。 衞生：比較乾淨，幾乎沒死角 環境：內外部整潔有序 服務：老闆娘情商高、性格好，隨時笑眯眯，預訂後提前致電聯繫，問詢到店時間，考慮景區不方便停車，主動提供擺酒店到景區的免費擺渡服務。 餐飲：早餐10元/人，提供白米粥、水煮蛋、饅頭、米粉、小菜，米粉&粥可以免費加。午晚可以點餐，價格還算合理，大部分菜品還可以 綜合性價比高

I am a solo female traveler from America. The owner and family took wonderful care of me. As if I were their family and not just a guest. The owner drove me to the Mao scenic area, helped me find the ticket area, and returned later to take me home. Then he later drove me to a restaurant for dinner, where I also met his cute dog Wang Wang, and afterwards took me to the evening musical performance about Mao. Which was great to see even not speaking Chinese. My departure train was late in the afternoon but they allowed me to just rest in the hotel lounge and garden. Gave me tea, fruit, and cake while I waited. Even offered to drive me to the train! So friendly. So kind. And hotel room was VERY comfortable. Stay here! Ps. I recommend using WeChat to communicate with the host if you don’t speak Chinese. Made things so easy.

房間安靜乾淨衞生，床墊軟硬適中，一夜好眠。 老闆娘熱情好客友善，還開摩託接送至景點，推薦晚上去看的“中國出了個毛澤東”大型室外劇挺震撼。老闆廚藝也不錯親自動手做，做的菜都好好吃。還有衹可愛的小黃狗喚名“薯片”，不認生任擼。下午空氣很好出去散步很舒服，此次玩得挺開心，期待有時間再來玩要多待幾天，韶山是毛爺爺的故居地，真是個人傑地靈的好地方！

I was their first Westerner not accompanied by a Chinese person & it took a while to complete my registration.. but the two receptionists were very helpful & solved the situation. They were both excellent & with the use of translate app we managed. Excellent hotel & very helpful staff.. Highly recommend by me

房間整潔明亮，老闆待人熱情真誠，超出了我的預期。 床鋪特別舒適，印象特別深刻的是，結束白天的行程回到潤基民宿，老闆一邊陪我們聊天，一邊在整理摺疊洗凈曬乾後的床單被套枕頭枕套。 下次來，還會再選潤基。 另：潤基民宿的家庭餐也很不錯，可選套餐也可單點菜。 我們一大家定了6間房，在潤基民宿住了2晚，非常滿意。

The couple running this renovated traditional home in Mao's home village are very attentive to guests' needs, even on the busiest day of the year, December 26th, Chairman Mao's birthday. My partner was coming down with a cold and got some ginger soup to drink. Additionally, when we screwed up our schedule and almost couldn't make our train out of Shaoshan, with no train available to reschedule, the couple arranged for the husband to drive us to the station for little more than gas money. It's up a slight hill from the other inns and allows one to get a bit of peace and quiet, again, even on the busiest day of the year, when Shaoshan is very worth a visit for anyone interested in Mao Zedong's legacy, given the number of Chinese people who show up to sing, dance, wave various flags and give speeches. Don't make our mistake and schedule the Chairman Mao memorial hall for a full visit instead of rushing though it. The exhibit is full of pictures and dioramas and has English captions for most things. I also wish we'd had time to explore the pagoda on the hill behind the guesthouse.

房間乾淨衞生，位置方便，距離主席故居歩行可達，環境安靜舒適，老闆也很熱情，他們家也可以用餐，早晚都有。性價比很高，價格也不是很貴，相比景區算很友好的。值得推薦，大家可以過來體驗一下，非常不錯。

這次住得特別滿意，真心推薦！ 房間裏的設施都很新，空調、熱水、網絡都好用，住着舒服又方便。酒店環境安靜整潔，採光也好，待着很舒心。服務態度特別好，前台熱情周到，有問題都及時幫忙解決。衞生打掃得很乾凈，床品、衞生間都清清爽爽，住着放心。樓下就是步行街，出行也非常方便！整體體驗超棒，下次來還會選這家！
