環境：綠化非常好，適逢綉球花季，酒店開滿了綉球花，非常漂亮。如果有興致，還可以問管家要小籃子去採摘楊梅。 交通：酒店內有接駁車，如果在酒店不想散步，可以通知管家叫接駁車接送。如果是乘高鐵來遊玩的，酒店更有貼心的接送站服務，非常方便。 房間：每個房間都有很大的陽台，如果天氣適宜，可以坐在陽台上喝茶。房間大小適宜，迷你吧裏面的飲料和小吃都是免費的，提供的一次性牙刷和拖鞋也非常舒服。唯一不太好的就是房間隔音不是很好，如果隔壁衞生間有人説話和洗漱，聲音聽得非常清楚。 餐飲：酒店的上園餐廳實在是太美味了，表揚廚師，我們連吃了兩天，每個菜都沒有踩雷，非常美味。早餐也很不錯，主食套餐雖然不換，但菜品每天都會更換。對於連住客人，下午茶點心也會進行更換調整。 服務：最後必須要提一下服務，實在是太好了，從接送站員工，接駁車員工，到迎賓員工和酒店打掃服務員工，包括餐廳員工，每位服務態度都非常非常好，真真正正讓人體會到了什麼叫賓至如歸，還有夜床服務，也很貼心，離店時還贈送了連住禮物。 總而言之：這次入住非常非常滿意，如果以後再次來宜興，還會選擇該家酒店入住。

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful, harmonious atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The service was simply the best we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was perfect. The restaurants were exceptional, offering world-class cuisine, impeccable service, and an unforgettable dining experience. Every meal exceeded our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly extraordinary experience.

Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

這次旅行由父母朋友圈説起的瑤湖小鎮開始，然後就變成了週中説走就走的行程，一直喜歡住民宿感覺更貼近要去的地方一點，而且民宿其實各方面的設施有的時候比起酒店更貼近一點生活。 這次旅程吃飽睡好，安靜人少，小貓小狗陪伴不無聊。也去了蠻多地方的，一直不喜歡住景點附近這次開車到哪裡都是10幾分鐘還不錯，沿途也有綠色相伴，算是不錯的體驗。

The property is so beautiful and comfortable. Every inch is a well designed aesthetic scene with tasteful decor and gardening outside (some bits left to be natural and wild, attracting butterflies) the team is super helpful and nice- always reachable and happy to help. The location is not as remote as one could wish, but this means you have easy access to some beautiful walks in the bamboo sea and the older towns. The cafe does get busy in the late mornings but early morning and evenings are incredibly peaceful. Coming back to the comfortable rooms and hot showers from a hike is a great feeling. A place truly run with so much passion and hard work! I will come back in the autumn or cold weather one day.

I had the best stay at this hotel! It's like the best service I've ever encountered in china. Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the drivers. My kids and family fell ill when we arrived, so really thankful for the staff they even helped to cook porridge for my kids as they wasn't able to eat well. Big thank to cleaning aunties, receptionist, hotel staff and the drivers who sent and picked us. Oh and not to forget the rooms and the whole ambience was really nice too. Everything was clean and with smart features

此行入住最驚喜的一家四星酒店，整體走低調輕奢路線，裝潢簡約大氣，沒有堆砌廉價裝飾，高級感藏在每一處細節。客房採光通透，清潔標準拉滿，角落無灰塵，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果超出預期。 服務是最大加分項，阿羅小哥辦理入住高效快捷，主動引路，客房服務響應及時，待人温和有禮，分寸感拿捏恰到好處，不會刻意客套，卻處處讓人感受到被重視。房間配套齊全，完全不輸五星旅居體驗，下次來本地還選這裏，誠心推薦。👍👍👍

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of December, I initially booked the cheapest room on the lowest floor but was upgraded to the danggui tatami room on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with the window facing the central courtyard which gets full daytime sun in winter. The initial room I booked would have had the window and outdoor area facing the courtyard as well as the restaurant which should be noted if privacy and quiet is a priority for you. Additionally, the price is much better during off peak periods, around 4 times the price i booked when booked during the new year period onwards Each room comes with a tea set which is quite fitting for appreciating Yixing culture and the seperate wet area for the shower and toilet was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing for the overall building is a bit bad as you can hear when people are climbing up the stairs or if the restaurant is full and people are celebrating/drinking. The breakfast on the first day was a platter of side dishes with rice porridge which was quite nice and filling, while the second day was a bowl of noodles. Both were quite delicious but I would've appreciated more local cuisine featured like bamboo shoots and black rice but maybe it was off season. Overall, I am very happy with my stay, the location is very convenient for a 1 day trip to the 3 main clay museums and old district!

挺滿意的，就在路旁很好找，門口免費停車，車位充足。過路休息性價比不錯，周邊吃飯購物方便，酒店出來後左轉過小馬路有個社區便民食堂，乾淨又衞生便宜又好吃，種類很多特別划算。房間面積適中，床品也挺乾淨的，好評！

其實説實話 房間就無功無過 但是值得表揚的是酒店的態度非常好 遇到事情也沒有任何推諉 四家帶娃一起出來玩 退房的時候 大人在大堂給了小朋友紅包 但是小朋友沒有管好 隨意一放 也不知道放在那裡 回程途中突然想起來 立即聯繫酒店 酒店前台小姐姐非常nice 沒有任何不滿推諉 立即馬上就給我調監控 後來找到了 特別感謝
