"Good location. Walkable from train station - about 5 mins. Actually you can walk to most places from here. Room is very bright with white lights which I like. And breakfast spread is great too. You get to choose a wine or fruit juice as a welcome drink at breakfast. However there is no gym."

"Lovely, quiet, clean room in hotel which is a half hour walk of 5-10 min tram to city centre. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good variety of food. Staff were attentive and kind.  Only thing that we thought was slightly strange is that we had two single duvets laid down on the bed horizontally? We just moved them vertical and had a single duvet each, but for a double bed we thought it was a little strange. (The double bed was 2 singles pushed together but didn’t bother us) Overall we had a good stay for a very reasonable price and would recommend."

The Room: Bright, stylish, and featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, but just a quick walk or tram ride from the bustling Old Town . Service: The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided fantastic local recommendations. It is an absolute gem that offers luxury and style without the hefty price tag. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Hermitage hotel review TL;DR: Good location. Fair price. Good: - Very good location, convenient and quiet. 50 meters from the river. Tram 15 minutes to old town. Plenty of groceries and decent restaurants. - Clean, well-lit room. - Room has kettle and fridge. - Plug locations are convenient. Potential improvements: - Soundproofing. Heavier footsteps from upstairs can be heard. Earplugs suffice to block them. - Room details. Too many mirrors, one facing the toilet seat. Unnecessary door to wardrobe. Door of safe hangs ajar if not locked, and can hit legs quite painfully. - Blackout curtain is 25 cm from the windows, so no blackout. - Air conditioner only has a knob to control temperature, without any numbers marked."

"Everything was fantastic except the shower! Theres a bath woth shower, however, the shower doesnt hang up like a normal shower but rather lower down where pne has to sit in the bath tub to have a normal shower. The water temperature is not consistent and keep going from cold to very hot.... Apart from that, room was really nice, clean and spacious. Staff were great too"

"The hotel requires online check-in before arrival, which was smooth and convenient. The location is excellent—very close to Prague Main Train Station, making it a great choice for those traveling by train. The only downside was the lack of a door tag to request room cleaning. We stayed for three nights without any housekeeping service or amenities being replenished. This is something the hotel should improve on. Thank you."

"The service was great. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The lobby and common areas smelled really good, I want whatever that is for my house. The breakfast was also great though one of the breakfast rooms seemed to be set up for an ambush or something with the amount of bottleneck points. They might want to reconfigure the set-up so it's less chaotic. The beds were super comfy. We could not reach all the window shades to open them for the full effect of the room. Perhaps some sort of hook or crook would be helpful. Overall it was great. Amazing location."

"I throughly enjoyed my stay here. It had a cost and homely feel. It started with a friendly check in experience. The two ladies were apologetic about the fact that the lift had malfunctioned and as I was staying 5 nights across a weekend (when not likely to get fixed quickly) they were rearranging the room to put me on a lower floor. The room had 3 bunk beds of wooden construction, enclosed on three sides with curtains. Inside the mattress was narrower than the platform, though the upside meant there was a ‘shelf’ the full length of bed on to which I could put many items (drinks, clothes, handbags etc). Hooks inside and outside the bed space. Individual lights and two power sockets. It feels very roomy , like your own living space. The room had shelving, under bed drawers big enough for carry on luggage (own padlock needed), table and chairs. Showers and toilets are in the corridor, my first thought that there was not enough but I never needed to wait as they were occupied. Hairdryer at sink. Kept clean. Each bed is provided with a small hand towel: I thought this was a great idea as it was sufficient to dry off and saved heavy use of my travel towel. Front entrance, corridors and rooms accessed by key card access. It felt like a safe place. I made frequent use of the self catering kitchen that was clean, modern and well equipped. There were plenty of storage boxes provided. There is a common area in front of reception. Beer and food available. Reliable WiFi. Location was very good. 10 min walk from the train station and drop off place of FlixBus. Vegan restaurant 10min walk. 5 min walk to Wenceslas square which has many shops and Christmas market food stalls. 10-15min walk to old town square with the astronomical clock and main Christmas market. With how busy the old town Centre is I am so glad to not be staying right in/next to it. I went to performances at the national theatre and Dvorak Hall and after evening performances felt safe walking back to the hostel. It is very easy to get around by walking or tram. If I go back to Prague, this is where I will stay."
