Hotel dengan Wifi di Eilat

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

Great location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy. Please make sure he gets this compliment.

Was a very nice experience beautiful hotel with a lot of things to do on and off site The breakfast buffet was amazing would come again only for that… Was overall a very fun experience and a very good price as well

埃拉特的凱撒是以色列25天觀光中讓我最失望的酒店。跟提比利亞的凱撒無論從環境到設施還是工作人員態度，簡直是天壤之別。酒店環境極其普通，與它標識的級別完全不符，房間設施陳舊。一入住首先陽台門就是壞的，打了電話要求維修，修理人員態度很好但是來來去去拿了幾次工具，用了一個多小時才修好。酒店隔音很差，而且給的房間好像是裙樓的房間，過道擁擠。早餐環境也嘈雜，食品不豐富。幸好衹預訂了一晚，第二天換到了旁邊的另一家酒店。

The hotel is clean and pleasant, especially since it's exclusively for grown-ups - no children, so the atmosphere it very quiet. It's at the edge of the hotels area, furthest from the sea shore, but it still is within walking distance (even inn the heat of Eilat). The rooms are nice, the breakfast is excellent, the supper is very good, and all in all it was a positive experience. However, special requests made in advance were met with supposedly positive intentions, but with zero implementation. One of us is handicapped, so we asked for a non-slip mat in the shower. They said yes, of course, but never provided it. We also stated in advance we were celebrating a birthday - other hotels usually refer to it in some way (some go as far as cake and balloons) - here another zero. Also, parking space is limited; the only parking available is at a public lot, about a 5-minute walk away, currently on a badly broken and blocked sidewalk. I would have expected a hotel to provide some sort of a solution for a handicapped guest when they know it in advance. Well, expectations... (the manager I spoke to when we checked out promised to send an email with a discount for next time. As usual: positive intentions, zero implementation.)

The hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful.

When you take the room with the plunge pool be aware that there is no privacy, everyone from the street to the higher floors can peep down or up at you. The metal roof hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long and was filled with trash. The room itself looked quite new however smaller then advertised.

We had an extraordinary 3 days 2 nights Shavuot experience, everyone enjoyed every moment. Warm welcome, courtesy, professional service! Clean and equipped rooms The children enjoyed the pools and the facilities, and we all enjoyed the food at a very high level. We got the feeling of VIP guests Many thanks to the reception staff and hotel management, we feel that they are making an effort to provide an exceptional service experience.

We arrived at the hotel and couldn't find where to park to take the suitcases out of the car to the hotel. Check in was good. We got to the room and it was ditto and no towers. The shower and toilet were not clean.
