They prepared lovely home cooked breakfast and also provided quality recommendations of what I can do. This place is close to the heart of the city. It's very, very clean and has great security too. "some dorm beds have privacy curtains, but not all. bathroom was clean and modern with good heating. one of the cheapest accommodation option, right beside the bus station, 24/7 front desk but there might be a queue as they serve the entire building which is not just a hostel but also student dormitory and other types of accommodation. Great value for the price."

"Perfect if you have a late night/ early morning flight not ideal if you're landing late like I did as I was woken up several times. All in all it was fine and the guy working was lovely but would not redo this stay the same as I did (poor planning on my part for sure!)"

"Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes."

"Las habitaciones son muy lindas, están en una zona un poco alegada del centro pero sigue siendo una buena opcion si se saben manejar en transporte, la limpieza entiendo que la hacen cada 3 dias y esta bien no tuvimos problemas de ningun tipo todo funciona bien! Solo que a mi hermana le toco dormir en el sillón cama y pensamos que por lo menos tenia un colchón arriba para poder descansar a gusto pero no es muy duro pero durmió conmigo en la cama grande y no hubo problema! "나폴리 센트럴에서 도보 5분 이내라 위치는 정말좋음. 근데 방 개작고 냉장고없고 커피포트도 없음. 에어컨은 있음. 보통 객싱에 커피포트 없을경우 프런트 가서 얘기하면 주던데 여긴 아예 없다고함; 없다고 하는것도 whask 단답형으로 정색하듯이 말해서 내가 뭔 말도안돼는 요구한거처럼 느껴지게함.. 조식도 손님이 알아서 음식 골라 담아가는게 아니라 웬 아저씨 통해서 배식받음. 일부러 눈치보게하려는 전략인거같은데 어차피 대부분 맛도 없어서 크루아상빼곤 다ㄴㄴ 진심 여러 나라 여러 호텔을 가봤지만 이런데 처음보고, 애초에 이탈리아 자체가 개별로라 근처도 안올거지만 여기는 내가겪어본 최악의 호텔로 기억에남을듯"

"We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!"

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! With the beautiful balcony overview the city area. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Central train station and everything I needed was nearby. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me over the phone on how to open the front gate and access my room. Although the key took a little effort to turn in the lock, it was no trouble at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back!"

"Unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I could not stay at Magris There was no refund However I tried to contact them even before the flight was cancelled and their phone did not work I wanted to find out about transport from the airport Sadly the lack of communication and service before I even got there would stop me trying to re- book Maybe it was good luck that Wizzair cancelled last minute- though it didn’t seem like it at the time 😭"
