In the room there are towels, yukata robes, some hygiene supplies except teeth brushes because the hotel tries to reduce plastic wastes. The hotel gifted a set for face and tea for a booking on a particular website. The hotel approximately in 10 mins from train station, and close to the sea."

"Although there were multiple communications with the hotel regarding dining arrangements due to an issue with the intermediary agent, the overall performance of the hotel was truly delightful. From the station pick-up to the front desk, and from the hot springs to breakfast and dinner, everything was professional and thoughtful. If you want to experience an authentic Japanese feel, this is undoubtedly the best choice in Ito. If I return to Ito, I will definitely choose to stay here again."

"My first hotel in Japan, and I immediately noticed the distinct difference from hotels back home. The elderly gentleman at the front desk was warm, humble, and polite, and they also had brochures with information on Ito's attractions and transportation, available for guests to pick up. The room was very clean and just right for my friend and me. The hotel isn't far from Ito Station, making morning train transfers very convenient. We woke up to mountain views, and the hotel even has a 24-hour coin laundry facility. Overall, it was very convenient in every aspect. Our two-day experience on the Izu Peninsula was fantastic. If I ever revisit Izu, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"My family and I stayed here for three nights, two in a modern Japanese-style room (和モダン「粋」-sui-和室) (breakfast included) and one in a Japanese-style room in the main building (和風ルーム (main building)). My family loved the tatami rooms, so both were excellent experiences. The hotel breakfast is also highly recommended. The Japanese breakfast includes a small hot pot and freshly steamed rice in a clay pot, perfect for Chinese palates who love hot food. It offers a balanced selection of fish, meat, eggs, and dairy. One day, the hotel even had a Chinese-speaking staff member take care of our table, which was incredibly thoughtful. We also highly recommend the hot springs. The large baths were wonderful, and they have the only drinkable hot spring water in Ito, which is good for your digestion. I signed up for a membership during my stay and would love to stay here again!"

"This is a fairly traditional Japanese hotel with very attentive service; my girlfriend even felt a little uncomfortable. The tatami rooms were quite comfortable. This time, we stayed in an east-facing room with a distant view of the sea, and we could see the sunrise over the ocean every morning. The deluxe dinner was excellent value for money; it was the best meal we had during our trip to Japan. The variety of dishes was abundant and the taste was delicious. Although each dish didn't look like much, it was enough to fill us up. The onsen (hot spring) was standard. The two styles of baths are switched daily between men's and women's baths. Having not been to many onsen, I can't really comment on it. The private bath was indoors, which wasn't quite as impressive as the open-air private baths I've been to in Hakone. The lounge on the third floor was quite nice, with massage services and manga. Overall, it was a good experience. If you're planning a trip to Izu, you might consider this place. There are buses from Ito Station to various attractions in Ito Kogen, which is quite convenient. You could even stay an extra day to relax in the onsen."

"Absolutely five stars!!! Excellent service and amazing pool side view. Both dinner and breakfast are perfect!! They provide shuttle buses but the timing is not good for me. It’s only around 10 minutes walk from nearest station. So the location is not a big problem for me."

"The service was excellent. On our first night, the air conditioning had some issues, and the receptionist made several trips to help us, but it still wasn't fixed. They eventually moved us to a room with good air conditioning. The view from the window was quite nice; it must be even more beautiful during cherry blossom season. The location is good, within walking distance of Ito Station, and there are convenience stores nearby. Taking a taxi from the station to the hotel should be free. By the way, the hotel service was really great. After checking out and returning to collect our luggage, we realized we had left our phone in a taxi. We had to ask the hotel receptionist for help to retrieve it."

"There are some insects in the room. It may be due to the suburban environment that there are more mosquitoes and beetles. The location is relatively remote and there are no restaurants open at night, but the staff is very polite."
