Hotel Mountain view di Ito

The hotel is located close to the Ito downtown, we were driving so it wasn't an issue. There are plenty of parking at the hotel. The ryokan is well maintained, it doesn't feel old, the onsen are properly modernized and clean. The room is HUGE which, with many functional areas, it was very pleasant room. There is also a private onsen as well for family or couples for a small fee. The private onsen has a good traditional style to it and it was open-air . There are also a chair for old people and toys for kids, so it's well thought out. Many people seems to like to have their dinner at the private eating room on first floor, so we did the same. They had one service person per 2-3 rooms maybe so we were well serviced, and the guy was very nice. I remember meeting him for dinner, and he realized we can only speak English, so the next morning when we met him again for breakfast, it looks like he made note in his notebook so he can properly introduce the dishes to us in English. I could feel the dedication so thank you to the man.

I had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

The stay was absolutely amazing! Hosts are super friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and clean, there were a fridge, microwave and electric kettle, as well as cups and napkins. Also, the drop off and pick up service was super helpful. The hosts have 3 lovely dogs! I would definitely recommend staying there, and if I’ll have a chance I stay there another time.

A family resort utilized by locals. Location more accessible with cars or taxi and surrounding no convenience store. But nice and serene and great views. Large apartment style rooms with western bed n tatami beds. But tatami needs to set up by yourself and the mattress too thin for my aching back. My room has 1 toilet and 1 bathroom but the toilet has no hand soap which I consider not convenient. Buffet dinner is ok, good variety with sashimi, sushi, grilled beef, tempura and local dishes, but taste wise just normal. I think their buffet breakfast is much better with super nice french toast and other choices of curry, salad, ham, bacons, veg. Facilities wise there's a beautiful public onsen looking over the hills n ocean a far, beautiful nightscape. They have indoor swimming pool, table tennis and a spa. A great getaway for family

Very nice hotel. The room is pretty large with one table and one desk in it. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends, and we’ll stay again if I visit Ito next time.

It is locate in the hill, takes about 10min to drive up or down to the nearest 7 11. Check in was easy. Onsen facility is great. Perfect for a couple trip. Kitchen is great, we drove to supermarket that is like 20min away for some grocery to cook at home. Very relax area.

Traditional room with futon to sleep. Apparently the floor is not full tatami. Kinda different from japanese traditional room i've been at. As person from former USSR space i would say this place has ”soviet hotel vibe”, for japanese people i guess its more of ”showa” vibe. The onsen is actually public bath locals also use (which i am personally more than fine with), has both styled indoor bath and outdoor bath. Outside there are free cooling beverages and some ice cream to buy (i couldn't imagine how good it goes after bath). Staff is very nice and tried their best to explain everything to me in english even though didn't manage to and we switched to japanese but i appreciate the effort

山の方で静かに佇んでいた伊豆One倶楽部。外観は洋風に近い感じで受付もバイクや懐かしのフィギュアなど、ガラスケースにも飾れていました。なんというか、好きが溢れたような感じでした。 泊まった部屋まで丁寧に館内をしてくれて、部屋は写真で見たような和室の空間。テレビ、テーブル、敷布団、ケトルなど、最低限のものもありつつ簡単な空間だけど、どこか懐かしさを感じさせるような、そんな感じがしました。 ひとつだけ言うと私がとまった時期(3月下旬）)なのか、山の方だからなのか、少し肌寒さを感じました。個人的にはそれでも良きなのですが、人によっては上着をかけるものが必要かもしれません。 そしてお風呂。浴槽は入れませんでしたが、シャワーだけでも十分でした…ただ朝に入ったからか、お湯にならずなかなか温まらない感じでした…着替えるスペースに置かれたストーブ、温かいです。 帰る際に立ち寄った広いスペースの共同ルーム？のような部分は絶景で海も見えてとても綺麗でした。もっと晴れてたら綺麗だったんだろうなぁと思いました(写真はそのスペースの部屋から撮ったものになります)。 今回は1日出張で緊急に止まったのですが、なかなかいい部屋だったし、機会があればまた…かな？という気持ち。ただ、車が必須な場所なので、その点だけはお気をつけてください。コンビニも…そばには無いのでご飯を食べてから宿泊、がよろしいかと思います。

川奈駅から無料の送迎があり、とても助かりました。予約制です。駅からは車で12分位かかり、山の中でした。 館内はとても雰囲気か良く落ち着いていました。 スタッフの方も親切でした。 夕食時、1時間飲み放題になり静岡麦酒がおいしかったです。お料理も全て美味しかったです。 とても楽しい旅行になりました。 ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

The hotel location is near the zoo with free parking . We have reserved a room with giraffe theme . Kids friendly. How ever , the staff is poor in English . And not helpful and kind . They turnoff the light without information when a kids playing inside the playhouse . It turn out my kid fall down and get hurt .
