PPengguna TetamuStaff were wonderful. They held my luggage as I was very early for check-in and communicated via a handheld translator. The room was very nice and spacious with an absolutely gorgeous view to the city and surrounding areas. The private hot spring tubby on the deck was also wonderful as you do get the scene to the city and providing a wonderful ambiance. The food provided was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Now the caveat is the hotel is on a hill and unless you have transportation like a rental car or taxi, getting up there is a hike and more so with luggage. The staff also provided me with a shuttle to Itō station and some snacks to my next location. Oh and the wonderful picture they took and framed for me was also so thoughtful

GGalpsWe only stayed one night, but it was an incredible experience - everything from the caring service to the traditional style of room to the thoughtful osen setup! All five star! The staff spoke limited English but it was very smooth and easy to use translation software. We chose to have breakfast there and it was delightful - so many little dishes and all served in our room and we even dressed up in traditional attire for it, provided by the ryokan. It’s very easy to get a taxi from Izu Kogen and it was easy for us to order an uber in the evening for dinner if you don’t want to go full out for what the ryokan provides - so it’s friendly enough if you aren’t driving. The individual osen pools were so chill - could have sat there for hours! High recommend this place if you want a piece of real Japanese culture!

PPengguna TetamuAll was excellent! Great thanks for the staff. Hot springs experience was unforgettable. Dinner and breakfast were really amazing. Beautiful nature with ocean rock coast and wood suspension bridge nearby gave as a lot of wonderful views too.

MM359690****性價比很高。到了伊東站可以免費坐出租車到酒店，走的時候酒店還會叫出租車免費送去伊東站。一間房可以免費接➕送一次。有大浴場，還有兩個可以預約的私人温泉，每間房都可以免費預約一次45分鐘的私人温泉。酒店的護髮素用了很柔順，走的時候還買了洗髮水和護髮素帶走。適合悠閑地在城裡逛逛，然後呆酒店泡温泉。這次預約沒有約含早晚餐的，主要是我不吃生肉，感覺餐也會不錯的樣子。

Ttalkox_jackieThe room is comfortable, but the room is quite dark, not charger, usb near the bed, so u have to put on somewhere to charge your mobile. The meal is fine, not very impressive, and the onsen is not large, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor on the highest floor. Overall the stay is happy ! While u leaving, the staff will help to call taxi.

Aahlun travelMy stay, though brief at only one night, was exceptionally pleasant. While the location is somewhat remote, making it ideal for self-driving, I strongly advise traveling during daylight hours due to the complete absence of streetlights at night. Otherwise, everything was very good.
