New hotel that is in the same building as Hyatt Place. Same facilities, similar room, but cheaper. There is a little kitchen, but the cooking top is not working, and there is no dishes or pots, not even a spoon. So I find this a bit misleading. The only thing is a big fridge with freezer. Big TV but I couldn't figure out the remote controller and for me was completely useless. Breakfast is OK, but everyday exactly the same.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。

Если у вас есть деньги, стоит заказать что-то подороже, если нет, то жить можно, но цена соответствует условиям. Из самых больших минусов: мы были в конце ноября, полы холодные. Кондей работает на отопление нормально, но ходить только в тапочках (выдают). В душе горячая вода с перебоями. Душевую лейку держать только в руках, закрепить на стене нельзя. Из плюсов - местоположение прекрасное. В номерах кушать нельзя, с третьего этажа предполагалось ходить на второй в зону для питания (не очень удобную). Зато прям под боком улица со стритфудом, можно на берегу моря посидеть)

Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Small rooms but clean and budget for around 24$ in a very central location from subway station 20 meters and walking distance from several attractions and 2 subway stations from Busan Train station. Also breakfast included bis extraordinary in this price! Limited English speaking reception but doing their best and functional. They also have washing machine for free! Appreciated.

Peralatan elektrik sangat lengkap, mesin basuh, pengering, peti sejuk, ketuhar gelombang mikro jenama Samsung adalah nilai tambah yang besar. Mesin basuh sangat senyap. Lokasi strategik, tetapi bau renovasi sangat, sangat, sangat kuat, terutamanya di atas katil. Sangat menusuk hidung semasa tidur, dan tidak dapat dihindari walaupun tingkap dibuka sepanjang masa, dan tiada perkhidmatan hotel sama sekali. Demi kesihatan, disarankan untuk menginap semula selepas 1-2 tahun.

The hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

They also have a handy machine that removes dust and dries your clothes—perfect if you don’t want to do a full wash but still want your clothes fresh and clean. The only minor downside is the uphill slope leading to the hotel, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most people with luggage.
