"The receptionists Mr Lee Leo is very friendly and helpful when we were looking for car rental as he tried to search and he is patient too. For the room 702 I think the bed side handphone charging is not working. Beside the lift to basement carpark super slow. When we returned our hotel key, our rental car couldn't exit and required to go up and inform the receptionist again."

"フロントの日本人女性が完璧です。もう大好きです！なにからなにまで親切で有難かったです。
立地は駅近、CUも近くてバッチリです。ただ立地が飲食店、飲み屋街なので夜になるとネオンキラキラですが危ない印象はないです。1階に共用冷蔵庫があるので、チェックイン前に要冷蔵物を買っても安心です。
あと部屋に備え付けのスタイラーをはじめて使わせてもらったのですが、本当に匂いも取れて感動しました！
強いて言うならエアコンがテレビのリモコンと共用で温度設定もワンタっチ設定が3段階のみでそれ以外の温度にも出来るのですが調節が難しかったです。
部屋が暑くなったり寒くなったり忙しかったです笑
それを踏まえても良いホテルでした！"

"A spacious suite with a washing machine!!! We enjoyed our stay and having lots of room to feel comfortable and unpack our belongings. The only downside was that the water temperature in the shower is sensitive and can easily switch to burning hot water so you need to be careful. Also the breakfast buffet is manic with lots of guests and limited seats, the breakfast is also very basic so don't expect much. Location is easy for Uber and the metro is about a 5-7 min walk away, and a short walk from the shops and mall. A seven eleven is also on the ground floor of the hotel."

"The room and the hotel are great. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood not far from Seomyeon Central Station. There is a laundry room on the 6th floor but not free, and the terrace is open during the day. The only minor downside is that the hot tub isn't working, but other than that, everything else is great!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. Reception staff were pleasant and welcoming, likewise the ladies in the breakfast hall were cheerful. The room was small but that is to be expected. I was delighted to be on the 19th floor which meant I had excellent views. It could take a while to leave the building however while you waited for the lift. Again, breakfast was better than expected. I had the opportunity to try Korean breakfast items while there was also tinned fruit, toast and jam. I was also pleased to see that the buffet items were clearly labelled. While the breakfast room does get busy, even at 6:30am, I was always able to find a suitable seat."

"Very happy I changed from hotel at Samyeong to Busan station Ramada Encore. Super convenient to take Korail. Bus stop just a 1-2 min walk and taxi right at door step. Had an early flight to catch and at 4am+ few taxi waiting in line. Other drivers in queue help to load luggage into the boot and open door etc. The city bus also at door step. Ferry Terminal to hotel just few mins and hotel to airport about 30 to 35 mins, the time i took."

"Excellent location, but very bad condition of bathtub and rugs. We stayed here only for nights, so it was enough, but don't recommend it if you have allergies.
Very friendly administrators. But the cleaning lady doesn't understand the difference between two sides of card ”do not disturb/please, clean” and trying to clean either way 😄

"I stayed in a Standard Single Non-Smoking room for one night. The service and cleanliness were consistently excellent, as expected from a Japanese hotel chain. Like most Japanese hotels, the room is compact but has everything you need.
The location is unbeatable—it’s right across the street from Busan Station, making it incredibly easy to catch the metro for my flight the next morning."

IIamoattyWe arrived at the hotel around 8 am and couldn't check in yet, but a staff member named Jimmy was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We opted to use the spa for a shower and onsen bath, costing 10,000 won per person. After that, we were able to check in before noon, which was earlier than scheduled. Overall, the check-in process was excellent. On the first night, we left the room around noon and asked housekeeping to clean it as usual. When we returned late at night, the bathroom was tidy, but the bed hadn't been made – we don't know why. On the second night,we returned at23.00 there was only one towel in the bathroom. On the third night, we requested four bottles of water, leaving a note on the table before leaving, but only received two. The fourth and fifth nights were normal. We spoke with reception, and they said the housekeeping staff were overloaded and losing focus, and it wasn't just our room; several rooms were experiencing the same issue. We told them that a hotel of this caliber shouldn't be like this, but we didn't receive any compensation from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, new, convenient, close to the subway, and has a CU supermarket and a delicious bakery downstairs. The only thing we'd like to see improved is the service. We stayed for five nights in total.

PPengguna TetamuJust a minute from the subway and convenient to go to any attractions in Haeundae. However, it takes plenty of time to get a lift up or down as too many hotel guests share in the same building. As such, it is not easy to get in the lift particularly during the peak hours. The hotel room size is average but the blanket is a bit hot to cover. We were staying 2 nights there, the 1st night is so far so good. However the 2nd night is a nightmare and we could not slept for the entire night. As the stove ventilation pipe has ”tart tart” sound continously since 23:05 till more than an hour. We have not used it before but the sound came out suddenly. However, the receptionist desk closed since 23:00 so we have no way to voice out our condition. Honestly, we will not put it in our list in the future.

Room: small, but that was enough for me, as everything needed was in the room. Room was very tidy, you can request cleaning 1 time every 3 days, but if you want to switch towels, you can just bring them to reception. Besides, even though tooth brush and paste aren’t provided directly, you can request those on the reception as well. You can use washing machine and dryer next to reception if required.
Staff: very polite and respectful, perfectly speak English, will try their best to help you with any questions.
Breakfast: self-service, you can pick everything you want, and actually everything I tried there was delicious.
Location: 2 minutes from Nampo station, that is extremely convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as several convenience stores. Just in 10 minutes you can get to Busan tower by foot.
At night it’s very quiet.

PPengguna TetamuRoom – The room is amazing, with plenty of space for the two of us. We each have our own bedroom, which is great. The only downside is that the toilet is located inside one of the bedrooms, so if your friend needs to use it in the middle of the night, it might wake you up.
Kitchen – The kitchen looks very fancy and fully equipped at first glance, but surprisingly there’s no kitchenware at all. No plates, forks, spoons, or cups. We had to buy our own. There’s also a stove, but no pans, so cooking isn’t really possible. You can only reheat food using the microwave or oven.
Laundry – A washing machine and dryer are provided in the room, which is very convenient.
Balcony – The room also has a nice balcony, which is a lovely bonus.
Staff – Most of the staff are friendly

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.
The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside)
The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed.
The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider.
Dining & Convenience
On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good!
Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials.
Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.
Location & Accessibility
The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours!
Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Dari segi lokasi, terletak berhampiran dengan banyak perhentian bas dan metro juga.
Keburukan:
Bau kumbahan yang kuat datang dari bilik mandi yang tidak dapat ditanggung.
Tuala kecil.
Tingkap tidak terlindung dengan baik, pada waktu malam ia sejuk.
Dinding nipis, kami dapat mendengar tetamu yang bising dari bilik berdekatan.
