"I stayed in a Standard Single Non-Smoking room for one night. The service and cleanliness were consistently excellent, as expected from a Japanese hotel chain. Like most Japanese hotels, the room is compact but has everything you need.

"We stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome.
The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening.

"Great hotel, highly recommended to stay!
Room: small, but that was enough for me, as everything needed was in the room. Room was very tidy, you can request cleaning 1 time every 3 days, but if you want to switch towels, you can just bring them to reception. Besides, even though tooth brush and paste aren’t provided directly, you can request those on the reception as well. You can use washing machine and dryer next to reception if required.
Staff: very polite and respectful, perfectly speak English, will try their best to help you with any questions.
Breakfast: self-service, you can pick everything you want, and actually everything I tried there was delicious.
Location: 2 minutes from Nampo station, that is extremely convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as several convenience stores. Just in 10 minutes you can get to Busan tower by foot.
At night it’s very quiet."

"This hotel is rated 4+ stars on most platforms, but in my opinion, it does not deserve more than 3. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The first issue was at check-in. There is no proper lobby at all—the reception is small and hidden under a staircase, and it’s hard to even notice when you enter. Since there’s a café and a supermarket right across from it, the whole place feels more like a shopping mall than a hotel.
The receptionist was quite unfriendly. She told us she couldn’t find our reservation and asked us to show our confirmation email. While we were waiting, she kept sighing and making rude facial expressions, which made us feel very uncomfortable. For a hotel that claims to have 4 stars, the level of service and professionalism should be much better.
The room was also disappointing. It was visibly dirty, the furniture was old and stained, and the terrace was dusty and unclean. The towels were worn out and even torn in places, which is simply unacceptable.
The breakfast was okay, but nothing special."

"Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan."

"Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!"

"This trip was beyond satisfied with how this hotel was. It was easily the best hotel I've been to so far. The location was very convenient for all modes of transportation (subway, taxis, and walking). Nothing ever seemed too far away.
The hotel personnel were genuinely the best people I've ever had help me out. They were trying their absolute best no matter what minor issues I had. Explained the rules in an easy manner, showed me how to use the app and access it to get in and out of my hotel (never had to use that before which was insanely interesting). Great people overall.
The balcony garden area on the fouth floor was absolutely superb. Didn't really visit the other places (restaurant, gym, and lounge area), but the fact that the garden was so beautiful already tells me that the other areas are just as gorgeous"

"The hotel was wonderful. The room was big and the bathroom has a tub and a shower. The rooftop pool had a view of the ocean through the city. It was a bit confusing to find breakfast from one building to the next but certainly manageable. The hotel has a convenience store in the lobby that is 24 hours."

Conveniently located near a subway exit with a lift, with a convenient store in the building and breakfast places and daiso nearby. Read about the night club nearbyearlier but it wasn’t that much of a concern to me.

MM I ParamitaThe hotel is just in front of the bus stop, and very close by to Metro Haeundae Exit 5 (lift) which is very convenient for those with large luggage to go in and out. You can also reach the hotel via Bus no 1001 from Busan Station for those who comes to Busan via HSR just that this bus not allows passengers to bring in large luggage into the bus since the walkway inside the bus is too narrow.
There’s a round walkabout to enter the hotel and this was the tricky part as the direction given by Trip.com was to enter from the side entrance. There’s no logo of W Residences Hotel from the side entrance nor from the round walkabout. But from here you could see the name of the hotel out of the other few hotels mentioned.
The biggest drawback was the hotel provides no free cleaning (must pay W20k to clean daily) and we must remember to put the trash outside our room as well as the dirty towels too in the morning then whatsapp the receptionist to clear. I am not so sure if it’s the culture of Korean hotels nowadays not to clean the room unless upon requests (pay or free) since all 3 hotels I stayed so far under Trip.com from Incheon, Seoul and Busan are all like this (but W Residences Hotel was the only one that charged the fees to clean). I am also pretty sure all 3 hotels would not change the bedsheets too. So better to stay max maybe just 2-3 days per hotel I guess for hygiene purposes since I prefer for my mattress to be cleaned daily actually, otherwise why would I pay so much only to have it like what I would’ve been doing at my own house?
The service was quite good, the staff understands English quite well and very thorough and polite since day 1. They also gave hardcopy SOP for patrons to follow. Water and towels are available only upon requests from 9am-11pm as well, no staff around otherwise. They allow us to keep the luggage next to the reception table when we checkout before we leave Busan.
There’s fridge, stove (can’t cook smelly food so I won’t even attempt this since there are plenty eateries outside and quite near to Haeundae Night Market), microwave, cutleries etc. No coffee nor tea provided here. Overall I would not mind staying in this hotel again if I go Busan but I may also want to try out other hotels in the same buildings since apparently there are quite number of them (building is designed like apartments).

The breakfast is super basic but for this price you expect world class meals. Overall a very pleasant stay

Dalam perjalanan ada Oriyang, Starbucks, kedai serbaneka, dan di sebelah stesen ada Shinsegae Department Store dan LOTTE Department Store, jadi tiada masalah untuk membeli-belah.
Lobi terletak di tingkat satu, dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah sama dengan Travelodge. Saya tiba awal, tetapi saya dapat masuk ke dalam bilik saya dengan segera, dan memandangkan hari itu adalah hari bekerja, saya telah dinaik taraf kepada bilik pemandangan laut di tingkat tinggi.
Bilik itu luas, dan pemandangannya menakjubkan. Saya mahu tinggal lagi hanya untuk melihat pemandangan ini!
Peti sejuk adalah bersaiz keluarga, dan kemudahannya dilengkapi dengan dapur mini, mesin basuh, TV pintar dan mesin basuh. Cermin di sinki sangat bagus! Ia terang dan besar, dan lampu dihidupkan, menjadikannya tempat paling mudah untuk mekap semua hotel yang saya pernah menginap di Korea.
Tekanan air di bilik mandi agak lemah, dan walaupun terdapat sekatan antara bilik mandi dan tandas, lantai bilik mandi akan basah jika anda tidak berhati-hati.
Selipar tidak pakai buang, dan tidak ada baju tidur, jadi anda perlu membawa sendiri, dan semua kedai adalah ***a Korea.
Tidak ramai orang di sekitar pada waktu malam, jadi wanita harus berhati-hati ketika berjalan sendirian.
Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati! Saya pasti akan datang ke sini lagi lain kali saya di Busan!

PPengguna TetamuRoom – The room is amazing, with plenty of space for the two of us. We each have our own bedroom, which is great. The only downside is that the toilet is located inside one of the bedrooms, so if your friend needs to use it in the middle of the night, it might wake you up.
Kitchen – The kitchen looks very fancy and fully equipped at first glance, but surprisingly there’s no kitchenware at all. No plates, forks, spoons, or cups. We had to buy our own. There’s also a stove, but no pans, so cooking isn’t really possible. You can only reheat food using the microwave or oven.
Laundry – A washing machine and dryer are provided in the room, which is very convenient.
Balcony – The room also has a nice balcony, which is a lovely bonus.
Staff – Most of the staff are friendly

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

PPengguna TetamuFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.
