"📍 Eurotel Boracay My parents recently stayed at Eurotel Boracay during their trip, and they had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near White Beach, making it easy for them to explore the area, restaurants, and nearby shops. They mentioned that the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient for relaxing walks by the beach. Overall, my parents enjoyed their stay and had a nice and relaxing vacation in Boracay."

"The hotel amenities were good and the property itself is nice. However, our experience was seriously affected by a very hassle and poorly handled check-in process. During check-in, the staff lost my driver’s license and initially did not take accountability. It was only after they investigated and realized it was their fault that the issue was acknowledged. Despite this, no compensation, apology gesture, or service recovery was provided. What made the situation worse is that we were travelling with a baby. The lobby was not air-conditioned, causing our baby to sweat excessively, and our baby already had allergies. Despite seeing this, the manager did not even offer to check us in first while they were looking for my license, nor did they show any sense of urgency or concern. The manager’s customer service was poor and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Overall, while the amenities are good, the lack of accountability, empathy, and proper customer service greatly impacted our stay."

"My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay). The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime. Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying. Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience."

"We choose boracay holiday resort for its prime location, and it didn't disappoint—it's just a 5-minutes walk to the beautiful beach The Location is fantastic, and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the common areas, like the lobby and pool, were well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of Filipino and Western dishes.. "Решили остановиться здесь из-за расположения — отель прям через дорогу от морского порта и всего 7 минут от аэропорта. Для транзита или раннего вылета идеально, это жирный плюс. Сам отель новый (или недавно обновляли), видно по покраске и мебели. Постельное хорошее, комната не крошечная, душевая относительно просторная. Кондиционер дует мощно. Рядом в соседнем доме Ватсон (косметика, всякая нужная мелочь) и через дорогу 7/11 — если срочно что-то забыли, бежать близко. Из минусов — еда. Кафе поблизости нет вообще. Либо местная забегаловка с трансжирами (типа KFC, только местный колорит), либо хот-доги из 7/11. Неделю тут не проживёшь, но переночевать — ок. В номере нет чайника. Вроде фигня ведь на этаже есть кулер. НО! Горячая вода в кулере на нашем этаже не работала, так что за кипятком приходилось спускаться по лестнице на соседний. Мелочь, а неприятно. Следующий минус — вода в душе. Вечером её просто нет. Ни холодной, ни горячей — одна капля, как будто кто-то решил сэкономить. Хочешь помыться после дороги? Жди до 5 утра. Вот тогда напор просыпается вместе с петухами. (Без шуток, так и делали!) И отдельная песня — лифт. Ребята, это треш. Лифт застревает и ломается постоянно. Мы с четвертого этажа с огромными чемоданами наматывали круги по лестнице — это ещё ладно. Но утром, когда надо было срочно выезжать в аэропорт, мы застряли в лифте с чемоданами. Как в плохом кино! Я вообще панически боюсь застревать, а тут ещё и время поджимает, и мысли — а вдруг надолго? В общем, спасибо, что починили, но осадочек остался знатный. Вердикт: Отель на один раз — если нужно близко к порту и аэропорту. Но только если повезёт с водой и лифт не решит устроить вам экстрим. Администрация, лифт — это не шутки, это безопасность, примите меры !!"

"Our go to place in boracay!  We get excellent sleep in Henann's Rooms. Everyday Breakfast was fantastic with great crew tending to every guests' needs.  Loved the ube cheese pandesal. I always have it every morning. Will definitely come back for the hospitality of the FB crew."

"Room is clean and spacious with balcony, however there are a lot of flaws on the room given to us. - Refrigerator is not working and is kinda old it smells - Doorknob is damaged, it moves every time I use my key - Telephone rang continuously (3am in the morning). No one answers when you pick it up - No provided slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water - When it rains hard, it floods on the hallway But I appreciate the friendly and accommodating staffs here. The breakfast is also good. Sometimes they only offer a few food choices tho. Location is very accessible to the beach and affordable restos."

"Rating Shore Time in general since we had to be transferred to their station 1 branch due to ongoing renovations. Excellent choice whether it be the D’Mall location or Station 1. Strategic location and the amenities are good. The Station 1 branch has an Andok’s just a few steps away and a 24 hour cafe. It also is about 60 steps away from the beach. All in all, this was a refreshing experience as it was our first time staying at a location that was not at the beachfront and we will probably be staying here again."
