"It's been a nice experience to be in NYC Manhattan suites for 4 nights. Staffs are accommodating, hopefully next time all of them will smile and greet as you enter and leave the suite every single day (it's a good start of the day)
Food is great and the dining area is spacious.
The room is excellent (a very nice experience especially in the balcony having your breakfast ) spacious room.

"We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience with the amenities and breakfast was not very satisfying. The amenities felt limited and not well-maintained, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.
As for the breakfast, the selection was quite disappointing. There wasnât much variety to choose from, and the options available were quite basic. I was hoping for a wider range of choices to suit different preferences.

"Upon check-in at around 1200, we requested an early check-in because I have a PWD with me, and we were given 1 room, though I booked 2 rooms, acceptable because early check-in depends on the availability of the room. Thank you for the help.
The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request).
Some staff members are courteous, but others are not.
Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man.

Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus thereâs a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building.
Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. Itâs 2.1 km from the city, costing around âą100ââą150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly."

PPengguna Tetamu2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

112MariaThis is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden.
While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby.
The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But itâs a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because itâs near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didnât get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guestâs account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldnât be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.

PPengguna TetamuIt's our third time in this place and we were in a good room location for this visit. That gave us a very peaceful sleep during the night. And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!

Rrjm30The hotel room is spacious. The bathroom is clean. The bed and linens aee clean and crisp... we booked at deluxe queen only with ceiling fan, but it feels like your inside an airconditioned room.. staffs are friendly amd couteous. They serve buffet breakfast if guests are 30p ax and above only.. though only few choices of foods at the buffet, we were still feel staisfied... definitely, we will book again..

PPengguna TetamuThe area was very ideal with good view. The crew were also courteous and approachable. However, the amenities were poor, especially the bathroom. The shower head and tissue dispenser were broken.
It was also mentioned that the breakfast was buffet style but it was not. It was âbuffet-assistedâ where the crew will dish out for you. You can only have what they dish out. Not a problem for me but I just hope they made clear information on that.
Hopefully they can work out on these issues.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
