"Had a fantastic stay here! The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. The entire staff was welcoming, polite, and eager to help with any requests. "An amazing farewell stay at Grand Westside Manila Bay! I booked a family connecting room for our friend’s farewell before heading to the US, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, cheerfully accommodating our multiple requests for bottled water. Since their in-room massage was fully booked, we brought in a third-party therapist, and the hotel smoothly allowed them in without any hassle. We loved the seamless check-in/out, the welcome drinks, and they even waived our security deposit! The rooms were spotless, and the buffet was delicious. A truly memorable stay!"

"I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours. The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"We stayed in a Superior Queen Room, and it was neat, clean, and honestly exceeded our expectations for such an affordable hotel. One of our favorite features was the Smart TV, where we could watch Netflix without having to log in to our own accounts. It was very convenient and completely hassle-free. The location is also excellent. We only needed one ride to get to the church and two rides to SM Mall of Asia (MOA), making it easy to get around. For transparency, we'd also like to share a few observations. Since the property is relatively small, noise from the hallway can be heard quite easily from inside the room. The shower had good water pressure, but the bathroom floor tended to get a bit flooded after use. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, although basic toiletries such as soap and a shampoo-conditioner were available. On the bright side, I was able to request a hairdryer from the front desk without any issues. Despite these minor concerns, the hotel is still relatively new, and cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the staff. From the security guard to the reception team and housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, approachable, and accommodating. They definitely deserve a 10/10 for their excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Skypark has honestly surpassed other hotels with its Smart TV feature and thoughtful guest experience. Thank you! As a frequent traveler, I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, I can receive a voucher for my next visit. :)"

"2 stars only because first, the front desk staff were not even professional when talking to their hotel guests. Next, the bathroom had a water leak from the wall, and there was also a time when the water supply was cut off. Also, the room had no window, not even a hanger or a place to put clothes. There was a TV, but no Netflix just for display, and you still need to subscribe .And there was also a time when the keycard did not work, so we had to go back down to the front desk instead of being able to rest, which was quite inconvenient. Unlike other hotels with the same price or even cheaper, that offer complete amenities. In this hotel, it’s hard to understand the setup, and the lighting is also depressing since it’s all yellow."

"Very near the airport terminals. The lobby has been revamped so it is nicer to look at. There is no elevator but there is someone who can help bring your luggages up. The room was tidy. I have heard knocks in the middle of the night, perhaps another guest knocking on the wrong door, aside from that it was all good. Basic hotel for a good price!"

"I love the staff of the Red planet. They are friendly, helpful, and polite. The only issue we had was that there's no room to accommodate 3 or more people. I wish they have rooms with twin beds or triple.single beds to accommodate families ♡ overall, Red Planet is highly recommended:) It is safe, close to stores like 7/11, jollibee, S&R and walking distance to Baclaran church and MRT station👍💪"

Special thanks, my much appreciation for Mr. Joshua who welcomed me with high hospitality, warm face and with friendly service in the evening while I arrived to the hotel, even he was responsible for Check-Out Service. And didn’t count for the deposit, which made me feel so welcomed guest🌹 Hotel is nice, clean, and full of snacks, water, tea in the room, also all of them are free. Small things: the water in the sink going in so slowly, and the shower water has middle thrust. AC in the room works 100% well, sometimes i felt myself in the Antarctica❄️🥶👍 Breakfast: doesn’t have Pickled cucumbers and Masala tea. The foods mostly based for Asian style, not European or Mediterranean 🥲 But all good and nice😊 Philippine and its people are very kind, friendly, always like to help, always speaks with respect. Definitely I will come to visit Philippines again and again, with love from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿❤️🇵🇭 В целом все хорошо, кроме кухни, еда более азиатская, не нашла соленные огурцы, и другое что нам привычно. Вода в раковине смывается очень медленно. Напор душа тоже слабый-средний

Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel was outstanding from the outside, and so as inside. It’s convenient to visit the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is just opposite to it. Rooms were superb and the birthday amenities is really good. Breakfast is mediocre, not something I will look forward to, unlike my other trips. The only downside is that you need to cross the whole ****** full of cigarette smell every time you want to go to the mall nearby, or to go to the breakfast place.

The room was smelling damp/moldy as soon as we entered. The work table and the floor underneath it was soaked with water making it unusable. We reported it to the front desk. Turns out it was due to a window leak. We did not request for a room change because we will only be staying for 10 hours to sleep in between flights. Would have been nice if there were no issues with the room to begin with.

MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.

Booking via Trip.com is very reliable. Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at. If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
