"Really enjoyed our stay here! The views from the property are absolutely stunning, and being so close to the ****** area made getting around very convenient. The only downside was the late check-in time at 3:00 PM, compared to the standard 2:00 PM at most other hotels. Aside from that bump, everything else was top-notch.."

"Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable."

"We stayed in a Superior Queen Room, and it was neat, clean, and honestly exceeded our expectations for such an affordable hotel. One of our favorite features was the Smart TV, where we could watch Netflix without having to log in to our own accounts. It was very convenient and completely hassle-free. The location is also excellent. We only needed one ride to get to the church and two rides to SM Mall of Asia (MOA), making it easy to get around. For transparency, we'd also like to share a few observations. Since the property is relatively small, noise from the hallway can be heard quite easily from inside the room. The shower had good water pressure, but the bathroom floor tended to get a bit flooded after use. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, although basic toiletries such as soap and a shampoo-conditioner were available. On the bright side, I was able to request a hairdryer from the front desk without any issues. Despite these minor concerns, the hotel is still relatively new, and cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the staff. From the security guard to the reception team and housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, approachable, and accommodating. They definitely deserve a 10/10 for their excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Skypark has honestly surpassed other hotels with its Smart TV feature and thoughtful guest experience. Thank you! As a frequent traveler, I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, I can receive a voucher for my next visit. :)"

"It’s really comfortable especially after staying a week on an island. Room is spacious and clean, though without wearing slippers, the floor do feel a bit sticky. Had a good rest and reset at the hotel with the pool, gym and sauna."

"easy and cozy the location is quit good as it is close to train station, very easy to book grab to anywhere. the elevator though they only have two , but , unfortunately, only one elevator is working so it does take time going uo or down. the staff are friendly enough and try to accommodate as much."

"I hope you can improve your service specially when calling from the phone. Not one call was answered immediately and kept saying “…still attending to other…”. Its a five star hotel. I expected more i guess."

"I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours. The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"I am so glad that it is just across Parqal Bldg., where I had my biometrics. So convenient, although Im wondering why unlike Japans branches, this one dont have a complimentary tea or coffee and a shampoo and conditioner. They just have 1 liquid bath soap which you can use as shampoo and conditioner in 1. One concern is that, I lost my Muji pouch with my nailcutter, something for my allergies and a vaseline lip gloss inside the pouch which Im sure was left in the bed but they said nithing was there. Although Im sure I accidentally left it there. Could be the housekeeping attendant who cleaned the room was not thoroughly checking it or worse not honest enough to report it."

"My recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves). The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future."
