"It was an okay experience overall, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back here again. The food was just so-so, and nothing really stood out except for the arroz caldo, which was probably the best part of our stay. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, the pillows were too flat. I was already using three pillows, but I still couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. We booked this hotel mainly because we had a last full-show movie at SM MOA and wanted to stay somewhere nearby so we could rest immediately afterward. We arrived at around 1:30 AM, but when we got to our floor, we couldn’t enter our room because the key card wasn’t working. We had to go all the way back down to the lobby to have it fixed. It turned out that our key card was only registered for one day instead of the two nights we had booked. It was a huge inconvenience, especially considering how late it was. Overall, it was a very unfortunate experience because I had been eyeing this hotel for quite some time because of its affordable rates and convenient location. I really wanted to like our stay, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations."

"Had a fantastic stay here! The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. The entire staff was welcoming, polite, and eager to help with any requests. "Great location with convenient free parking—we parked on the 2nd floor. If you need a late check-out, you can extend your stay for 4 hours for only ₱1,500, which is not bad at all! The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices! I especially loved the congee, fresh salads, and fresh fruits. 🍋🥣🍉 Overall, the food, service, location, and value were excellent and definitely worth the money we paid. Great value for the price and highly recommended!"

"I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours. The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"We stayed in a Superior Queen Room, and it was neat, clean, and honestly exceeded our expectations for such an affordable hotel. One of our favorite features was the Smart TV, where we could watch Netflix without having to log in to our own accounts. It was very convenient and completely hassle-free. The location is also excellent. We only needed one ride to get to the church and two rides to SM Mall of Asia (MOA), making it easy to get around. For transparency, we'd also like to share a few observations. Since the property is relatively small, noise from the hallway can be heard quite easily from inside the room. The shower had good water pressure, but the bathroom floor tended to get a bit flooded after use. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, although basic toiletries such as soap and a shampoo-conditioner were available. On the bright side, I was able to request a hairdryer from the front desk without any issues. Despite these minor concerns, the hotel is still relatively new, and cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the staff. From the security guard to the reception team and housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, approachable, and accommodating. They definitely deserve a 10/10 for their excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Skypark has honestly surpassed other hotels with its Smart TV feature and thoughtful guest experience. Thank you! As a frequent traveler, I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, I can receive a voucher for my next visit. :)"

"It was our first time staying at Savea, and we chose it to celebrate our son’s birthday. We originally got assigned the wrong room, but the staff quickly resolved it by upgrading us to a 2-bedroom unit, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, especially the fully equipped kitchen. The pool was also very inviting and perfect for a relaxing dip. Breakfast was simple with limited selections, but it was decent enough to start the day. Since the hotel only opened last year, there are still a few areas that could be improved. Some construction is still ongoing, and we noticed there wasn’t a telephone in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. You can definitely see the potential of the property, and we’re excited to see it once everything is fully completed. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Very near the airport terminals. The lobby has been revamped so it is nicer to look at. There is no elevator but there is someone who can help bring your luggages up. The room was tidy. I have heard knocks in the middle of the night, perhaps another guest knocking on the wrong door, aside from that it was all good. Basic hotel for a good price!"

Near LRT Station, there's an EV bus loop that will take you to Ayala Mall, Landers, Solaire Hotel, etc for jus 15php. minimal fee for grab car if you wish to go to MOA. Fast and easy also going to the airport. There are convenience store near the premises, Kuruda Ramen as well and walkable to SnR and CIty of Dream is also near, maybe it is walkable during the sun is low haven't not tried yet due to lack of time. I will definitely stay here again!"

My family and I had such a wonderful time at Hyatt Regency. The staff members were very hospitable! Joshua even accommodated my request to switch one of our rooms to a twin-bed type. My only concern was the bathroom. The water pressure wasn’t that strong and it was very basic. Could have been better.

Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a ****** and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

It's very nice experience. The staff are very professional and very helpful. The room is clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The location is very good near Ayala Mall, Parqal, Landmark Department Store although it's quite far from MOA. Breakfast is good but it would be better if they have sweeter local fruits. I recommend this hotel to stay in the Bay Area / MOA Definitely I will stay again in this hotel when I come back Philippines.

The room I stayed in was comforting. The staff were as usual very friendly and accommodating. This was my 3rd stay and mostly foreigners usually book this place. Very near to the airport and all. It was cozy and very nice. What they just need to the is to fix some small fixtures and little bit of cleanup. The theme of the rooms depends on the country you stayed in. I’ve been to Greece, Japan and now Mexico. Overall, the stay was nice and a group of cats is always present to greet you. The rooftop and terrace are worth the visit to chill.
