It was always our favorite staycation place.. We love the rooms , the complimentary buffet breakfast especially the water spa which makes us to comeback when we want for a relaxation..

Our Worst Staycation Experience at Holiday Inn Galleria We came to Holiday Inn Galleria at around 2:30 PM for check-in, expecting that our room would be ready since the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, we were informed that our room was not yet available. The staff told us that they would prioritize our room and call us as soon as it was ready. At around 3:30 PM, since we had not received any update, we went back to the front desk to check. We were told that the room was still not ready and that they would update us once it became available. By around 4:30 PM, we went back again because no one was answering our calls. That was when we found out that we were actually 11th on the priority list. Once again, we were told that they would call us when our room was ready. At around 6:00 PM, we decided that we had waited long enough and went back to the front desk to cancel our stay. Surprisingly, only then were we informed that our room was already ready. We were convinced to stay, and the hotel offered to adjust our stay and provide us with dinner vouchers at Crowne Plaza. We agreed to stay and checked in at around 7:00 PM the next day. However, by this point, we were already very disappointed, tired, and frustrated. We had been waiting for hours while carrying our gadgets and belongings, unable to properly settle down or enjoy our time. What made this more disappointing was that we were celebrating our child's 7th birthday. One of the reasons we chose to stay at a hotel was because our kids were excited to spend time and celebrate in a hotel environment. We ultimately decided to stay because we wanted our child to still enjoy the birthday celebration, and we appreciated the effort to offer compensation. Unfortunately, the entire experience was already badly affected by the delayed check-in and, more importantly, the lack of communication and updates from the hotel. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, especially when rooms are still being prepared. What we found unacceptable was having to repeatedly follow up ourselves, only to receive the same response, and eventually discovering that we were 11th on the priority list without anyone proactively informing us. Overall, this was our worst staycation experience ever. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for our child turned into hours of waiting, frustration, and disappointment. I hope Holiday Inn Galleria takes this feedback seriously and improves its check-in process and, most importantly, its communication with guests. Guests should not have to repeatedly go to the front desk just to find out what is happening with their room.

I like Citadines properties. This was good but not as good as others in Manila. Appreciated hot shower. TV offerings were limited compared to other Citadines properties The restaurant adjacent provided a good buffet. Two blocks away from Robinson’s for easy shopping or dining.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores. Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure. Cons: For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it. The room door is annoyingly hard to open. Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing. Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small. Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities. Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

Reception put me in room 9E upon check in however they also assigned a stranger same room as me. The stranger opens my room door using a keycard with the same room number as mine. I understand it might be a mistake but it increases the risk for safety and security as I am alone in the room during the time. Also, it might have been a worse case scenario if the stranger has caught me doing personal things or if I was not present at the premises but left my valuable things in the room. Hoping room mix up will not happen again next time.

It's tucked away inside San Antonio Village, which is a quiet and secure gated community, giving you peace of mind in a busy city. Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

We had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with malls and restaurants nearby. It was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ortigas.

Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was comfortable and relaxing. The only downside for me was the breakfast—it could definitely be improved in terms of variety and taste. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel. 💙

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The aircon was cold, and the bed was comfortable. The heater worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the main room's door's lock was broken and it's quite the challenge to get in the room (easier to get out). Also the flush was not working for the toilet.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
