I thoroughly enjoyed my new year's eve stay at ace hotel and suites. Big thanks to the hotel manager for accomodating my requests. Exemplary customer service. The buffet meals were incredibly delicious as well. Thank you so much!

Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay.

This is my 4th time staying in this hotel I love the location and the size is spacious enough for me and my family of four check in and out is pretty quick. I will definitely be staying in this place again.

If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

Location: superb Cleanliness: great Value for money: great savings Service: almost perfect Food: bland (order calamares) Amenities: so so (solely for business travel not for leisure) Room: spacious, clean, smelled okay, aircon and TV was working fine, mini bar ref cover was loose and cannot be closed properly. Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean.

Front Desk, restaurant, room service staff are all smiling and polite. I would see some staff from Housekeeping and Engineering as well who would greet you when they see you. People indeed are the gem of the hotel. Only thing that bothered me is that no one serviced our room. I am unsure why, although it’s a back-to-back stay but nobody went in or knocked to check if we need make-up room service, or at least to throw the rubbish. Generally it was still a great stay and I would definitely return.

No words. Pretty excellent. Now I know why Marriot Bonvoy is pretty much good. The only thing that stuck on my head was receptionist tho, she thought I didnt prepaid hahaha so almost got 2x price. But was no problem! Bout food, ive been to 7 hotels in ortigas and i could say the best in ortigas!

No parking 😢 booked 3days 2nights, paid almost 800php for parking place is old but tidy breakfast buffet food 7/10 friendly staff

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
