"This is a budget friendly hotel very well located and convenient for transit, short stays or when working in Ortigas. Room was small so good enough for a solo traveler. The room had 1 bed, 1 TV, and 2 bedside desks and no other furniture. The place is eco friendly so those environment conscious travelers can support this business. They have water stations on each floor. There are no amenities aside from the spa which I didn'tavail. I didn't avail their breakfast either. Room was clean, air conditioned. The bed was really soft and the pillows comfortable enough to help sleep. The room had no windows and no natural light."

"We had a wonderful stay at Discovery Suites Manila with our family. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for kids—our children absolutely loved it. The pool was another highlight and became a favorite spot for the whole family. We also celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel made it truly special. "I had a five - day stay here and was entitled to one room cleaning or linen change. However, I was disappointed that when I requested it, the linens, pillowcases, bedsheets, and comforters were not changed. They didn't even refill the tissues or shampoo. I didn't bother checking earlier since I arrived at 2:00 AM and didn't wake up until 11:00 AM. I also didn't call reception because I was only an hour away from checking out when I woke up. However, the staff were very polite and welcoming."

"The kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience. The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite. We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast. I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional. The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again."

"Location: superb Cleanliness: great Value for money: great savings Service: almost perfect Food: bland (order calamares) Amenities: so so (solely for business travel not for leisure) Room: spacious, clean, smelled okay, aircon and TV was working fine, mini bar ref cover was loose and cannot be closed properly. Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean."

If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. "Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay."
