"An okay place to stay with a million $ view from the rather splendid pool area.  The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.  However, we frequently experienced drainage smells in the room which wasn’t very nice. The hotel staff reaction to this was to spray air freshener to mask the smell 🤔  In addition, the TV in the room did not work and thus couldn’t be fixed for us and the rooms looked a little tired.  All in all, an okay place to stay for a short stay with amazing views and a great location for bars and restaurants."

"Из плюсов - есть бассейн, но там столько комаров летает, что плавать спокойно невозможно. Просторные номера, большие кровати 👍 Минусы - у нас в номере была куча муравьёв! Они бегали из ванны прямиком под кровать, где валялись старые куски еды (яблоко, сыр), убирают плохо. Видно, что моют полы по центру, не заглядывая под кровать. Клочья волос валяются везде. Грязный холодильник. И самое печальное - вода течет тонкой струйкой, не ждите здесь напора воды, чтобы помыться."

"Great location! It’s right in the center, close to everything you need, and just a short walk from both Tonsai Pier and the beach on the other side. The rooms are spacious, just as we expected. However, the restaurant was disappointing. The food is quite basic, not very tasty, and definitely overpriced for the quality. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for breakfast — there are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel that are much better, tastier, and cheaper. The biggest issue was the water in the shower and bathroom: it was salty! The receptionist explained that they pump water from underground, but it’s clear their filtration system isn’t working properly. We had to buy large bottles of mineral water from 7-Eleven just to wash our faces and brush our teeth."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect — right in front of the beach and conveniently near a 7-Eleven. We had a great time at the pool, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a bit old and the bed was quite hard, but overall, I loved the hotel. "The best part of the hotel is the location. If you take a house with sea view you will be in the first line and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed this. The shower was pretty bad, water is partly salty and the water pressure is very very low, butt off course it is functional and you can shower. Breakfast was normal, nothing special, quite repetitive. There are many lovely cats around. In general is a good hotel to enjoy the contact with the nature and the sea."

"It's a cute place, very simple. Staff was helpful, and we checked in quickly. They let us check in a bit early, as soon as the room was ready which was nice. Not much going on in terms of the room itself. Nice bed, average bathroom, but the outside small patio area for each room is a nice touch. *Picture is not from the hotel"

"Here’s a more refined and balanced version of your review: ⸻ The hotel is located away from the busy, crowded areas of the island, and the views are truly stunning. Waking up to the sea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings is definitely the highlight of staying here. However, there are several aspects that take away from what could have been a much better experience. • The staff is noticeably unfriendly, which feels unusual for Thailand. The atmosphere lacks the warmth and hospitality the country is known for, possibly because most of the team is not Thai. • Cleanliness could be significantly improved. The restaurant area, parts of the resort, and even the beach did not feel as well maintained as they should be. • The beach directly in front of the hotel tends to get crowded, with many sunbeds occupied by towels for hours without being used. • The food is average overall, and the breakfast in particular is quite bland and uninspiring. That said, the sea itself is beautiful and almost makes up for the shortcomings (swimming surrounded by fishes is amazing). It’s worth staying for a couple of days to enjoy the view and the water. You can also head to the nearby, more secluded stretch of Loh Moo Dee for a quieter and more pleasant beach experience."

"I forgot to take pictures of the room, but trust me—it’s spacious, spotless, and comes with a lovely balcony, which was a total win-win for me. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and to top it off, we had a daily visitor who stole our hearts—absolutely adorable! Food-wise, we were spoiled for choice. So many options, and we especially loved the prasmanan style—buffet-style dining where you pick what you want. It was incredibly affordable and absolutely delicious. A true highlight of our stay!"

"The hotel is in a nice location, a little bit further away from the main town but nice and quiet with its own section of beach. The huts themselves are nice and have easy access to the sea if you want to swim in there. Sadly our stay wasn’t great, everything in the hut felt sticky and not that clean to the point that we didn’t really want to walk around without footwear. The duvet didn’t have a cover on it which wasn’t great. You can hear everything from the huts around you and we had a loud neighbour that would be talking loudly in the middle of the night and just to top it off we had to get multiple cockroaches removed from our room which really wasn’t what we were expecting from somewhere which was quite expensive for Thailand standards. I can’t say I would stay again or I would recommend this accommodation."

"I chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer."
