We spontaneously booked a trip to Paloma Blanca recently and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just about 15 minutes away. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martina, who quickly became our go-to person for recommendations and advice throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend seeking Martina's guidance on the best places to visit on the island. Every single recommendation she gave us was fantastic, and thanks to her, we were able to experience the very best that Corfu has to offer. To explore the island with ease, we rented a scooter, which proved to be an ideal mode of transportation. The pool area at the hotel is truly wonderful, and it's worth mentioning the exceptional service provided by Billy and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and kept us well-hydrated throughout our time there. While the hotel's corridors could benefit from some minor renovations, our room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We genuinely enjoyed our time at Paloma Blanca and would not hesitate to return, primarily due to the outstanding service provided by the staff. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience, thanks to the warm hospitality, excellent recommendations, and attentive service. We look forward to visiting again in the future. We were booked into this hotel in 2020 and then Covid hit so we had to cancel they were very understanding and refunded all our money so we knew we had to return and were so glad we did. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from Ipsos beach and has plenty of parking if you have a car. It is up a slight hill if you have mobility issues but you should be oaky. Our room was clean and had everthing we needed.If you can get a sea view for great views.The room was also cleaned daily. The Wi FI was strong and worked all over the hotel. The grounds are well kept and the pool area was amazing with plenty of comfotable sun beds and a view over the Ionian sea. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is buffet style and had all the usual Greek options and was served from 07.30 to 11.00. They do serve food around the pool in the day but I don't think they serve food in the evenings but don't worry as there are many great restaurants on the Ipsos ***** and further away ie Dassia/Corfu Town. If you are arrring by the number 7 bus just get off at City hall and walk down the road by En El Mar bar and you will find the sign for the hotel in a couple of minutes. We can highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when in Ipsos.

I didn’t expect much from the 2* hotel with bad reviews, but the hotel promised two of my requirements- a beautiful sea view and an adult-only hotel. Unfortunately, it failed in both. The sea view is not as advertised- maybe on the second floor, but on the first floor, all you can see from the balcony is the top of the restaurant roof. I could live with that, but once we went to the swimming pool on the third day of our stay, a family showed up with their maybe 6-7-year-old daughter, jumping and shouting all the time/ the mom was even louder than the girl/. The hotel didn't have water twice for a couple of hours so we took a shower at the beach, and once there was kind of an electricity outage so the air-conditioning and refrigerator didn't work in the afternoon and evening. The double bed was not a double bed, it was about 120 or 130cm wide, and such trouble for two grown-ups to sleep on. The mattress was with springs and was super bouncy, not comfortable at all. There are no hangers for shower towels and no place to dry beach towels on the balcony. The shower curtain is a nightmare, sticking on your back all the time during showering. Only once during breakfast, I ordered two 0.2 bottles of Prosecco in the hotel bar, and the price was 20e, and in all bars around the hotel, it is half-price. The hotel is very dated but very clean. What makes it special are the people working there. Every single one was super polite. The two young ladies working on the reception desk were so helpful. The room was well-cleaned every day and we got clean towels each time! The restaurant is renovated, breakfast was more than OK- repetitive, but you cannot expect more than they offer. The dinner didn't offer many vegetarian options, so we had salads and some potatoes a couple of times, and the rest of the nights, we had dinner in some of the local and the old town restaurants. Anyway, whatever we had was so tasty! The location is great. The air-conditioning is old but worked well, and a huge plus is that an outdoor unit is not on the balcony, so there is no noise. I was surprised by the room isolation- no sounds from the rooms around, we only heard some laughing a couple of times when someone passed by late at night by the room door. Altogether, the hotel is more than worth the money you for it. If the balcony was better and if there were no children, I would score it with four or five stars!

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura con il mio compagno a fine giugno. La struttura e’ molto semplice ma accogliente, in linea con la categoria. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani. Forse l’unica nota negativa la doccia del bagno, non rialzata e chiusa da una semplice tenda. Il bagno era facilmente allagabile. La struttura e’ nel centro del paese comoda alla fermata del bus di linea e a svariate taverne/ristoranti dove poter mangiare la sera. La location sicuramente comoda se si vuole fare una vacanza in giro per l’isola. Dassia e’ molto comoda come punto di partenza per spostarsi in tutta l’isola. Consiglio un noleggio auto (3 gg anche sufficienti), sicuramente per una vacanza prettamente di mare consiglierei la zona nord occidentale dove si trovano calette e spiagge veramente top. Nel complesso consiglierei la struttura sicuramente ad una clientela che vuole stare bene, in un posto tranquillo e senza troppe pretese.

The staff were very helpful and even let us stay later to catch our evening flight due to some unfortunate circumstances. Rooms were clean and the balcony had a nice view. Pool was very nice and the beach is only about a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast had a good variation however i wish they labelled what each food was and what meat was in each food(for example if it contained pork). Other than that no complaints and Jenni who was at reception was so lovely and had great recommendations for places to go and eat!

I have mixed feedback for this hotel. The location is fantastic. It is right beside the beach and the water is warm and beautiful for swimming. You need shoes to enter, but then you reach a sandy bottom. The staff at reception were excellent and they did everything possible to help customers enjoy their stay. They were professional and helpful. The outside areas around the hotel are very nice. There are 3 pools. The pool beside the hotel door only has 4 umbrellas to give shade, making it necessary for guests to get up before sunrise to reserve them. One morning I got up at 7am and they were all gone. I had to get up between 5.45-6.30am to reserve one, which is ridiculous! The hotel needs to invest in more shade around the pool. I did request more umbrellas, but the security man was reluctant as he said the smaller ones would blow away in wind. The sunbed policy needs to be reviewed. Is it fair that people leave towels there all day, even when they are not using them? Breakfast is good and there's a good choice. However, there is no fresh orange juice. Instead there is a drinks dispenser, where my son could get cola, fizzy lemon etc at breakfast time. I'd recommend getting ridding of this and having one or two choices instead, including fresh OJ. I also thought the coffee machine was a bit wasteful, where every customer has to use a single capsule to make their own coffee. A pot of brewed coffee (that gets replenished) would make a lot more sense. The only cereal available was covered in chocolate. The addition of plain cornflakes would be helpful. We tried dinner there twice, but it was very disappointing. It was like eating in a school canteen. Nothing was hot and the meat and fish were dried out. The a la carte section looked the same. Again, less is more and other customers felt the same. A few dishes done well would be much better than a huge selection of non appetising or dried out food. It would be good if eating salads only. We found alternatives every night after that. The restaurant Andreas (next door) is nice. We booked a family side sea view room. Our room only had a view of a carpark, with some tall trees and a tiny bit of sea in the distance. The opening was at the end of a wall in front of the bunk bed, so it felt quite dark, like a cave and was nothing like a photo of the room we booked. We were given a new room on day 4, so we had to move everything, but this view of the sea was fantastic and the opening was in the middle of the wall, so it felt light and spacious. Cleaning was a problem and I had to contact reception twice. The first time I requested cleaner sheets - and the second time the shower was flooding, as it wasn't draining. The technician came and showed me hair in the drain and told me to be careful. I hadn't even washed my hair there and didn't want to see that. The cleaners should be trained to check and clean the drains, especially when people check out. There was hair on the bathroom floor a few tim
