Good central location

If you are seeking a budget-friendly stay, this hotel is suitable. However, the room I stayed in lacked a bedside table, a chair, and even a cupboard, making it feel very cramped.

Good location, was able to check bags in a little earlier than 3pm with helped us out LOADS! Room was nice, had air con which was fantastic as was a very hot day. Only thing I can fault is that it was a family room (which we needed) but the beds was quiet high my youngest is 3 & he fell out the bed in the night & hurt himself. Could do with those side rails that you can slip under the mattress to stop the kids from falling out. Partfrom that couldn’t really fault them. Oh also, it’s was LOVELY AND QUIET the whole time we was there, which made the trip as when you’ve had a busy day out and about the last thing you want is to be able to hear everybody else. But there was NO EXTERNAL NOISE!

Actually this is a very basic hotel with small rooms. Mostly using for nightly. No cooler no hand towel . Basic and clean . At city center very close everywhere in Ipswich

The room is in a good location,my main issue was entering a bare room,there is basically just a bed and a TV near the ceiling. If they state this on the website then it wouldn't be such a shock when you arrive.I do not understand why there is not at least a table to put personal belongings on .Everything was just dumped on the floor for 2 days it was pretty weird .The bathroom had nothing but a toilet, shower and tiny fingertip sink,toiletries had to be left in the bedroom as no shelf or anything to put them on .

Asked for a quiet room & had a staff door that seemed to be accessed regularly in the early hours. Room clean and adequate

In a great location near town center but the heater will automatically turn off during day time and it even broke down often during our stay.

Very good location ideal for overnight stay. Location is perfect to go around town center eat drink and etc..not far from train station also. So definitely recommend for overnight stay.

Smallest twin hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and no tea making facilities, table or chairs. Very basic but it was somewhere to get our head down for the night and at only £21 each for the night it was good value

This hotel is very basic, for very basic needs. There was a room with a bed, but no desk or chair. There was a TV, which was stuck on BBC Three. There was a shower, and one small hand towel. There was no window, giving the feeling of being in a cell. It was fine for the one night I was there, but I would not stay longer.

The dirty towels and broken heater made our experience worse than expected. Yes, it is a budget hotel and lower expectations, but the cold room and dirty towels are all negative.
