Hotel Irvine dengan Sarapan

It was in a business district with lots of hotels nearby. The parking was an outrageous amount, over $40 for each night. I ended up leaving my car at a friends house and taking an Uber just to save some money.

I have a special-needs son and every night or every other night I have to go down to the front desk and get a fresh change of sheets. And for me I feel like I am bothering the front desk by asking for a fresh change of sheets. But Miss Jody never hesitate and gives me fresh change of sheets. Every time I go down there with a smile on your face, and I really appreciate that. Her kindness and her professionalism is amazing and I just wanted to tell Jody thank you for making me feel comfortable here at the Marriott residence Inn John Wayne Airport. The maid service is excellent. The rooms are amazing The maid service is 100% quality. Just everything about this place is amazing and I want to thank everybody that works here. While the kitchen still seems to be recovering from pandemic times, the SERVICE and the BAR STAFF are amazing. Led by Miriam H - who exudes the kind of love, warmth, and spirit of service that is the essence of hospitality - you will be remembered, hugged upon return, and protected from kitchen oversights as she goes above and beyond for you. Do this miss grabbing a drink or three with Miriam and her team at the AC Lounge - check the hours, as they change based on traffic, but if you catch her, it doesn't matter what time last call is (was) - she'll take care of you. 🙏🙌🤩

我是連續住兩天，入住第一天在櫃檯拿了餅乾跟一瓶水..然後，就沒了，房間也沒提供免費的水，要在一樓買

Location is good for nearby meetings, but a few miles from stores and restaurants. Room was clean and modern. A/C worked well. TV system was abysmal. Only truly annoying feature was hearing people talking in the hallways (at seemingly normal levels...not yelling). Room definitely needs better soundproofing.

Had to stay an extra day in Irvine, staff was friendly and helped sort out my booking and extend the stay in the same room. Also provided toiletry at the front desk when inquired.

在爾灣中轉落腳點，離光譜中心很近，步行500米，吃飯購物都解決了。酒店中規中矩，乾淨衞生，服務人員友善，有自助洗衣房，大堂有星巴克，附近叫外賣也很方便。

酒店服務很好，位置優越，在比弗利核心，步行到羅迪歐大道很近，停車方便，泊車服務很好，早餐豐富比較滿意，非常好的選擇！

Paid for 4pm checkout. Had to tell cleaning crew as they kept barging into the room 3 times of late check-out, and that I paid $50 for this privilege. Despite saying this so many times. a little past 12pm the front desk calls saying I should’ve checked out. I reminded them that I paid for a late checkout — the response was ‘oh’. No apology, just, ‘oh’. Stepped out to meet someone at 1pm, got back to the room, my keycards had been deactivated. Visited front desk, told them the issue (deactivated cards), no apology, no admitting a mistake was made, just silently handed me my new keycards. Received a survey for feedback from Hampton Inn, told them about the issue, asked to speak to someone — no response. Found a TripAdvisor card in my wallet from the stay, where Rivera (I imagine the manager) asked for a review, so here it is. Bottom line is, stay was fine, room clean, but super poor communication between staff members , and stubborn front desk that refused to admit to mistakes and made interaction uncomfortable. And then, of course, lack of engagement afterwards shows that this communication problem travels all the way up through management.
