Hotel dengan Bar di Ishigaki

Benar-benar menyukai penginapan saya di sini. Kakitangannya cantik dan sangat membantu. Mempunyai meja pelancongan di tingkat pertama yang saya biasa pergi Scuba Diving dan Parasailing. Mereka juga dapat membantu anda mendapatkan kereta sewa jika anda merancang untuk berkeliling pulau. Pengalaman yang baik dan wanita di meja pelancongan sangat membantu. Sangat disyorkan kepada orang yang datang ke Ishigaki. Adakah kali pertama saya ke sini di Ishigaki jadi saya sangat menyukai penginapan saya.

We got an upgraded room with the nice ocean view Yay! We really enjoyed our first trip to Ishigaki Island and it was the right decision to stay here! Swimming pools were awesome!!!

We didnt get to spend much time here as we wanted to see the rest of the island. But the staff were very helpful with everything we needed and the rooms were clean.

Not sure if it was corona that made the hotel poor or not. The staff at Grandvrio were few and low energy. No one greeted us and getting help always seemed to be an inconvenience for them. Also Hotel is dated - lockers breaking etc. the room was nice enough. Food hours are short. No beach. Pool is small. We spent one day at Fusaki resort and the difference was clear. There the staff was full of energy, food was good and quick, and the beach was great. I would not stay at Grandvrio again.

ユーグレナ石垣港離島ターミナルに近いホテルの1つで、周辺のホテルを比較してリーズナブルな価格で宿泊できるホテルです。その分部屋や狭いですが、ロビー等の他の設備と同様に清潔に保たれているため、ホテル滞在を楽しむ、というより、石垣及び八重山離島巡りの拠点として利用するといいでしょう。 （滞在中、シーツ交換やルームクリーニングをしない代わりに、無料で1点お菓子を貰えますが、ホテルを観光拠点として利用し、ホテル内にいる時間が短いのであれば、そのサービスを利用するといいかもしれません） ホテルの宿泊者であれば（ディナータイム以外は）ロビー脇の食堂で無料でドリンクをいただくことが出来ます（且つ、朝食として、具材に石垣の食材を活用したおにぎりがふるまわれます。おにぎりの具材は自由に選択できます）。スタッフは（一部素っ気ない対応の方も居ますが）基本的に適度な距離感で接客してくれるため、特に不愉快な思いはしないと思います。入口は1階にあり、フロントは2階にありますが、エレベーターで昇降できるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。 フロント脇に、小さいながらギャラリーが併設されており、絵画や写真等のアートのミニ展示が催されていることがあります。チェックイン・チェックアウト手続きの時間、食事前後の時間を利用して見てみるのもいいかもしれません。 It's one of the hotels near Euglena Ishigaki Port Remote Islands Terminal, and is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Therefore the rooms are small, but they are kept clean as well as other facilities such as the lobby, so it's better to use it as a base for touring around Ishigaki and Yaeyama islands rather than just enjoying your stay at the hotel. (During your stay, you'll receive one free snack in exchange for not having your sheets changed or room cleaned. If you are using the hotel as a sightseeing base and spending only a short time in the hotel, you may want to take advantage of that service). Hotel guests (except for dinner time) can enjoy free drinks at the cafeteria by the lobby(And for breakfast, rice balls with ingredients made from Ishigaki ingredients will be served. You can choose any ingredients for the onigiri). The staff (although there are some who are not so friendly) basically serve you at a reasonable distance, so you will not feel particularly uncomfortable. The entrance is on the first floor, and the front desk is on the second floor. There is a small gallery next to the front desk, where mini exhibitions of paintings, photographs, and other artworks are sometimes held. You may want to take advantage of the time during check-in/check-out procedures or before or after meals to take a look.

すごくよかったです。 はじめてのクラブメッドで、GOと呼ばれるスタッフさんたちのフレンドリーな距離感にはじめびっくりしました。 が、すぐに慣れました。宿泊されているゲストの方もとてもフレンドリーです。悦びに溢れている。 こども2人を1人で連れて行きましたがノープロブレム◎子どもたちはミニクラブでたくさん遊んでいただきました。 My 2y old son can’t wait for ice cream running hours(available from lunch) . He screamsed “Icecream!” during breakfast, then Enes kindly brought my son Ice cream attached big smile (still liquid though😂) every morning. Thank you so much!! 大浴場のあるホテルで探して候補にあがり、総合的にみて決めました。通常はスパは有料ですが、部屋をグレードアップすると、スパも自由に入れるプランもありました。到着時からのスタッフさんの接客もとても良くお部屋まで丁寧に荷物を運んでくれます。お部屋もゴージャスです。スパも洗い場は5つと、湯舟もさほど大きくはありませんが、有料なのか、いつ行っても0〜２人です。ドライサウナと水風呂だけですが、受付の前に、スパ利用客にブルーシールのカップアイス(味は4〜5種類)の無料サービスがあります。夕食は洋食で「天」で頂きます。実は夕食はあまり期待していなかったのですが、クオリティーの高い料理は嬉しい誤算でした。ボリュームもあり、特に自分はソースが素晴らしいと思います。パンにつけるホテルオリジナルの黒糖バターは他では味わえない逸品。デザートまで一切の手抜きの無い繊細な味付けの料理は最高でした。朝のバイキングもとても品数が多く、どれも手作りで美味しく、5つの*料理から１つ選べ持ってきてくれるサービスがあります。エッグベネディクトを選びましたが、とても美味しかったです。ライブキッチンで提供しているフレンチトーストはお薦めの一品。EXESさんの朝夕食のレベルは本島・離島の同価格帯のホテルの中ではトップクラスだと思います。部屋、料理、接客と三拍子揃った間違いのない素晴らしいホテルでした。また沖縄に来る機会があれば再訪したいと思います。

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful property, delicious food, and excellent service. Our room, an Ocean View 2nd Floor, Executive Suite, 2 Bedrooms, was incredibly spacious with several closets, plenty of counter space, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the water. The front desk staff, Mariko Okada and Shuhei Matsumoto, were outstanding – knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. I contacted them by email before arrival and all of their recommendations and bookings were excellent. The hotel is well located – just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown and many of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

It is simply an amazing place to stay. The hotel is small which is what we like. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am not sure about their English as me and my wife speak Japanese but there was 1 staff that looked Nepali. The room was immaculately cleaned every day. Beautiful empty white sand beach right out the front. Not the best for snorkeling as it’s mostly sand bottom but great to swim and watch the night sky. We had a car which is necessary as it’s 25 minutes drive from the city and we wanted to explore the island anyway. Small but beautiful spa with ocean view on the top floor. Me and my wife will definitely stay in this hotel again.
