Ulasan Selina Poc Na Isla Mujeres

This was not one of my best stays. Booked a standard private bathroom room and got a tentee room. Paid 300€ for 3 nights and then had to pay 200$ for an upgrade and they “upgraded” us to basment room. Not very helful staff. Trip.com made everything run smoothly with them but the hotel it self it’s just not what u book for. And the breakfast sizes are kinds portion. The only good thing in this hotel is the location. There is even no beach.

Hostel was very nice and clean. Super polite staff. Clean kitchen with big fridge, stove, sinks garbage and what not. They weren’t really generous with the filtered water since I needed to wait about an hour to refill my bottle with the water they put in. Overall great place on the beach with an amazing location!

We loved Selina, we stayed in the suite for 7 nights which was spacious and gorgeous. I would have loved to give a 5 out of 5 but for half our stay we had to put up with dj’s playing until 2am, and 4am on one of the nights. We asked about a room change but would have had to give up the suite, they provide earplugs but nothing can cut that noise or bass out! My suggestion would be to stay if you want a great hostel in a great location but ask for a room that’s further away from the music, if that’s even possible.

The hotel is very central, has a lot of activities (wellness), parties and excellent staff! We were really in love with facilities and resort style. The only downside to highlight was the cleaning. A lot of confusion specially about towels, they would get in and take our towels and forget to put new ones, or put one towel instead of 2 (we are a couple) and that’s basically the cleaning they do. But overall, I recommend a lot this hotel! We both enjoyed a lot and if we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Hotel clean and tidy. Very good location. Bed was big and confy. The room has a big bathroom very well equipped with towels, shampoo and shower gel. The room has also a fridge with cold drinks. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to go to the Terminal and it is close to the bus stop. NIn every floor there are vending L L lmachinesd for snacks and cold drinks. Also you can get tea and coffee.

Bad room and bad facilities, would never get back there

Bel endroit ,bien situé, beaux équipements cependant notre chambre 123 était petite et la vue horrible, sans compter un voisin de chambre qui s'est cru en discothèque à 3h du matin et qui semblait soûl tous les soirs et à qui la direction n'a rien dit.

Excelente lugar con una excelente ubicación y servicio 10/10👌🏾
