Book, book, book! This resort is the best of any place we have stayed! Will be back! Staff was amazing in every single way.

My wife and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary. Impressions was an amazing property and over experience. We will be back very soon! I can’t explain how great the hospitality, restaurants and overall vibe was. I wish I was still there.

We enjoyed our time at the resort. Just stay in the resort. You could be a target by crooked cops/people if you go into the town. Several resort visitors were targeted on the same day out and about in town.

Wow. It is absolutely gorgeous! The week was memorable! You will love the staff and resort. The stairs are a good way to get your exercise even on vacation.

Location and condition of the property were outstanding. Staff was always cheerful and helpful. Seemed to be understaffed at times but overall, a great experience.

The hotel itself combined with the breathtaking view of the sea is perfect. The catamaran taxi perfect. The choice of restaurants and bars is great, even opening hours at least of one bar after 11pm would be appeciated. It was a pity that the slide did not work and obviously didn’t work since a while: The service can be improved. Nice concept with the early and lateshift butlers but if there cannot be arranged anything in time its a pity. Summary: great retreat with space to improve on the service to match the expectations you paid for

We were very impressed with the beauty the resort possesses. After all, it just won the most Instagrammable place in the world and it sure was a beauty. Our favorite restaurant was Spezia, we went once and then were invited back by the manager Austin to come back and the chef would make us a special dinner. We jumped at the invite and Chef Lorenzo did not disappoint! His entrees were amazing. Plus the service was always top notch, our favorite server was Cesar, always making sure we were happy with everything. I got to see my favorite bartender Victor in Spezia. He always made my favorite drinks, he knew what I would like. He was an amazing mixologist. Other bartenders that need acknowledgment are Alejandro Martin, German, Pablo, Emilio, Andres and Guerson. Thank you for an amazing time and concocting our libations. The pools were all very beautiful and had the best views and sunsets, we enjoyed the sunsets on the rooftop pool. The poolside service was phenomenal, we have to appreciate how hard working this staff is. We would always be greeted by Dante and he would set up our towels on loungers, or if the rooftop pool loungers were all taken, we would just set our belongings on a chair, and get in the pool, but Dante always brought towels for us. There were times that we saw Julio and Edwin working the bar and taking drink orders poolside because of short staffing. Uriel was magnificent as well as guests would shout their orders to him from the other side of the pool and he would shake his head acknowledging them with a smile always. They would be super busy and always had a smile on their face no matter what. On the beach we had David and Zulema go out of their way to take care of us, we had so much fun with them. We had such a great time joining in activities with Abraham "AB", although we were always late for every occasion, he let us join with no problem. We loved his energy and his new found friendship. We have to acknowledge a young man, whom we would encounter all the time, all over the resort and every time we would run into him, he always had a smile on his face, Eduardo. We asked for his title and he said he is part of public areas, that would explain why we would run into him everywhere. But we just loved his energy, so very charismatic. As far as bell hops, Victor is such a patient man, having to have dealt with us and coming to our room several times when checking out, he was very understanding and quickly did his job accordingly. As far as room service....It has been by far the best room service we have ever encountered! We have traveled all over and can attest to this. Not only were the orders always correct but the delivery was faster than the time promised. Thank you Carmen for always calling and verifying the orders and adding habanero to my orders all the time. We did manage to go to breakfast to Unik, had the chilaquiles and was not impressed, was told to try the ones at Wildfire and it was a hit!

My husband and I just visited Impression Isla Mujeres for our honeymoon, and we had the absolute best time! I would recommend before booking flights to look at pick up and drop off times for the catamaran because it runs on 2 hour intervals. We made the mistake of getting there 30-45 minutes after one had left so we had to wait an hour and a half for the next one to arrive to pick us up. The staff provides food and beverages while you wait so it’s not a big deal but definitely added to our travel time and put as at the resort later than I was initially expecting. I will also say if you get motion sickness easily to sit at the top by the captain or in the back inside, especially if the waters are a little rough. Once we got to the resort, we were immediately met by our butler Martin who gave us a tour and showed us to our room. Martin and our other butler Erick were both phenomenal and tended quickly to any need or question we had. We had an ocean view room, and it was just as picture perfect as I imagined. In fact, everything about this property is absolutely picture perfect. Some of the activities we participated in while there included snorkeling, kayaking, pasta class, massage at the spa, and we rented a golf cart to explore the island one day. Our favorite experiences were the pasta class, spa, and exploring the island via golf cart. All the food and beverages we had were great! We tried every location except for Sake. Our favorite spots were Spezia, Mercado, La Vista, and Cacao. Our favorite spot for drinks was at the beach with our favorite servers Moses and David! Being served drinks and food at the beach was so nice, and the service we received was amazing! Moses knew us by name on day 2 and had our preferred drinks ready without us even asking! On day 2, we were also approached by VIP services to offer us a VIP breakfast experience to learn about Hyatt’s vacation club. We agreed to listen to the sales presentation on the morning of day 4 of our stay. Although we did not end up joining the vacation club, I do not at all regret sitting through the presentation. We had breakfast with Jennifer, who was lovely! In exchange for our time, we were offered leisure cash to spend at the resort in a few different ways. My husband and I decided to use ours for a free massage at the spa, which was so great! We seriously cannot say enough good things about this resort and the incredible staff. We were so sad to leave and cannot wait to go back!
