Hotel Islamabad dengan Gim

First time ever I was totally impressed with the level of service received which changed my perception not only about the country , moreover about the city itself. I’ll definitely come back to Islamabad and when I do, I’ll only stay at the Marriott Hotel as everyone there will make you feel at home

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

Brilliant hotel. Friendly staff, efficient service, great cleanliness and very secure. Having booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and all three not having any issues is rare. Top marks and fully recommended.

Chyba największym atutem tego hotelu jest sąsiedztwo wielu ważnych urzędów i instytucji .Stąd pewnie różni oficjele często tu goszczą ? Najlepsze lata ma zdecydowanie za sobą. Pokoje odnowione ale wszystko trąci myszką . Jedynym plusem duże metraże. Śniadania w formie bufetu ze sporym wyborem ale pod miejscowych klientów. Darmowe wifi raczej wszędzie , przy tej klasie hoteli ,jest także w standardzie .Zdecydowanie przy tej cenie nie polecam.

Perfect and safe for families.

I had the pleasure of staying in room 436 at The Margala Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it convenient to explore the city while providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for the price. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the housekeeping team for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail truly made my stay enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Naveed, Duty Manager, whose professionalism and warm hospitality stood out. He ensured that every aspect of my stay was smooth and pleasant. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the city, The Margala Hotel is definitely worth considering. I will gladly return in the future!

This is a lovely hotel in a nice quiet location, nearby are cafes, restaurants and shops. We received a warm welcome , had to pay extra to check in early, but that’s normal. The room itself was spacious with ample wardrobe space, lovely super kingsize, comfortable bed. The room also had a fridge. The en-suite was also a good size. On arrival the room was very clean. But that’s where it finished! Housekeeping was nonexistent, bins weren’t emptied, toiletries and toilet paper wasn’t replaced, unless you asked, towels weren’t changed , unless you asked! There was a menu for breakfast and dinner but it was room service only, lucky for us we were in the annex and was a communal area we could eat a lovely breakfast, but in the main part of the hotel there was a dining room, don’t understand why that couldn’t be used? Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. When the problems I’ve mentioned are resolved this hotel will be very good!

The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

I had an excellent stay at Centaurus. The location was convenient and easily accessible, while the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The security arrangements were exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment throughout my visit. I would like to express my special thanks to Zeeshan for his outstanding assistance during my stay and Miss Humnah (GRO) for Courtesies. I will certainly recommend Centaurus to family and friends, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.
