It's within walking distance to Tangdao and Wanda shopping districts, and offers convenient access for self-driving tours around the lake or exploring the city. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with humidifiers and oxygen concentrators, which are essential for high-altitude areas. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, including local Northwestern specialties. The hotel also features an indoor heated pool and a gym. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly satisfying stay.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The day before, due to altitude sickness, I had to cancel my reservation, and the hotel promptly confirmed the free cancellation. The next day, I felt much better and was reluctant to miss out on the trip, so I booked this hotel again at the last minute. This desert hotel offered stunning sunsets, stars, and sunrises—truly exceeding my expectations! The butler service was incredibly attentive, and they even prepared a small gift. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It’s definitely an excellent choice for a trip.
The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

ZZhiyindelvxingHighly recommended hotel! Firstly, the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and professional. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room based on availability, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, with relatively new facilities, air conditioning, and spacious, clean interiors. Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends.

MMy Travel FormulaThe hotel is clean, location is great to the nearby supermarket, shopping malls and the wildlife park. Many restaurants around. It would be great if there's dryer attached with washing machine. Breakfast is great, blended with both western and Chinese selections. I came back to stay with Sebel after my previous stay because of the friendly and informative stuffs who have helped me with the luggages and check in. However, why I rated the service with lower point because after I came back to stay for 2 consecutive nights, we have encountered different stuffs that gave totally opposite vibes, which were arrogant and no greetings, no smile.

GGuest UserI had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining.

The hotel facilities are complete, and free parking is available. The guest rooms are cleaned very cleanly, and the room is also very tidy. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type for me for free. The service is very good, especially considerate, and solves various problems for us. The location is good, travel is convenient, and the cost performance is also very high. It is highly recommended and makes people feel very comfortable.

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby making dining convenient, and there's an airport shuttle stop right outside. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city's nightscape, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my last stop in Xining before flying home. However, on the second day, breakfast was a bizarre experience. They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating.

The bed in the room was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort! The price is very reasonable, yet the quality is uncompromised. Both the environment and service exceeded my expectations. It's fantastic value for money, and the hotel's central location makes transportation incredibly convenient. The subway and bus stations are right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's design style is distinctive, with every detail showcasing taste and artistry. It left a stunning impression the moment I walked in! They even gave me a 'peace apple' upon check-in, which was a thoughtful gesture. Shortly after checking in, they called to inquire about my stay and any needs I might have. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe most delightful stop on my trip to the great Northwest! Staying at the Solitary Starry Sky Camp was an absolutely amazing experience ✨
I chose the Dome Starry Sky room, and at night, I could just lie in bed and gaze up at the Milky Way. The starry sky over the Gobi Desert is truly breathtaking. In the evening, there was a lively bonfire party where everyone gathered around to sing and dance – the atmosphere was fantastic! We also enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display, which really elevated the experience.
The butler service was attentive and thoughtful; they responded quickly to any requests, making the entire stay hassle-free. The hotel is right next to the Yardang landforms, offering unparalleled views of the Gobi wilderness. The facilities are excellent for a desert camp. I highly recommend including this experience on your Qinghai-Gansu loop tour; it’s an unforgettable Gobi camping adventure!
