I stayed one night and had a great experience:
- Max (FO) helped with check-in as well as restaurant recommendations. He also helped to download the right maps app that would help me find it.
- Jenny (FB) made the breakfast experience more delightful by serving me a yogurt with a 3D-printed cover (with good wishes) and a local fruit (I don’t remember the name though 😅).

Staffs hospitality was very good ... the weather was cold but they had warm hearts greeting us everytime we step in or out. we dont speak Chinese and Zhu was always welcoming and assisting us when we had enquiries. And location of the hotel is superb. You can walk around the Zhongyang st or get around to anywhere in Harbin with ease. Hotel rooms are big,clean and with comfy beds.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

Great themed hotel and with an amazing location right at Zhongyang street where you can see all the amazing ice sculptures without having to walk far in the -30 Degree weather. The staff was very polite and attentive, the best thing about it is of course the dress up session with the photographer. Highly recommended for a novelty stay.

This hotel was a perfect location to Central Street. You walk out of the front door and central street is right there. This made it easy to explore and find good Harbin Eats! The hotel had good decorations and the bed was extremely comfortable. Most of the rooms did not have windows and there was a bad smell that came from the pipes in the bathroom.

The location is about 200 metre walk to the Central Street , ZhongYang Street. Very convenient to have foods at around with McDonald, KFC,etc.
The teams are very very services provider offering assistance to us on transport, luggages, etc for our needs.
Breakfast is simple but serves with 3 course meals beside the starters and fruits etc.

酒店位置很好，就在中央大街最北端，出門右拐就是中央大街和防洪紀念塔，市區逛的話非常方便，並且自帶停車場，在中央大街的酒店非常難得。需要注意房間面積不大，普通大床房基本就一個床的位置，沒有桌子，套房有個單獨的小房間有電視有茶几，但也比較緊湊。總體來説這個季節性價比還是挺高，尤其開車的方便，服務人員也很熱情，態度好，值得推薦

This hotel seems to be one of the best hotels available in Harbin. It is worth the price as it offers, good location 100m away from Sophia Church, about 400m away to the subway. The cleanliness was superb. The design is modern and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were superb friendly.

幾十年了，第一次在攜程上差評，這次入住體驗真的崩潰了，用崩潰一詞毫不誇張，選了漠河市內最好的酒店，但是一宿沒睡原因是酒店晚上有大型風機運行躺在床上耳朵枕在枕頭上與噪音產生共振效果（不知誰能理解能共鳴）打去前台想商量換房被告知這種户型沒房了，我説那這個房子有問題就不應該被安排使用啊！最終協調無果！！！第二天頭疼欲裂流着淚跟酒店前台投訴，前台説抱歉，給我延遲到下午兩點退房，我攜程權益本身就是可以下午兩點退房啊！！我要求找前台經理或大堂經理被告知領導不在……結果溝通依舊無果！！！本打算在漠河住三晚的臨時買當天航班飛爾濱了。最後退房時間是下午三點半。真的真的真的真的真的超級崩潰！到爾濱兩天了頭依舊疼痛。失望至極！希望攜程平台能為幾十年老用户做主。
照片是親拍正對樓下大型設備噪音就是它造成的，我出示給酒店前台看了，讓他們酒店各位領導去住一晚感受感受我的痛苦！衹是呵呵一笑沒給任何迴應！我住的是802房

Hotel ini adalah titik permulaan kereta kabel dan terletak di dalam kawasan Taman Pulau Matahari, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk ke tebing sungai dan tempat-tempat lain. Biliknya sangat luas, kebersihannya terjaga, dan kemudahan serta kelengkapan yang disediakan juga berkualiti tinggi. Terdapat berus gigi dan selipar kanak-kanak. Perkhidmatan di kaunter hadapan sangat baik dan sabar.
Cuma, tingkat bawah agak bising kerana terdapat banyak kedai komersial (kedai roti, kedai minuman, dan laluan beratur untuk kereta kabel). Bunyi kereta kabel boleh didengar dari dalam bilik, tetapi tidak mengganggu tidur. Pencahayaan bilik tidak begitu baik, agak gelap, tetapi lokasinya sangat strategik dan masih menawarkan nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Harganya sangat mengejutkan dengan kualiti yang ditawarkan!

NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe concierge service in the river view room was superb, even better than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, surpassing five-star hotels with an abundance of delicious options. The best part is that breakfast is served until 12 PM, which is perfect for late risers like me. They even had ice cream and Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles! After checking out from the Ritz-Carlton Harbin, I came here. Although the room's hardware is comparable to a budget hotel, the service from everyone at the hotel was consistently excellent. We received a welcome gift before checking in and a souvenir after checking out – how many five-star hotels offer that? This family-friendly hotel is great, the European-style decor is beautiful, and from the river view room, you can actually see the river!

GGuest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night?
The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

YYuxuanThis hotel is perfectly located, just a 1-minute walk from Central Avenue and a 7-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The neighborhood is packed with great food options. The Red Brick Street morning market is a 5-minute walk away and stays open until 11 AM on weekends (9 AM on weekdays). The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a magnificent, opulent décor befitting its century-old history. The soundproofing is also quite good. The garden-view bed was quiet and very comfortable. The main draw is its incredible convenience to Central Avenue, being right in the city center, and close to subway access. We tried several local restaurants nearby, including Shanhetun Iron Pot Stew, Laochujia Northeastern Cuisine, Tongheju Northeastern Cuisine, and Xiongdi BBQ… This is definitely a place I'd visit again. Traveling with seniors, it was so convenient to pop back to the hotel for a rest between sightseeing. The location is superb. The front desk staff even brought us afternoon tea, which was a very nice touch. Make sure to try Qiulin brand kvass, as the Xuexiong brand is a bit too sweet. And the Madieer popsicles come in a wide variety of flavors… If you're coming to Harbin, choose 1903…

KKaju、Stayed here for a business trip, and overall, it met my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, making commutes for work hassle-free. The room was quiet and tidy, perfect for both working and relaxing, and the hot water supply in the bathroom was consistent. Security and service were professional and up to standard. The food was decent and met expectations. It's a solid choice for a business traveler looking for a place to stay.

Vvictoria326This was my second visit to Harbin, and this time I brought my parents along. They've always wanted to experience Northeast China, but were worried about the harsh winter cold. So, we decided to come during the summer before the peak holiday rush. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours. The bronze-colored main doors and elevators led us to the front desk on the second floor. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and this warmth was evident in every interaction we had thereafter. A special mention goes to the breakfast; besides the buffet options, there were freshly prepared Chinese and Western dishes every day, with a different selection each time. My parents even said it was better than a five-star hotel's breakfast! The hotel's location is also fantastic. It's not in the busiest area, so it's peaceful, yet it's conveniently close to everything – a taxi ride to most places only takes about ten to fifteen minutes. If I had known about this hotel, I would have definitely stayed here on my previous trip.

The rooftop bar at night had a great ambiance, offering fantastic views of Harbin's night cityscape and the river. The breakfast was a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, often striking up conversations with me. My holiday experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserI was truly impressed! I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk staff was incredibly patient. The breakfast was delicious and the place was very clean. No strange smells from the bed or bathroom. Plus, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with the toilet and shower in separate cubicles, which was really convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin. It's also super close to Central Street!
