I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent issue I encountered during my stay. I booked a room through Trip.com for 6 nights from December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026. However, I mistakenly booked a single bed instead of a double bed. (Just only 1 more night on 2 January to 3 January ) When I tried to address this issue with your staff, I was only informed that I would need to pay an additional amount to make the change. With not helping and no service mind. Even if i asked to talk to your manager at first time but i got denied. Actually, on December 29th, I had already booked the room and paid for the breakfast, but I did not use either service. I never intended to ask for a refund. However, on other days when I used the breakfast service, I was still charged as usual, even though you could have helped me by waiving the charges for the day I did not use the service. I never requested anything else, but simply sought to correct the booking error by changing from a single bed to a double bed. I have stayed at various Ritz-Carlton locations, and this experience has been the most disappointing in terms of service and staff handling. After my initial request to speak with a manager was denied, the manager eventually came to speak with me but offered no solution other than to cancel the reservation. This is not the level of customer service I expected. When I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the service shortcomings. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A nice hotel with great location, 5 minutes walk to 中央大街，friendly and helpful staff top notch service (蘑菇and杜丹丹）。Great breakfast and afternoon tea.The bed was really comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay! Will come back again 😊 这次入住体验感超棒！酒店位置绝佳，离地铁和商圈都很近，出行购物超方便。房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒服，睡得很好。前台小姐姐蘑菇和下午茶小姐姐杜丹丹服务热情周到，还主动推荐了附近的好吃的，整体性价比很高，会再次选择！

Amazing place with elegant Russian style, the location is great ,very near to zhaoyang street and shopping centre.. Very nice staff. The toilet with automatic bidet, the tivi super big. Our kids very like to play outside at court yard. Its so fun. The room also very clean and spacious. We stay 2 adult and 3 kids. Very Recommended

Location is walking distance to 道里菜市场 which is a food haven and just right next to Sophia Church. Rooms view was good as we're able to get a view of part of the city skyline 小龙's service was very good, besides helping us to check in, being prompt in replying to WeChat over service request and our kind request made over laundry, which he is not afraid of being troubled by our requests.

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

非常精緻的民宿，所有設計，用品都能看出老闆的用心，體驗非常好！老闆老闆娘人也超好，給每一位客人都準備了非常貼心的用品，加熱鞋墊，凍梨飲料，暖寶寶，根本不用怕自己帶的不夠用，晚上回來的時候還會給我們準備解凍好的凍梨，非常暖心！現在越來越喜歡選擇民宿了，就好像自己在當地有朋友一樣，下次來還會選擇這裏，㊗️老闆老闆娘生意興隆發大財！

저만 알고 싶은 호텔이고 리뷰도 잘 안쓰는 사람이지만 한국인 리뷰가 없어 난감한 분을 위해 써봅니다 위치 : 도보로 10~15분내에 중앙대가, 소피아 성당, 자오린 공원, 홀리랜드, 라오추지아, 하이디라오, 라오창춘빙 , 편의점, 백화점에 가까운 쇼핑몰 여러개 등이 있고 택시로 이동하는 곳도 10~15분내에 갈 수 있어서 위치가 역대급 입니다 방 컨디션 : 중국 호텔들의 방 사이즈는 원래 크지만 '수정 호텔'에 방은 유난히 큽니다. 저희 부부는 엘리베이터에서 멀고 조용한 금연방으로 기본룸을 신청했는데 늦게 도착했음에도 트윈 베드에 4인용 소파, 세면대와 샤워실, 변기가 각각 따로 있는 3인용 코너룸으로 (말씀은 없었지만 업그레이드를 해주셨나 봅니다) 배정 받아서 여행내내 엄청 편했습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 침구 입니다. 글로벌 브랜드 어느 호텔과 견주어도 전혀 밀리지 않는 바스락대고 뽀송한 침구로 한번 와서 경험해 보시길 바랍니다 직원 친절도 : 영어를 하시는 직원은 없지만 번역기로 열심히 도와 주려고 애씁니다. 상하이, 베이징, 쑤저우 등 어느 대도시 보다도 친절한 직원들 입니다. 특히 '쑨원징' 이라는 예쁜 직원님, 여러가지로 도와 주셔서 감사합니다. 체크아웃때 선물 받은 어메니티도 잘 쓰겠습니다. (룸 어메니티는 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디젤은 공용으로 칫솔, 치약, 빗등은 일회용으로 있습니다) 조식: 중국식이지만 샐러드, 토스트, 시리얼, 달걀등도 있고 즉석 조리해주는 완탕과 비빔면(?), 가정식 같은 반찬과 죽, 과일과 각종 빵, 커피가 있습니다. 고수도 잘 먹지만 싱겁게 먹는 저희 부부는 만족스러운 조식이었습니다 3층엔 트레드밀 몇 대지만 gym이 있고 반대쪽엔 건조기 까지 있는 세탁실이 있습니다. 보증금 없고 수건과 생수도 넉넉히 줍니다. 깨끗한 도시와 순박한 사람들에 반해 하얼빈에 다시 오고 싶고 그때도 桔子水晶酒店(哈尔滨中央大街店)에 숙박하고 싶습니다

Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️
