This was my first time staying at the Habsburg Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied. Everyone was incredibly welcoming from the moment we entered. From the guy at the lobby entrance to the lady at the counter and every staff member in the restaurant, the service was excellent. One of stuff sis Air was especially kind, offering me yogurt and introducing the food, which allowed me to try many delicious dishes. The Habsburg breakfast was truly abundant, the environment was great, and the facilities were complete! 👍🏻 My family loved it here, especially my kids love this kids room and my husband said we'd definitely stay here again next time…

I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

We stayed at HarbinXi Er Man Hotel (Harbin Central Street Pedestrian Street Store) and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right along Zhongyang Street, making it very convenient for walking around the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was great. A minor point: we were a bit confused at first because we received a message stating that “Harbin Sherman Hotel has now been fully upgraded to Harbin Central Street Keston Hotel (Sophia Church Branch),” so we weren’t sure if the location had changed. We contacted the staff, requested a recent photo of the hotel front, and confirmed that the Trip.com details were correct before proceeding. The staff were helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

Отличное месторасположение в центре. Мы брали номер с ванной у окна, это потрясающе. Как в фильмах. Рядом есть магазин, ресторанчики, набережная в паре кварталов. Отличный вариант за эти деньги

地理位置：聖索菲亞教堂旁邊，道里菜市場斜對面，離中央大街有500米，離松花江和紅專早市稍微有點遠，建議騎共享單車 房間設施：新開半年的酒店，都比較新，房間大，有陽台，有梳粧間，住了兩晚，第二晚是免費升級的，洗漱用品基本齊全。迷你吧飲料兩種是免費的。有歡迎水果。 服務：基本ok，主要我也沒啥需要特殊服務，退房時候收到了小禮物。 早餐：該有的都有了，就是欠缺了點特色菜，雖然有東北蘸菜和鍋包肉，還能再增加點哈爾濱特色就更完美了。不過諾富特西式餐食做的都挺不錯的，長者吃的很開心。 提個意見：關於禁煙，理論上諾富特應該是禁煙酒店，房間裏沒有煙灰缸，但是走道里還是有煙味，我一早去吃飯剛開房門，那股味道哦，保潔阿姨正在努力的散味，但是織物這種殘留很難去除。煙敏感的人會很在意這點（我對國內酒店評價第一關就是禁煙和二手煙殘留，因為國外酒店根本不用擔心煙味問題，室內禁煙國內做的極差，尤其北方是煙民重災區）。我們是五一節剛過入住，客人比較少，而且天氣暖和，不需要暖氣，所以客房之間串味不嚴重，但中央空調裏有煙味殘留，我開過後又關了。建議酒店應該把吸煙和不吸煙住客嚴格分層，然後對吸煙客人提出禁煙要求，如不執行就罰錢清潔費，這樣才能保證其他住客的舒適度。

幾十年了，第一次在攜程上差評，這次入住體驗真的崩潰了，用崩潰一詞毫不誇張，選了漠河市內最好的酒店，但是一宿沒睡原因是酒店晚上有大型風機運行躺在床上耳朵枕在枕頭上與噪音產生共振效果（不知誰能理解能共鳴）打去前台想商量換房被告知這種户型沒房了，我説那這個房子有問題就不應該被安排使用啊！最終協調無果！！！第二天頭疼欲裂流着淚跟酒店前台投訴，前台説抱歉，給我延遲到下午兩點退房，我攜程權益本身就是可以下午兩點退房啊！！我要求找前台經理或大堂經理被告知領導不在……結果溝通依舊無果！！！本打算在漠河住三晚的臨時買當天航班飛爾濱了。最後退房時間是下午三點半。真的真的真的真的真的超級崩潰！到爾濱兩天了頭依舊疼痛。失望至極！希望攜程平台能為幾十年老用户做主。 照片是親拍正對樓下大型設備噪音就是它造成的，我出示給酒店前台看了，讓他們酒店各位領導去住一晚感受感受我的痛苦！衹是呵呵一笑沒給任何迴應！我住的是802房

Hotel ini adalah titik permulaan kereta kabel dan terletak di dalam kawasan Taman Pulau Matahari, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk ke tebing sungai dan tempat-tempat lain. Biliknya sangat luas, kebersihannya terjaga, dan kemudahan serta kelengkapan yang disediakan juga berkualiti tinggi. Terdapat berus gigi dan selipar kanak-kanak. Perkhidmatan di kaunter hadapan sangat baik dan sabar. Cuma, tingkat bawah agak bising kerana terdapat banyak kedai komersial (kedai roti, kedai minuman, dan laluan beratur untuk kereta kabel). Bunyi kereta kabel boleh didengar dari dalam bilik, tetapi tidak mengganggu tidur. Pencahayaan bilik tidak begitu baik, agak gelap, tetapi lokasinya sangat strategik dan masih menawarkan nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Harganya sangat mengejutkan dengan kualiti yang ditawarkan!
