If you're traveling to Harbin, I recommend this hotel. The hotel's unique theme caught our attention. In particular, the smile and passionate service of the staff made us happy during our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also in the center of the city, so you can comfortably travel anywhere in Harbin.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at HarbinXi Er Man Hotel (Harbin Central Street Pedestrian Street Store) and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right along Zhongyang Street, making it very convenient for walking around the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was great.
A minor point: we were a bit confused at first because we received a message stating that “Harbin Sherman Hotel has now been fully upgraded to Harbin Central Street Keston Hotel (Sophia Church Branch),” so we weren’t sure if the location had changed. We contacted the staff, requested a recent photo of the hotel front, and confirmed that the Trip.com details were correct before proceeding. The staff were helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

This hotel seems to be one of the best hotels available in Harbin. It is worth the price as it offers, good location 100m away from Sophia Church, about 400m away to the subway. The cleanliness was superb. The design is modern and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were superb friendly.

幾十年了，第一次在攜程上差評，這次入住體驗真的崩潰了，用崩潰一詞毫不誇張，選了漠河市內最好的酒店，但是一宿沒睡原因是酒店晚上有大型風機運行躺在床上耳朵枕在枕頭上與噪音產生共振效果（不知誰能理解能共鳴）打去前台想商量換房被告知這種户型沒房了，我説那這個房子有問題就不應該被安排使用啊！最終協調無果！！！第二天頭疼欲裂流着淚跟酒店前台投訴，前台説抱歉，給我延遲到下午兩點退房，我攜程權益本身就是可以下午兩點退房啊！！我要求找前台經理或大堂經理被告知領導不在……結果溝通依舊無果！！！本打算在漠河住三晚的臨時買當天航班飛爾濱了。最後退房時間是下午三點半。真的真的真的真的真的超級崩潰！到爾濱兩天了頭依舊疼痛。失望至極！希望攜程平台能為幾十年老用户做主。

Hotel ini adalah titik permulaan kereta kabel dan terletak di dalam kawasan Taman Pulau Matahari, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk ke tebing sungai dan tempat-tempat lain. Biliknya sangat luas, kebersihannya terjaga, dan kemudahan serta kelengkapan yang disediakan juga berkualiti tinggi. Terdapat berus gigi dan selipar kanak-kanak. Perkhidmatan di kaunter hadapan sangat baik dan sabar.
Cuma, tingkat bawah agak bising kerana terdapat banyak kedai komersial (kedai roti, kedai minuman, dan laluan beratur untuk kereta kabel). Bunyi kereta kabel boleh didengar dari dalam bilik, tetapi tidak mengganggu tidur. Pencahayaan bilik tidak begitu baik, agak gelap, tetapi lokasinya sangat strategik dan masih menawarkan nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Harganya sangat mengejutkan dengan kualiti yang ditawarkan!

FFabioAlinI rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves a shout-out, mainly because the attention to detail was exceptional. Harbin in May is very dry, and my lips were chapped, so the hotel thoughtfully provided two humidifiers. They also offered many little extras like earplugs, snacks, chocolates, and four bottles of water. The toilet had disposable seat covers and disinfectant wipes, and the disposable slippers were very comfortable, not the cheap kind. The water kettle was designed to use bottled water directly, which was very convenient, and the bed was large and comfortable. Upon checkout, I even received a small gift, and when I was leaving alone with a large suitcase, a staff member helped me carry it across the road and load it into the car.
I've stayed in 5-star hotels in Sydney, Singapore, Shanghai, and Paris, including places like Crown and Shangri-La, but none have been as meticulously detailed as this one.
And the price was incredibly affordable! Perhaps because it was the last day of the May Day holiday, it was only 260 yuan per night. I have to give it a 7-star rating!

MM314585****Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House.
Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel.
The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

AAninininiThe hotel service was truly exceptional. On my first day, I used a toilet seat cover, and from the next day onwards, disposable toilet seat covers were provided daily. Housekeeping was always prompt, and fresh fruit and mineral water were replenished regularly. The bedding was changed every two days. What was even more incredible was that on my last day, while packing, I noticed that all the black scuff marks from baggage handling on my suitcase had been wiped clean!
The location is also superb. A left turn leads to the Hongzhuan Street morning market, and a short walk to the right takes you to Central Street. I never had breakfast at the hotel because there were so many great food options nearby. I'd go out in the morning, come back for a rest at noon, and then head out again in the afternoon, feeling completely refreshed. Wandering around the old streets near the hotel, you can find beautiful small churches and old buildings – absolutely fantastic!
If it's your first time visiting, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The front desk handled check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, proactively upgrading my room. Room service was incredibly responsive, delivering items within minutes. What really touched me was how readily the front desk helped when I encountered a small issue; they truly made me feel like family. This kind of customer-centric service absolutely deserves a five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe service here is excellent, from booking to the front desk and restaurant staff, everything was impeccable. The Chinese restaurant waitress, Miss Xu, was especially warm and professional. This is much better than the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, where I noticed foreign guests were prioritized with excessive deference – that wasn't the case here in Harbin. The Ritz-Carlton Harbin's service was truly attentive and responsive to every request, hats off to them! 👍
There were a few minor downsides. The smart toilet seat, if you sit on it for too long, the lid taps your back. 🤭 The first room they assigned me was quite far from the elevator, which I had requested since I'm a light sleeper. However, after the staff showed me to the room, I got lost trying to find the elevator again after turning a few corners, haha! So I went back to my room and called the front desk. They then upgraded me to a river-view room closer to the elevator. But as soon as I entered, there was a slight lingering smell of renovation near the entrance. For someone as sensitive to smells as I am, it was quite impactful, but I really didn't want to bother them again. Sure enough, I woke up with a headache in the middle of the night, quickly took some medicine, and felt better after an early morning walk.
Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, but by 9:40 AM, the hot milk was already gone. A kind female manager went to the coffee machine to get me a cup, as it would take 7 minutes to provide more hot milk. My suggestion is that if breakfast is until 10:30 AM, they shouldn't stop replenishing items early just because there are fewer people. This will only lead to even fewer guests over time. I even bought 14 more breakfast vouchers, by the way. The quality of the breakfast ingredients is excellent, which is why I bought 10 breakfast vouchers.
The gym equipment is great, and the service there is also very enthusiastic. The lighting in the swimming pool area at night was a bit dim. Since it's a water environment, dim lighting can be dangerous and make it difficult to spot issues. My friend suddenly got leg cramps, luckily a coach came over and pulled her out. The downside is that there are two lifeguard observation chairs, but no lifeguards. There's a duty coach who occasionally comes in to check, and sometimes goes to the gym to teach. Even though the water depth is 1.35 meters, a swimming pool, by regulation, must have lifeguards on the chairs. Accidents can happen in water, so safety is paramount. Overall, my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting.

GgegetongFirst off, the hotel's location is excellent, nestled between Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. It's incredibly close to both attractions; in fact, it's right across from the cathedral, so you can just cross the street morning and night. Central Street is also just 300-400 meters west of the hotel. Downstairs, there's the Xin Yibai department store and Daoli Market, which is perfect if you want to skip restaurants and try various local snacks.
Secondly, I've stayed at Vienna Hotels in many cities across the country, and this one stands out for its decor, cleanliness, and service. The room isn't huge (understandable, given it's in an old city scenic area), but it's cozy and spotless. Plus, the four bottles of Nongfu Spring water and two cans of Kvass were complimentary. It's currently peak ice and snow season, so the staff are incredibly busy with guests checking in and out daily, but they always greet you politely, whether they're actively working or not. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options.

KkURBAN RWe have heard a lot from our friends about this hotel. And we decided to go for the weekend. We got into the off-season, but we really liked it, especially the hot springs. The room was very clean and cozy. The staff are very friendly and answer all questions and help. The employees do not know English, but everyone has an interpreter, so there were no problems with the language. Special thanks to the employee 杨峰 at the reception, who helped us with check-in, kindly offered to upgrade the room for free.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!
