The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. the big table was great for us to put all our clothes and share our meals. it's convenient for skiing, right outside the door and no need to travel anywhere. The restaurant makes delicious food with family sharing portions and there is also a KFC and pizza Hut nearby. There is a small shop on the hotel premises with cool drinks and snacks.

Ibis Hotel ialah hotel yang paling menjimatkan kos sepanjang perjalanan saya ke Harbin. Hotel lain dengan keadaan yang sama adalah jauh lebih mahal. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Disebabkan saya mempunyai dua anak dan hanya ada dua bantal di dalam bilik, saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta bantal. Selepas beberapa ketika, makcik perkhidmatan bilik membawa bantal dan membawa saya 4 botol air mineral. Kalau tak cukup minum boleh minta lebih.

Hotel ini berjarak 10 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api, di tengah-tengah zon pejalan kaki, di mana terdapat banyak restoran, besar dan kecil. Anda boleh lihat bahawa ia telah wujud selama bertahun-tahun dan sedang menjalani kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian sambil terus beroperasi. Bilik ini luas, tetapi tiada iklan dan pancuran mandian berasingan seperti yang dijangkakan, tingkap di jalan yang sibuk tidak boleh benar-benar ditutup, dan aksesori singki tidak diketatkan. Sarapan dibawa ke bilik pada pukul 7 pagi dan tidak ditanya (ini mungkin disebabkan oleh pengubahsuaian), tidak ada pilihan. Harga yang sangat rendah sepatutnya membuat saya ragu-ragu.

來到這家酒店，體會到了賓至如歸的感覺，從酒店大堂一進來給人的感覺就眼前一亮，前台的工作人員會主動幫我拿行李，主動問好，對於我提出的問題都一一解答，還告訴我附近的美食，這家酒店停車很方便，酒店門口也有停車位，地下也有停車位，這對於開車出來的人簡直太方便了，他家的大堂裝修的很豪華，房間的佈局很不錯，給人很舒適的感覺，房間的茶也比較不錯，經跟前台溝通，他們的老闆是福建人，真的很懂茶，房間還配備了這麼好喝的茶，小冰箱裏還有迷你吧，有哈爾濱的特產格瓦斯，味道還是不錯的，房間乾淨整潔，他家的早餐比較不錯，甜品都很好吃，麪條也很好吃，樣式很多，有中餐和西餐，酒店的位置很不錯，臨近哈西站和機場，附近還有地鐵站，打車也很方便。他家的前台服務還説不説是真的好，在每個工作人員的臉上都能看到笑臉，值得推薦的一家酒店。

The Hotel is quite okay nice rooms, unfortunately a bit smelly siphon as often could happen in China, the staff is very kind but not english speaking fluently, paying with credit card is possible, because of the Corona situation a lot of things weren’t open but the time in the hotel was relaxed. The hotel is very close to the historic Main Street you can walk 10min and in the middle of Harbin Downtown live with bars malls shops restaurants etc.

The Staff are amazing ,super helpful and with a great attitude I asked for the pick up service from the airport to hotel, and the driver was the sweetest and kindest! He waited for me even when I had a huge delay on my flight. Then at the Hotel Charles and all the staff received me super friendly and happy. The room was spacious and well designed. The location is a bit remote from the highlights of the city but doable with taxi or didi. The breakfast was good but not enough variety, every day is mostly the same menu. The room service menu is limited but super good, the food was always delicious and again the staff amazing. Thanks!

I never write reviews but i need to tell all trip.com users and potential Harbin travelers that I had a legitimately life-changing experience staying at Xingsu Youth Hostel. The hostel feels like a home - you walk in, and the first floor is a living room/kitchen with a big table and couches and a front desk, the second floor is rooms, and the third floor is the all-female floor with 16 beds, where I stayed. First of all, I was slightly nervous about being in a room with 16 people, but it was so spacious and comfortable and everyone was really respectful, I had 0 issues with noise or anything. There's a nightstand and lamp next to each bed so you can stay up or get up early without bothering anyone. Everything's very clean and warm and comfortable. Great hostel. OK on to the life-changing part. I've stayed at hostels before and met cool people, but at Xingsu I made FRIENDS. When I walked through the door on my second night there, a bunch of people were sitting around the table, the owner of the hostel was making 烧烤 (Chinese BBQ) for everyone, and I was welcomed into the meal/demanded to have a drink with everyone!! We all hung out for many hours that night, and more the next day. Throughout my stay at Xingsu, hanging out with these people and chatting with the owner, it became very clear that the owner is someone who loves meeting new people and building community and facilitates these kinds of encounters. (And not at all in an obnoxious space-taking-up way, but in a genuine way full of attention and generosity.) I learned a lot about being a good human by staying here!!! Even if you're not looking to make new friends and just need a place to stay, you should stay at Xingsu because it's an extremely affordable and comfortable stay in an amazing location (like an 8 min walk from Zhongyang Da Jie, the main pedestrian street)!! In any case you will absorb generous and warm vibes here and will not regret it. ＜3

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

有品質有服務，可閉眼入住 全程自助。體驗好，服務速度快 公寓乾淨，有品質。床品乾淨舒服，沙發，落地燈，洗髮沐浴都有民宿的感覺 樓上視野好，也安靜。能看到西站，早上也有太陽 寵物友好，可以帶寵物，樓裏常住的小姐姐看到寵物也很友好打招呼 屬於新的地方，樓下週邊商業形態還沒起來，吃喝估計要點點外賣
