I had a wonderful stay at Habsburg Hotel near Sofia Church on Harbin’s Central Street. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic St. Sophia Cathedral and right in the heart of the historic Zhongyang (Central) Street pedestrian area. This made it incredibly convenient to explore Harbin’s beautiful European-style architecture, shops, restaurants, and evening lights without needing transportation. The hotel itself has a charming, elegant atmosphere that fits perfectly with the historic surroundings. My room was clean, warm, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated given Harbin’s cold weather. The bed was cozy, the heating worked perfectly, and the room was well-maintained with all the essential amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the view and proximity to Sofia Church—waking up and stepping outside to see such a beautiful landmark was a memorable experience. The hotel also offers great photo spots nearby, especially at night when the area is beautifully illuminated. Breakfast at the hotel was a great way to start the day. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was comfortable and pleasant in the morning. It was very convenient to enjoy a warm breakfast before heading out to explore Central Street. I would also like to give a special thanks to one of the staff members, Jenny, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She kindly prepared a cute drink for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Her warm service really made our stay feel extra special and added a personal touch to the experience. Another staff member at the laundry room was also extremely kind and helpful. When one of my clothes was accidentally damaged, they patiently helped repair it for me. I really appreciated the effort and kindness—it showed how much the staff care about their guests. Overall, Habsburg Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Harbin who wants to stay in the most iconic and convenient location. It combines comfort, charm, good breakfast, and excellent service with unbeatable access to the city’s most famous attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Harbin.

Stayed at Harbin No.23 Mansion Hotel (Sofia Church Branch) and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a unique historical charm, with elegant decor that matches the character of the surrounding area. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable — especially important during Harbin’s cold weather. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Sofia Church and nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was very convenient for sightseeing, particularly for first-time visitors to Harbin. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, this hotel offers great atmosphere, comfort, and location, making it a very good choice for travelers who want to stay close to Harbin’s iconic landmarks. Would recommend and stay again.

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

We stayed at HarbinXi Er Man Hotel (Harbin Central Street Pedestrian Street Store) and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right along Zhongyang Street, making it very convenient for walking around the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was great. A minor point: we were a bit confused at first because we received a message stating that “Harbin Sherman Hotel has now been fully upgraded to Harbin Central Street Keston Hotel (Sophia Church Branch),” so we weren’t sure if the location had changed. We contacted the staff, requested a recent photo of the hotel front, and confirmed that the Trip.com details were correct before proceeding. The staff were helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！

Great hotel! Location is perfect. Right in the city centre. So easy to walk to Zhonghang street, River and shopping areas . Room is extremely clean. Visited in January and room was nice and warm and hot water was consistent . Service was impeccable . When we arrived we were so cold and they offered us tea upon checking in and a goodie bag each too! So cute . The hotel also helped us store our luggage for 2 nights when we were in Snow town . We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night with them. Thank you Joe and team for their hospitality and great service

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!
