The hotel is very nice, quite modern and very tastefully. The rooms are spacious, excellent bathroom and decent storage. Air con is excellent for the hotter parts of the day. The Restaraunt is exceptional. All the food I had here was really high quality. The Restaraunt is at the top of the hotel and there are very nice views. Lentil soup 10/10 Tenderloin salad 9/10 Sea bass 10/10 Lovely service staff and very accommodating. Definitely recommend for solo / couples.

Be Cautious. This hotel is not a right place to stay. They are trying to make money through stealing. They will charge you twice (cash and credit card) out of the booking rules and refuse to pay it back claiming that there is no evidence of your payment. Please force them to give you invoice or receipt in the case of cash payment. As I see now in other reviews, this dishonesty and actually stealing had been occurred previously and it is surprising that this hotel is still working with online reservation and booking sites!!!

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

I made a reservation for Stay Inn Taksim Hostel via Agoda.com website for 3-6 February.Due to special reasons, I could not enter the hostel on February 3, and in this case, I contacted the hostel officer and informed him that he would check in on February 4.Despite this, my reservation was canceled by the hostel just because I did not log in and the hostel officer said that if I make a new reservation with a higher price, I will only be able to stay at the hostel that way. What kind of customer satisfaction is it that I can't use a service that I have paid for in advance and that a higher fee is demanded again? So I had to stay in another hotel.If you don’t want to happen this to you never choose Stay Inn Taksim Hostel and should definitely stay away! Agoda.com internet sitesi üzerinden Stay Inn Taksim Hostel adlı hostele 3-6 Şubat tarihleri için kredi kartı ile peşin ödeyerek rezervasyon yaptım. Özel sebeplerden dolayı 3 Şubatta hostele giriş yapamadım ve bu durumu hostel görevlisi ile görüşerek 4 Şubatta giriş yapacağımı ilettim ve görevli tarafından hostele giriş bilgileri tarafıma iletildi. Fakat buna rağmen 4 Şubatta hostele gittiğimde otele giriş yapmadığım için hostel tarafından rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini, konaklama ücretinin iade edemeyeceklerini ve yeniden daha yüksek ücretle rezervasyon yapılırsa ancak o şekilde konaklayabileceğim söylendi. Ücretini peşin olarak ödediğim bir hizmetten ertesi gün geleceğimi bildirdiğim halde faydalanamayıp bir de üstüne tekrar daha yüksek ücret talep edilmesi nasıl bir müşteri memnuniyetidir? Şehir dışından geldiğim için de başka otelde konaklamak durumunda kaldım. Bir an önce konaklamadığım halde onayım alınmadan hostel tarafından tek taraflı olarak iptal edilen rezervasyon ücretinin iade edilmesini ve oluşan mağduriyetin giderilmesini istiyorum. Bir daha asla Stay Inn Taksim Hostel'i tercih etmem ve kesinlikle uzak durulmalı!

The hotel is amazing, very clean, and the location is very quiet except for the outdoor pool! As there's a new building under construction not far from the hotel! The breakfast there has a buffet system with plenty of types to choose from. However, I didn't like most of the items on the buffet, such as pastries were tasteless, eggs and omelettes were not that good as well. While the food at the globe was really good, especially the burgers. In addition, they have multiple interesting amenities such as relaxation room, sauna, hamam, indoor pool, and amazing gym. While, accessing the oudoor pool would cost you extra 10euros per person, and you might get surprised when they clean the outdoor pool, they don't notify the residents during the process and they'll close it for that reason even during the day! For taxis, you need to wait around 10 minutes if you'll take one from the hotel, even a bit more. Yet, if you'll take one on your own, you'll be facing the fury of drivers regarding the high prices of fuel, and they'll charge you extra, and they won't follow the counter! All in all, Hilton was a good one, but I'm sure they can still improve when it comes to customer service. I've attached some images, including the menu of the Globe restaurant. Prenotato tramite una piattaforma on-line, per una notte per uno scalo aereo in orari impossibili. La reception è molto gentile e pronta: tramite whatsapp si viene contattati e si concorda il transfer da e per l'aeroporto (a 20 euro a viaggio). Il transfer funziona anche di notte, basta prenotare in tempo. Le camere sono nuove, ben allestite e ben pulite. L'hotel offre anche un servizio cucina, molto caldeggiato, ma che non abbiamo provato. La zona è isolata, ma la struttura funge soprattutto da luogo di pernottamento per chi si deve imbarcare.
