My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

Normalde yastık seçen bir insan değilim, sert, yumuşak, yüksek, alçak fark etmeksizin tüm yastıklarla uyuyabilirim. Odaya tıka basa doldurulmuş, başınızı abartısı 45 derece açıda bükecek kadar bir yastık konulmuş. Yastıksız uyumayı tercih ettim.

Our stay was really pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel is great! Really close to all of the monuments, the city centre and good restaurants. You have everything you need on the same street. The staff is always friendly! At the reception Selim was really welcoming and helpful and also the guys at the breakfast service Mehmet and Yalain :) ( I hope I wrote the names right) The cleaning service also really good! At general a lovely stay for our first time in Istanbul.

hotel tres mal isole comme beaucoup d hotel mais peu bruyant car beaucoup de client ici pour tourisme médicale. menage fait tous les jours et personnels agreables. petit dejeuner bon et a volonte mais pas trop de choix et toujours pareil.belle terrasse avec tres belle vue .bus et bateaux a proximite. et quartier kadikoy tres anime

Amazing staff very helpful and cheery unlike the Crown Plaza at Old city. Room was clean modern and stunning view from 7th floor. Pool outdoors and indoors.

War sehr zufrieden. Habe in 3 Cityloft Hotels bis jetzt übernachtet, bis jetzt die Beste wahl. Definitiv nicht das letzte mal.

The location of the hotel is not bad, relatively affordable, hearty breakfast, there are many nearby restaurants, have very good Chinese food, the price is also very cheap.
