Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. I am very satisfied give 10 out of 10 points

I had an amazing time in Istanbul. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel amenities and staff were of very good quality and calibre. In particular, I found front desk receptionist Burak to be extremely knowledgeable and informed when responding to questions. He was professional and offered help when asked. He went above and beyond to assist me with queries. His suggestions were exceptional and top tier. Burak is reflective of the double tree by Hilton standard and should be promoted to manager. He is very intelligent and the Hilton is lucky to have him working in their chain. I also encountered Umut, who works in the reservations department. He was warm, welcoming, and approachable. Both Burak and Umut contributed to a positive experience and stay in Istanbul.

Excellent location, 2 minutes away from the tram station and a short walk to the blue mosque. Breakfast was very nice and good serivce The room included amenities such as shampoo, hairdryer, towel etc Receptionist were very friendly and gave us a map to show us how to reach the ferry port Excellent view from our room and the breakfast restaurant, there is an outdoor seating area to have a better look at the view Overall a very good hotel and excellent service. Especially for the waiter that serves breakfast!

Overall is acceptable. i booked standard room, but it turned out to be a basement without wifi, without mobile service. Facility in basement was completely horrible. After i complained, hotel agreed to change back to standard room. Environment was quite noisy, might be a problem of bad sleeper. Breakfast is very good, which is the best part of Aruna. Location is terrific, 5 mins walk to Sultanahmed. Staff and especially boss delievered good service.

Absolutely great place to stay! The hotel is placed on the heart of the city, all main sightseeing’s in walking distance, a lot of restaurants around so it’s easy to find nice place for lunch or dinner or just for cup of Turkish tea. The hotel is not big, with very stylish local design and absolutely warm atmosphere inside: a lot of respect and care about the guests. The rooms are clean and have nice design, small balconies with street view or sea view on other side. In nice cafe on the first floor good breakfast are served. Especially would like to thank Kenan from reception for his hospitality, help in every question we had, stories and recommendations about the city. It was pleasant stay :) Thank you

Hotel sedikit lebih kecil daripada yang saya bayangkan. Ia adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan terutamanya di spa di mana saya mendapati seorang Bali bekerja di sana. Selepas penerbangan yang panjang, bilik wap, mandian Turki dan urutan yang sangat baik adalah syurga. Promo pakej pada €55 adalah berpatutan. Urutan adalah 40 min. Urutan tambahan akan dikenakan bayaran €30 untuk 40 minit lagi. Saya berharap spa menawarkan urutan Ayurveda juga! Kakitangannya ramah walaupun saya mendapati kebanyakan orang di ayam belanda mempamerkan peraturan mengenai topeng dan tinggal terlalu dekat dengan tetamu. Ia pasti terlalu panas untuk mereka dan walaupun di pusat membeli-belah saya dapati mereka menarik ke bawah apabila mereka bercakap dengan pelanggan!!! Itu akan menjadi berita buruk dalam usaha mengawal covid! Secara amnya, kakitangan di sini masih mematuhi peraturan. Tidak begitu banyak pemandu teksi dan orang lain di luar! Saya hanya menginap 2 malam di hotel ini. Mengambil beberapa foto di atas bumbung tetapi memandangkan lokasinya dan kawasan sekitarnya (tiada banyak yang boleh dilakukan selain berjalan di sekitar sungai), adalah pilihan yang sukar untuk tinggal lebih banyak malam melainkan anda memandu sendiri. Walau bagaimanapun, saya mempunyai masa yang menyenangkan di sini terima kasih kepada semua perkara. Menaiki teksi ke Istenya Park dari sini berharga sekitar 70TL.

We had an amazing stay here I hope estly can not fault it. The staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean. Our room was great, the view was incredible, it was spacious with a huge bed, mini bar, and decent bathroom. We were provided with water daily too. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice hot and cold, and tasty. We ate a few times in the small restaurant to the right as you enter the hotel. The food here was great and reasonably priced. There is no alcohol for sale here but there are shops and bars near by if you are in need of a drink.

My favorite place to stay in pindek, highly recommend, reserve a seat view room and enjoy your stay, friendly staff , 10 min walkingto the city center, 15 min to Sabiha Airport. Spa prices become very high.
