Ulasan Royal Mass Airport Business Hotel

I specifically booked this hotel because of the picture that was shown for my room type but turns out they were using a picture of another room type so I was quite disappointed that when I get my room it was not like what I expected at all. Also, there was a strong smell near the toilet and there was no window so that was quite unpleasant.  When I checked in the surface was pretty good there was even someone to help me bring my luggage to my room. there was breakfast but don’t expect too much.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Royal mass airport hotel, the staff were very nice and welcoming, breakfast was nice and healthy and it gets you ready for the day. It's located about an hour by public transport from sultan Ahmet so do your research on the transport routes you're going to take, there is a bim convenience store next door where you can get items you need. Overall good value for money. Thank you !

Brand new, nice hotel. Rooms were a bit small but great value.

I'm staying overnight, not far from the airport. The price is reasonable. We booked a cheap room, but it turned out to be windowless. Breakfast is a bonus for the price.

The hotel is close to the new Istanbul airport, about 15 minutes by taxi (about 400 lira). You can also get there by metro - the station is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean, modern; very friendly staff. The room is small, has everything you need - bathroom accessories, kettle, tea, coffee in a bag, cookies. The room was a little cold - the central heating does not work, for heating you need to turn on the split. The price includes a small breakfast (in the photo)

hotel used in transit in istanbul. Very comfortable hotel 10 minutes from the metro stop which connects directly to Istanbul's new airport. Small but clean room. Basic breakfast included. Super helpful front desk staff.

I liked the service, the guys at the reception are very polite, everything is quickly, clearly explained and delivered. We liked it, the sound insulation is weak.
