We spent 4 days at the hotel in a deluxe room. The room is in perfect condition, comfortable bed, fresh towels and bathrobes. Responsive and attentive staff who helped us to book excursions and call a taxi. We also liked the breakfasts. Delicious food and fresh vegetables and fruits were available every day.

優點和缺點都非常明顯。酒店最大的優點是位置，離老皇宮、藍色清真寺等主要景點步行十分鐘至十五分鐘即可到達。最糟糕的是我們的套房緊挨着城鐵，從早到晚車水馬龍咣咣的噪音不斷。

前面我點了10 分 推薦，是因為 我需要1 點check out 前台要求我們在一些app上點評。 其實 也不是不願意， 但是後面我説我在攜程上點評 他想要求我制定網站上。可是我沒有， 然後還要教我怎麼操作的時候。我有點不太願意了。我不喜歡這種被強迫的感覺。除此之外，交通，地理位置還是非常不錯的。 非常核心的地方，如果要打卡旅遊景點，強烈推薦大巴扎去一下

酒店地理位置非常優越，樓下有星巴克麥當勞和各種當地特色菜，離老城區的景點和地鐵站都是步行十分鐘內。酒店環境乾淨，服務熱情，晚上很安靜，會有地鐵的聲音，但不會影響休息，性價比高，很滿意的經歷，推薦來玩的人入住

飯店乾淨 櫃檯人員親切的服務跟協助 地理位置優越 附近很多餐廳可以選擇 飯店還有按摩服務 需收取費用 也可請飯店預約機場接送 很方便！

The room, while a bit compact, was cozy, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. The surrounding area is filled with delicious restaurants, offering a variety of dining options just steps away. The combination of great amenities and the prime location makes this hotel a wonderful choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of what the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great place to stay. Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is very hospitable and accommodating. The location could not be better for our family. All major tourist attractions are a short walk away, and in sweltering July temperatures, its location was really appreciated.

Helpless staff rather manager. While raining the hotel refused umbrellas. Saying that they have only 3 of them and they have to keep them reserved for other guest. On top of it manager was so rude . Absolutely no hospitality never expected staff of so highly rated hotel behaving like that. I wouldn’t have written this review if the manager wasn’t rude. Never seen senior staff of a 5 star hotel talking like that.

I stayed in an Economy Double Room which I feel is a bit small for 2 people. If I stay again, I would stay in a Deluxe Double room. The reception staff are very helpful. The room itself is lovely and is nicely furnished. I went to the sauna and the hammam. The sauna wasn’t working, but someone was trying to fix it whilst I was there. I’m not sure what the point is of the hammam as it wasn’t explained to me how to use it. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. You can order an omelette if you wish. The location is great – very convenient for the tram and to walk to some of the tourist attractions. I would stay at Bentley Hotel Old City Istanbul again.
