The front desk staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was delicious. Even though I'm not big on sweets, I really enjoyed the Turkish desserts. The tea was great too.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful breakfast, quality furniture, and Grohe plumbing. Everything was great, except for the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Despite the smell, I'll definitely come back with my family.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The front desk was super friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, with excellent coffee and tea. The hot dishes and pastries were delicious. The room also provided slippers and plenty of water. It was just too far from the subway station, a 20-minute walk. It was all up and down hills, quite steep. We were almost suffocating lugging a suitcase each.

It's a shame that hotels like this even exist! Due to a flight cancellation in another city, our family was unable to check into this hotel. We gave the hotel management almost two days' notice that we couldn't arrive through no fault of our own! We were prepared to provide all the documents confirming our absence, as the airline provided us with proof! It's incredibly disappointing that the hotel management turned out to be thieves and didn't refund our money. How can you make money off people who can't do anything about it? Ugh, ugh, ugh! In all my travels, this is the first hotel like this. I'll never stay there again, and I won't recommend it to my friends!

設施：非常齊全 前台會説英語，辦理入住非常順利，老闆幫忙拿了行李還送上了房間，選了安靜的房間，老闆也給安排了，房間很乾凈，空調非常的暖和，早餐也非常適合中國胃，元旦還送了小餅乾非常貼心。酒店附近有中餐廳，不遠有一個大商場，交通非常便利。非常滿意的住宿體驗感，有機會還會住這裏。

Чисто, очень хороший завтрак, в комнате есть чайник и 2 бутылки питьевой вдоы, тихий район, до метро около 10 минут. Недалеко несколько торговых центров. Понравился отель, останавливалась второй раз
