Ulasan Grand Hyatt Istanbul

We had a fabulous stay at the Hyatt. The staff were attentive, and all services were top notch. We would definitely stay again. The pool was a highlight. Enough space for the kids to play and adults to have some relaxation time. We upgraded to club, which was great for hungry teenagers. The snacks and dinner offered a varied range of food. Breakfast was a little less impressive, but what they had on offer in the main resturant made up for it.

Good location, walking distance to Taksim. Hotel facilities are also good, nice outdoor pool, good gym and spa too. Good breakfast choices but would prefer to have a bit more meat options. Room is spacious but the view is soso. The bathroom in general clean but the toilet area has a strong urine odour which is quite disturbing. In general good stay and good value.

One of the finest Hotels in Istanbul. Amazing service, professional staff, friendly. Secure and safe accommodation. Close to many tourist attractions.

Reasonable hotel but maybe slightly under our expectations of a Grand Hyatt hotel. Slightly dated, food underwhelming, big swimming pool - again a little tired. Shower door leaked water all over bathroom tiles.

Aged Hotel but facility maintained alright. Hard to see any sea view actually stuffs are all passionate breakfast can say hearty but have to say it’s not that considerate for Asian especially Chinese

The room is big & clean . A little bit old but it’s ok . The staff are friendly & helpfull .

Nice place, quiet and well managed with friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small and even though the building is not the newest, everything is well maintained.

Located near taksim square, it is easy to go everywhere. Bus stop only 5 mins walk and istiklal square is around 15 mins walk. Room was spacious, even though the hotel seems old, but everything still works well.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood. The building has an ambiance of luxury and class, however, the amenities and features, especially in the rooms are old. They really need to update their rooms to make them more modern,.
