Very nice place to stay in Istanbul for a fair price. The staff is very kind and professional. Good variety in the breakfast and comfortable room. It was our second time in the city and also our second time in the hotel.

It was a very bad experience ever, rooms were not ventilated, bad services at all from all the stuff. Service in the room is so bad specially the heating system which you can feel you are in sauna and you cannot even sleep and team saying you can leave the hotel if you are not comfortable!!! Not even try to solve any problem also like the TV channels were not working as no signal also. The breakfast was very poor and most of the things were not included in the breakfast buffet. Treatment from the staff generally was so bad and it will not be recommended for anyone even if it’s one of cheapest options to stay but maybe now i know why it’s cheaper than others!!

Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, ansonsten ist die Lage des Hotels optimal, da mann alle öffentlichen überallhin kann wie Fähren, S-Bahn und U Bahn.

economy的房間沒窗！我本來訂了五晚，由於行程出錯，跟酒店溝通第三晚入住，前兩晚取消，酒店不答應，也就算了。入住後發現房間沒窗户，一開門就一股難以言表的腳臭等各種臭的混合氣味竄進鼻子，一晚上輾轉反側頭一次領會到新鮮空氣對人有多麼重要，終於熬到第二天一大早第一件事就去和前台溝通換房間。白收了我前兩晚的錢 前台仍然拒絕給我們換房，一定要再加錢，這在中國都覺得很沒人情味了吧，人家就是幹得出來。説好聽點 人家的規矩是規矩，説不好聽 就是能多賺一筆賺一筆，根本不打算賺回頭客的錢。非常不好的感受，硬件也非常一般，廁所昏暗，絕不會推薦任何人入住。

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles liegt in der Nähe.

تجربة قاسية لا انصح احد بهذا الفندق الفاشل القذر . فريق عمل عنصري ضد العرب ..مجموعة من الفاشلين النتهازيين .. .غير متعاونين .. وبأطبع عن اكرر التجربة ..من أسوأ الفنادق في اسطنبول ..غرف صغيرة لا يوجد فيها تهوية ..اخلاق الموظفين عنصريين ضد العرب لا يوجد لديهم احترام وقحين .وينظر لك انه من حقه سرقتك انك عربي وخصوصا موظفين الاستقبال. لايوجد لديهم احترام ولا يتعاملون انك ضيف ..إفطار فقير جدا .رايحة الفندق والغرف مجاري. السرير غير مريح والنظافة صفر .مناشف قذرة من المؤكد لن اكررها .هناك فنادق افضل وقريبة وارخص وأفضل منهم

I stayed here as part of a tour group. The first room they gave me had an opaque window up against a white wall. No natural light or fresh air in the room. Felt like a prison cell…! I complained to our tour leader and I was moved to another room. The second room was filthy, the carpets were so dirty, the shower was dirty and the grouting needs to be replaced. The rooms are dark, brown and quite depressing. The noise from the neighbouring rooms is unbelievable- you can hear conversations amongst the people in the next room, the same as if they were in your room. Even the lampshades are broken. There are Tea/coffee making facilities in the room There is a safe in the room - however having read reviews on trip advisor- it’s best not to use the safe because of theft, so I ended up taking my valuables out with me. The shower area is big, with really cheap shower gel / shampoo in the shower, no conditioner. Breakfast- went up to the restaurant a few mins before the breakfast was due to open. The staff wouldn’t let me enter the restaurant so I had to stand in the small dark corridor where the lifts are situated- no lights in this corridor. There was a good selection of cold and hot food for breakfast. The waiting staff were quite surly and there was paper cups for the tea/coffee - clearly they don’t have enough regular cups for everyone. What hotel has paper cups in the restaurant instead of regular cups. I wanted to leave some luggage here and collect it on our final night here at the end of the your. But decided against it because they charge 5 euros per day to store it. I have travelled extensively and I have never come across anything like this before. Avoid this hotel if you possibly can.

The hotel is well-situated, but very tired. As others have said: sewer smell, needs renovated, hard-as-rock mattresses, and thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. I was on a tour so couldn’t pick my hotel, but for what I paid, I’d expect a better accommodation.

not again. It was 'comfortable' to a point, but the beds were rock hard, lots of mould in the bathroom, carpets were filthy and stained. But breakfast was adequate. Nice sitting area downstairs. Air con was good. We stayed because it was the first and last night of an Intrepid tour. Probably wouldn't go again if I had a choice. Staff were lovely though, and brought up 2 extra pillows when requested. Turkish people were all very friendly and hospitable/welcoming.

it was good hotel to stay. clean....fresh.... good location..... just voices from street is tooo loud because its close to main street. But its not bad. So for the price and luxery together.... breakfast and view also good. recommended....!
