A good location but the management needs to pay more attention to clients

The location was not good, very noisy all the time. Inside the hotel was dark excluding lobby, lift didn’t work well and was very slow. Room was very old, didn’t have toothpaste and toothbrush and there is no lotion but people were very nice and friendly and polite

Pretty good hotel and good location

The hotel is sooooooooo far away... Omg The taxi service is just a STOLER BE VERY VERY CAREFUL. THE şuna is mix sooo if you are a women and Muslim impossible to enjoy of it!!!!

Nice and good for relaxing

I booked it for my colleagues in the company. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are very good. The inside is a bit old, but I heard it's quite clean. I also accepted early check-in, but I'm not sure if there will be any additional charges. Overall, it was okay.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but there is Carrefour opposite, which is convenient for shopping. The restaurant on the first floor is also okay, and the price is not expensive, about 100 yuan per person. The breakfast variety in the morning is okay, but Chinese people may only be able to eat some French fries and drink some milk coffee. All in all it was ok.

The room is relatively large, there is a small balcony, and the ventilation is very good. Because of the exhibition this time, I stayed near the exhibition hall. The hotel is far from the city and there are few breakfast options.

I stayed for three days, there was no hot water, we waited for the technical teams to come, so I had to take a shower with cold water in this winter. I noticed in the lobby that many people like me were voicing the same complaint and unfortunately, brazenly saying that the masters were trying, no refund or even a discount was offered. There is no old rich menu for breakfast, prices have increased and service has decreased.

Breakfast was terrible, no food suitable for Chinese people.
