Could be a good hotel but not at this price! And the breakfast is a joke

Horrible! El personal en reception no tiene conocimiento de nada, son irrespetuosos, agresivos. Y siempre inventan algo para intentar qued**** con tú dinero.

O hotel é MUITO bem localizado e o quarto amplo e bem arejado. O pessoal do hotel é cordial e ajudam muito. Porém, o quarto é todo coberto com um carpete que está com aparência de sujo e manchado. No geral, entretanto, acho que vale a estadia. Recomendo para quem quer ficar bem localizado e não gastar muito.

Located in a convenient area. The room was an adequate size. Be aware that the hotel charges 20€ per night extra for a crib. They also charge 20€ per night for parking. Breakfast is 15€ per adult and 8€ children.

Elevator was inoperative. I was not notified prior to my arrival. I was not given the option to cancel without losing my money.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, with a supermarket on the first floor. I read some reviews about the carpet not being cleaned. And that is true, that carpet needs a cleaning ASAP. But I won't give this hotel 4 or 3 stars because, for the money I paid, I got a very fair value. And I am sure the management will take note of the carpet when they will read this review. However, since the hotel was not full, we got upgraded to a bigger room, with a couch on it, so I would like to thank the staff for that. We will return to that hotel when in Berlin.

The hotel is very nice. Room doesn’t keep noisy but all perfect (including price)

The room that is shown in the picture is not the room that you will get. The room that you get won't be as clean looking or modern. The room that I stayed in was old and the carpet was dirty. So dirty that I had to wear slippers the whole time. The WiFi was good though and the bed was clean but I would not book this place again in the future.

Location in city centre, close to many places to visit. Markets, restaurants and cafe's are everywhere. From the outside, the hotel does not look special. Rooms are reasonable, considering the rates. Paid parking in basement, unless you bring a car that is above 1,50 in height. I was lucky to be allowed to park in the garden behind the hotel. In the surroundings there parking is a problem.

Horrible hotel ! Please go away don’t go here! Hotel is really a nightmare. Service is zero and they have no idea about what a service means. The rooms are not clean and smells dirty. If you make a mistake with booking it’s your fault no cancel option or money back. Breakfast is minimal as like just filter coffee.
