Ulasan Sun Moon Lake Hotel

I am not happy with the corner room and the lowest floor.  I only saw a small part of the lake.  I am very disappointed with the room assigned to me.  The room is spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable.  But I don’t think I will go back again since I feel like was being tricked.  

Very good view of sun moon lake. N hotel is very cosy. Can hv a relax view of sun moon lake while soak in bath.

A hotel with great views and facilities. The room is spacious, but the price we paid per night draws disappointment when we noticed the state of cleanliness of the room. The curtains were dusty, window corners has webs and the most disappointing was the bathtub that has mould and dirt in it. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect location to stay in Sun Moon Lake area !

A bit far from shuishe pier, yes they provide shuttle, but hard for us to find dinner around there. The room is okay with nice view, breakfast also okay. We didnt get room with view, you have to request at first.

Not as great as advertised

Room is perfect. The bath tub is special . Japanese style living room provides a unique experience. Breakfast is good too.

Very cozy and pleasant stay right in the Center of the city. Will recommend to other traveller. Nevertheless breakfast needs to be improved

The hotel is located above the Sun Moon Lake. The view is fantastic. We booked one lake view room and one room facing the mountain. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is a bit old. The water pressure of the bathroom is very low, thus it took a long time to take a bath. The water pipe of the water basin is a bit long, it is easy to hurt your eyes if you were careless. The room lights are a bit dim while the sound of the air conditioning is quite noisy. Food varieties of breakfast is good but lack of staffs to refill the foods. You wouldn’t have much to eat if you come to breakfast lately say after 9.30am. The hotel has two car parking spaces. It is convenient and free of charge.

The hotel is situated above Sun Moon Lake with fantastic view if you booked the lake view room but the room charge is quite expensive for this room type. The hotel is quite old. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. However the room lights are a bit dim. It is a bit irritating to take a bath because the water pressure of the bathroom is very low. Check-in process is smooth. There is no luggage rack in the room. When we asked for it, the staff told us to put the luggage on the floor as no luggage rack was provided. We asked for two additional hairs to put on our luggages, the staff told us additional chairs might not available. We insisted not to put our luggage on the floor as it is hard for the senior to pack the things in the luggage. Finally, the hotel provided us the required luggage rack. We asked for two additional blankets. Again, the reception staff replied only one blanket could be provided and if we wanted to have additional one, we needed to call again later. We booked two rooms and asked for two additional blankets are reasonable. At last we called two times for two additional blankets. Breakfast was ok but lack of staff to refill the food, even no spoon was provided despite our several requests. We would consider booking other hotel if we come back to visit Moon Lake next time
