This hotel is a perfect choice if you wanna feel as a Sultan!
Good smell, clean and very helpful staff! Great location, next to Galata tower and awsome coffee shops.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff were wonderful. Room was super elegant and perfect. Location was perfect for us as we love to explore! We felt comfortable with the AC and the bed was incredibly comfortable Fabulous breakfast! We would love to come back and visit again.

Great experience. The rooms are decorated beautifully, same as the pictures. Our room was portrayed as daughter’s room with white and gold theme. It was beautiful. The staffs are also friendly and sweet. The Turkish breakfast was great, especially their scrambled egg :p I don’t remember the name, but the girl serving us the breakfast was really sweet. We left our luggage overnight because we had to go to a friend’s place. It was completely safe. Location of hotel is also great. You will reach Galata tower within 5-6 min of walk.

Great location for getting to all the main tourist hotspots, and despite it being noisy outside, you don't really hear the street noise from within the rooms at night. The rooms and reception area felt very luxurious and the bed was really comfy. It's not perfect, but in terms of value for money it's very good. The staff are great, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Bad service and experience, they are not cleaning the room if we didnt ask, even the bottles of water they were not putting it in the room , the towels were damaged and old and surprised on check out they charged me for the pillow case and towel because of hair color that can be easily gone by washing. Attached the towels in the rooms.

Fantastic location for easy walking to main tourist sights and Karikoy ferries. Beautifully and traditionally furnished rooms have a luxurious feel. We had deluxe double room with a view of the Golden Horn which was priceless. Staff spoke excellent Englush and the reception staff in particular were super helpful. Breakfasts on the rooftop terrace were excellent traditional Turkish plates. Highly recommended for a hotel with character in a great central location.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. My 6th visit to Istanbul and by far the best hotel I have stayed at. Excellent location, rooms absolutely opulent, the management and staff catering to all requests and questions, we couldn't ask for anything more. A good choice for breakfast and waking up to views of the Bosphorus was a delight. Very central to all sights and good shopping areas, next visit to Istanbul I will definetely be booking this hotel again. The staff were so helpful and went beyond duty to make sure our stay was unforgettable. Hightly recommended.

Great location, walking distance from taksim and many other shops and galata tower and waterfront, staff was great and available. No Iron in the room was annoying, only thing I didn't like was the bathrooms. We had room 305 and 405 Seaview suites.
