Ulasan The Bostanci Hotel

Everything was fine at the hotel. We were not informed in advance that our online reservation does not include lunch. They charged 1500TL for 3 people for lunch. This is unpleasant.

Polyester pillows weren’t the most comfortable and fairly thin, but besides that everything was perfect :)

The hotel's location is excellent, but the staff are far from professional. At the front desk, they seem to be doing everything but attending to guests. The TV in the room wasn't working, and the bathroom outlet was pulled out of the wall, exposed. Room cleanliness was average.

My humble advice is not to stay in any room on the 11th floor; the air conditioners either don't work or they work but are useless.

The location is nice, but the cleanliness is far below average. Apart from that, the staff are... unhelpful.

I've been traveling for years, both domestically and internationally, and I've seen many Lavali-style staff, but the person who was supposed to serve us at the hotel reception wasn't at the reception desk; she was constantly looking at her cell phone and playing with it inside. We were standing in front of the reception desk asking if our rooms were ready, and she kept us waiting for over an hour and a half. Finally, I came and asked if the rooms were still not ready, and she got up from her seat and her cell phone screen again and said, "Yes, your room is ready now," and that's how we were able to get our keys. In short, she was a woman who had absolutely no connection to the job, tourism, or broadcasting.

Very nice, comfortable, friendly service, very central location, and at the same time very reasonably priced considering all these features and price-performance ratio. I felt very comfortable, thank you 🙏

There was construction work right in front of the room they gave us, it was very noisy. We went to this hotel to relax a bit :) Luckily, when I mentioned the problem, we were able to move to another room. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The location is excellent, but the cleanliness is poor.

It would be good if attention was paid to cleanliness. It's very bad for a hotel with a star in its advertisement.
