Walnut Shell Hotel Sultanahmet

1. Cozy place with a small bedroom and a sitting room along with a portico that oversees the sea. Gulls regularly visit this place. 2. The views are worth the price. 3. The staff are quite helpful and accommodating. 4. The Turkish breakfast is appetizing 5. The hotel is nearer to almost all attractions.

This is a small hotel situated in a perfect spot in the older area of the city. Its excellent value for money, does a great breakfast and the staff are very helpful. If you want the top floor balcony room, be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Our room was great, couple of minor issues with fittings but other than that would highly recommend. For all the major attractions it's perfect.

Simply beautiful place to stay. The room was spacious, super cosy and clean. The balcony feature was great and the sea views were relaxing. Hosts Kadir and family were incredibly warm and accommodating. Couldn't have stayed at a better place in Istanbul, look forward to visiting again in future. Thank you 😊

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Although the weather was not very good, it was great to take a morning walk by the sea 100 meters from the hotel. There is nothing to say about the location. Within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and other historical monuments. Compared to other hotels in the region, the price is more affordable and the service quality is quite high. Rooms are small but clean and have very comfortable beds. Drinking water and tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room. Employees are smiling, caring and do their job with love and are always ready to help.

Uygun fiyatlı temiz ve rahat küçük bir otel. Yakın zamanda konakladık ve memnun kaldık. Fiyat, fayda oranı bakımında konakladığım en iyi otellerden bir tanesi. Sultanahmet meydanına ve diğer gezilmesi gereken yerlere bir kaç dakka yürüme mesafesinde. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Stayed at Walnut shell hotel at my recent visit to istanbul. My stay totally was as good as expected. This samll hotel is just a few minutes walk to Hagia Saphia and other must-see places. Staff are very polite and helpfull. Room was not big but very clean and comfortable.
