Ulasan Palazzo Donizetti Hotel - Special Class

From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made a great choice. Stunning hotel so grand and the rooms are massive. In a great location with a beautiful roof top bar. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Donizzeti Hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The rooms were comfortable, though we did have an issue with the air conditioning on our first night. The staff tried to fix it, and when they couldn’t, they moved us to a new room the next day, which was much better. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. Despite the initial hiccup with the AC, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul.

Firstly, I thank the Trip program for the excellent prices, secondly, I would like to talk a little about the hotel. In terms of the hotel, it is a beautiful and clean building and has all the services, and its location is also beautiful. On the negative side, the rooms do not have soundproofing, which means that you cannot sleep until 4 in the morning because of the music sound from outside the hotel, and the other thing is that the person in charge of breakfast does not have a way to deal with customers, and his name is ********, and he is not honest in what he says regarding breakfast timings, I prefer to ask the reception about breakfast on all days of the week. They also asked us to pay for sweets and drinks which was not available in a room , so Just argue with them if you did not use the food available in the room, if any

I just stayed one night at the hotel. it is a very nice place indeed. the rooms need maintenance especially the showers. bath towels should be replaced by ones of better quality. the hotel personel is very polite and helpful.

非常好的一個酒店。酒店位置好，就在獨立大街邊上，離地鐵站Şişhane非常近，自機場坐M11再換M2就能到。酒店本身已有一百多年，還保留了歐洲古典建築風格，非常漂亮。早餐是在頂樓的餐廳吃，在餐廳看出去的view 非常非常美。工作人員的服務態度也很好，我們到的比較早，前台工作人員在有空房的情況下，給我們辦了提前入住，非常感謝。下次去伊斯坦堡，我還會選擇入住此家酒店，也會向朋友推薦。

ホテルはとても綺麗でした！ ガラタ塔から歩けます。フロントスタッフがとても優しくて荷物を運んでくれたり丁寧に説明してくれました。 タクシーも呼んでくれて、ホテルから呼ぶと安くで乗れました♪

このホテルのロケーションは最高でした。 お部屋が広く、とても美しいです スタッフ達は皆親切です。 朝食は品数豊富です。

Отель в целом порадовал. Заселили в номер 213 с окнами на тихую улицу, на соседней стройке рабочих не было, потому было тихо. В номере есть все необходимое, но есть нюансы: темно (очень мало освещения), в душевой плесень в швах плитки, вода в душе слегка теплая. Завтраки типичные для отелей Стамбула, достаточно фруктов, выпечки, сыров и зелени. Очень красивая терраса, где проходят завтраки. Персонал отеля отзывчивый и приятный.

Bel hotel avec décoration du 19é siécle, meuble en bois, salle de petit dejeuner au rooftop sublime vue sur le Bosphore.Bémols: 1/à coté d'une salle de discothéque donc parfois bruyant jusqu'à 3 h du matin malgré double vitrage; 2/toute petite piscine au sous sol 5mx4 m

Удобно расположенный отель с вежливым персоналом, номера с высокими потолками и просторные. Не было проблем с поздним заселением. Вид из кафе во виемя завтрака потрясающий. Завтраки обычный шведский стол

Расположение отеля отличное, за исключением вида из окна - на заброшенную стройку)) немного шумно по ночам, не достаточно света в номере
