Ulasan Even Hotel New York - Times Square South, an IHG Hotel

The room was great— better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable and even had cool exercise equipment. Perfect for a quick stay. Only thing I’d say the hotel needs is a grab and go type of food/drink option. They do have free ginger line water however, which was a treat.

Good location, clean hotel. Fitness equipment in each room. Decent room size in NYC standard. Will stay there again.

半夜房間空調自己莫名其妙地開了，而且噪音極大，搞的半宿沒睡。燈的開關也不好用。

Utensils in restaurant were always dirty and they always seemed understaffed. The person checking me in called me sir. The carpet outside room was stained. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable.

Loved location and cleanliness of the property. Front desk staff courteous and professional. Appreciated key access for elevator use. Would definitely stay again. One caution, our room did not have a closet, limited space/cubby for hanging clothes and no iron in the room.

This property was clean, trendy and super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. It was easy to have them hold my bags after check out. They could use more options for food in the little marketplace though. There were only two. Lots of drinks choices though!

Walls were paper thin so I felt like I could hear evening going on in the room next to me and other noises throughout the night and there was no room service

i loved it. I stayed for one night so i didn’t get to use the amenities but the room itself is pretty spacious and very modern. Definitely will be visiting again and use the amenities !

Great location as we needed to be on the west side of NY for an event. Super clean, friendly staff and love the fitness options right in our room.

I was treated excellent by staff and had a great stay here. I would rate this place 5/5 and hope to stay here during my next visit to NYC!

this is a gem of a hotel - every aspect was great. locations seemed like it could be noisy but it wasn't at all. fun too with the fitness focus.

I was surprised by an additional fee imposed by the hotel at check-in. I was told that this was added because I used ******* to book the room. Given the lack of transparency around fees, I am unlikely to use Epedia or IHG properties in the future.
