Great beautiful hotel and friendly helpful services from front desk to restaurant and cleaning services! Makes our stay very welcome unlike some others in Istanbul. A better and Quieter area & it takes about 5-8 mins walk down to Nearby city centre taksim square. Lots of restaurants and cafes.

We stayed 2 nights here and we love our room. Big and spacious. Breakfast was very good. We didn’t use the spa area so I can’t say anything about it. The reception was very welcoming. The location was it bit off but still good. We walked to taskim and the famous walking street (5min) In all we enjoyed our stay.

Barcelo hotel's service is commendable, with special mention of a staff Birol. He always greets me with a big smile and is ever so helpful. Location is great, quiet yet just minutes walk to Taksim Square.... and I love the mattress and pillows. Will certainly return to this hotel.

Greetings. I booked the hotel through you. And I mentioned in the reservation a smoking room. And when I got to the hotel they did not know about it. And I did not get a smoking room. Really disappointing. They did not try to solve it for me. And even told me if you want to cancel I will contact you

Perfect hotel! Excellent location very convenient and excellent service. A receptionist named Sheerin accompanied us and helped with everything we needed. If we go back to Istanbul then only to this hotel.

比較常規的酒店，早餐比較豐富，房間面積在土耳其酒店裡算比較大的。但是房間mini消費有故意誘導嫌疑

早餐非常不錯，服務人員態度很好，酒店的位置離塔西路廣場非常近，周圍的購物和散步都非常方便。裝修風格比較傳統。
