I booked this hotel directly from someone called Hazal who works for Garlon Residence, at first the flats she gave us were in GR1 which is a building still under construction and not fully ready to live. The flat was too small for the, amount of money they ask for and also not safe toive in. There was very bad smell all over. As soon as I saw the flat I asked for a change because that was not what we agreed for. The communication with Hazal and yaseen is very bad and they do not offer a good solutions. We already paied a lot then they offer another flat with extra 900 dollars and they said its the only one available at the, GR building. We accepted it because it was safer than the other one. Once we took and paied for it we discovered that No Internet in upper room Overall Internet in the whole flat is very weak. bathroom door dies not close or lock bathroom shower drainage does not drain bathroom shower soap does not come out. room socket broken Mosquitos all over, we had a lot of bites, it took them 4 days to spray the place. They pretend they don't understand good English do that they give the people what they want. The painting of the flat is dirty and scratches all over. We paied 2800 dollars for panthouse and at the ends it's very small and it's like one bedroom with small living with a not safe stair that take you to another bedroom only. Nothing special The sofas are very dirty and old Very poor communication with most of the stuff especially Hazal and yaseen. The only good people were Dilara, Abdulrahman and marwan We are completely not satisfied and will never go to Garlon Residence again not worth the money we paied for only 9 days
