Garlon Residence

I booked this hotel directly from someone called Hazal who works for Garlon Residence, at first the flats she gave us were in GR1 which is a building still under construction and not fully ready to live. The flat was too small for the, amount of money they ask for and also not safe toive in. There was very bad smell all over. As soon as I saw the flat I asked for a change because that was not what we agreed for. The communication with Hazal and yaseen is very bad and they do not offer a good solutions. We already paied a lot then they offer another flat with extra 900 dollars and they said its the only one available at the, GR building. We accepted it because it was safer than the other one. Once we took and paied for it we discovered that No Internet in upper room Overall Internet in the whole flat is very weak. bathroom door dies not close or lock bathroom shower drainage does not drain bathroom shower soap does not come out. room socket broken Mosquitos all over, we had a lot of bites, it took them 4 days to spray the place. They pretend they don't understand good English do that they give the people what they want. The painting of the flat is dirty and scratches all over. We paied 2800 dollars for panthouse and at the ends it's very small and it's like one bedroom with small living with a not safe stair that take you to another bedroom only. Nothing special The sofas are very dirty and old Very poor communication with most of the stuff especially Hazal and yaseen. The only good people were Dilara, Abdulrahman and marwan We are completely not satisfied and will never go to Garlon Residence again not worth the money we paied for only 9 days

On check in the staff took me to a smaller room with less beds than the one I picked and paid for. Eventually I was moved to the right room but the sofa bed wasn't made up even though I paid for 3 guests and had emailed in advance of our requirements. I was just handed 1 sheet, 1 pillow and 1 light blanket to make up myself on top of the sofa cushion. It wasn't an actual sofa that converted to a bed. The key cards didn't work for the first 2 days of my stay which was very inconvenient and I had to find a security guard who then rang the apartment staff who would let me in my room which took 10 minutes every time. On the third day I was given a working key card which was a relief. The room also smelled of smoke and had ash trays even though my booking stated it was a non smoking room. Had to pay a 6000lira deposit (which I was only made aware of after I paid on booking. Com) The sofas were stained and the cooking hob was very scratched so had to spend time taking photos on arrival so as not to lose the deposit. To be fair I was not questioned about anything on check out so I think it's a genuine deposit scheme and perhaps the apartments have been misused by guests in the past. The fancy mirror light in the pictures also didn't work. The housekeeping were brilliant, very attentive and kept my apartment clean and well stocked. They were very kind ladies. Excellent location and the staff are friendly and helpful despite the problems with key cards etc. Great to have a washing machine and dishwasher when travelling with kids.

The residence is super central, the staff were incredibly helpful and very nice and the actual rooms are gorgeous. Furthermore, the views are brilliant from the penthouse. I would highly highly recommend. The staff even gave us an extra room because we wanted a later checkout to no cost.

I did not stay in this FOUR STAR hotel. But this must be shared. I booked an apartment through ***********. I was using the Arabic version of the site and I entered my expected arrival time as 1-2 as their Arabic site does not use 13-14. I got a message that my request was declined and that if I want that I should book a day early. I got upset and replied that declining my request is fine but it is ridiculous to expect me to pay a whole night for one hour early and I canceled my booking. To my shock, I got an extremely unprofessional and immature response. They went off on me as not knowing the difference between morning and evening and that I expect to check in 11 hours early and that they're glad I canceled because they wouldn't have let me stay at their hotel anyway! When I replied asking them to act and communicate professionally as a four star hotel, they replied with extremely silly remarks saying they are human and that people like me think everyone is on their payroll!! I stopped replying after that one. I'm still shocked by this level of attitude. How can you run a four star hotel with that attitude?! Now, to be fair and make it clear, they claim that I selected 1-2 AM. I honestly do not remember. It is possible. But that surely does not excuse the way they handled it. I am glad I got out of this arrangement and saved my family the trouble of dealing with these people. Dodged a bullet!

A great place to stay.. new .. clean and close to everything. Location is amazing .. service is wonderful and the staff are very friendly and helpful.. Highly recommended for families as apartments are spacious. If ur looking for a place close to Taksim book Garlon without hesitation

اسوء فندق في التعامل مع الضيوف وخاصة المدعو عبدالرحمن كذاب متلاعب حجزت استديو في المبني الجديد وتم تسكيني في المبني القديم ووعدني بأن يغير الغرفه ثاني يوم وبدا بالتهرب ورفض تغيير الغرفة وسكنت بغرفه طول المده اقل من التي حجزت ولما واجهته قال لي هذا الموجود واذا خرجت لن تعود لك نقودك وللاسف لايوجد ادارة ولا استقبال او ريسبشن.. مالك الا الكاذب عبدالرحمن نصيحة ابعدوا عن هالفندق موجود ارخص وافضل تعامل
