I recently stayed at the Sultan Hamit Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and basilica cistern. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Special thanks to Omina and Hanifi, they were very kind and accomodating. Also to the one who did my check in, i forgot to ask his name, thanks to you too. My room was comfortable, clean. Thanks to the lady who always insists to clean it, always smiling. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring a variety of traditional dishes that energized my mornings. I highly recommend the Sultan Hamit Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Istanbul! -Elli

The hotel was very well located , at walking distance from the major attractions.The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was clean and the service staff ensured that it was cleaned at regular intervals. However, the room size left me wanting for more. One felt a bit congested and made me rethink my booking. Nonetheless, it was not too bad but one could get better deals in Istanbul for the same amount of money.

Very good location. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi palace all are in walking distance, max 5-10 min walk.

Absolute nasty piece of work and practice of business. I booked a hotel with them for a few days but due to unforeseen medical emergency at home I had to cancel my trip. They would not cooperate with insurance claim at all. They would not issue a letter of no-show and also they would not even tell Trip.com that I did not show up to their hotel. Not what anyone need in this stressful time. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff, including the owner, were very hospitable, and we appreciated the early check-in. The breakfast was excellent, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone staying on Sultanahmet. It was our first visit to Turkey, and we're grateful for the wonderful experience

海景房景色確實很美，但是完全不推薦大家去住。 這家酒店似乎有個無法解決的問題——洗澡水。 任何時間使用他們的浴室洗澡都是忽冷忽熱的水，為了這個問題我找酒店換過一次房間，但是熱水還是一樣糟糕…也就是説這不是某間房的問題而是整個酒店的問題…以及住在2樓水壓也不正常，出水情況如圖3所示… 所以，儘管酒店服務員態度挺好的，但恕我無法給出好評，大家要選這家酒店的話要慎重考慮一下😞

Отличный отель, очень удобное расположение до всех достопримечательностей, рядом дворец Топаклы, завтраки просто супер, большой выбор еды, весь персонал очень доброжелательный, рекомендую)

We enjoyed very much our 4 night stay in this hotel. Best highlights: walking distance to all sightseeing places, markets and restaurants. Huge variety of beautiful authentic Turkish cuisine for breakfast. Very clean. Stunning view from our window to Bosphorus. Amazing staff that exceeded our expectations. They helped us with many tasks and bookings. They also give a good advice if you have any questions where to buy things and where to go. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved the experience! The hotel is located in the heart of Fatih and is close to all the landmarks. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help (especially with laundry 😍) In love with Istanbul and this place! Greetings from Russia

Enjoyful stay . staff iş amazing helpful . İ want to thank spesificly Oumaima and Omina whos speaking really well English . Thank you guys . The room was cozy clean evden without view but it was our choise because of the budget we choise an economic room in the basement floor . But it was really confortable . Breakfast is a buffet with many options İ enjoy the cheeses categories .

The location very close to St. Sophia, Blu Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hippodrome, in a strategic position. Our rooms were very confortable and the staff at the reception has been extremely kind. Many thanks to Mr. Murat and Mrs. Oumaima who helped us organizing the visit of the old town in a short time. I absokutely suggest this choice for a short stay in Istanbul. Giorgio

We had 3 rooms for a week at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful . Irina and Safik they both made our stay very special. The breakfast is basic but good. In the afternoon and evening they have coffee and tea and cookies . There is a small outdoor sitting in front of the hotel that is very nice for sitting at night and having a tea . The AC works pretty good in the rooms

We stayed at the hotel for only 3 nights. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the most interesting historical places in Istanbul, such as: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and others. It is quiet here (except for the screams of seagulls) and very cozy. Clean and comfortable rooms. The room has a refrigerator, TV, separate lighting. An iron will be provided if necessary. On the ground floor there are economy class rooms, higher up there are slightly more expensive rooms. The hotel has a restaurant with simple cuisine that suits every taste and religious preference. All staff are courteous and helpful. They always help with any question or request. The staff speaks English, French and Russian I especially want to express my gratitude to the administrator Olivia (perhaps the name is spelled differently) and Irina. Both girls are very positive and responsive. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
