Hotel berhampiran Çilingir Köyü Merkez Cami, Istanbul

Жесткий лухари отель около аэропорта IST. Подходит исключительно на одну ночь. Вторую выдержать сложно. В номере жарко. Шумоизоляцию не заложили в проект при строительстве. Спать можно, но в берушах. В пятницу вечером из соседнего здания орала музыка (арабское техно) до часу ночи. Выяснилось, что против арабского техно беруши бессильны. Вокруг отеля пустырь и пару кебабных, поесть без прямого ущерба для здоровья сложно. Зато прямо через дорогу есть огромная мечеть. Я таких огромных мечетей в жизни не видел. Поэтому будильник утром можно не заводить, проснетесь по воле аллаха. Персонал хороший, это да. Это плюс. Но, блин, конкретно в этом отеле хороший русскоговорящий персонал погоды не сделает. Тем не менее мы все очень любим хай-класс и супер вип, поэтому все неудобства - фигня. Ведь номер стоит всего 1000 лир! Айда в Лухари!

Prenotato tramite una piattaforma on-line, per una notte per uno scalo aereo in orari impossibili. La reception è molto gentile e pronta: tramite whatsapp si viene contattati e si concorda il transfer da e per l'aeroporto (a 20 euro a viaggio). Il transfer funziona anche di notte, basta prenotare in tempo. Le camere sono nuove, ben allestite e ben pulite. L'hotel offre anche un servizio cucina, molto caldeggiato, ma che non abbiamo provato. La zona è isolata, ma la struttura funge soprattutto da luogo di pernottamento per chi si deve imbarcare.

Very professional driver. Mr Mehmet who was in contact with me prior to landing and patiently waiting for my arrival after clearing customs. The front desk staff, Kader is very pleasant. Check in is fast and the message prior to my arrival was reassuring. The hotel is near the airport and I would recommend it for a layover. It is clean and the staff even leave complimentary snacks and water. Thank you for the hospitality, diligent staff: housekeeping, front desk and driver for shuttle.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

Es ist fast nah zu allem . Zimmer sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Bilder . Service sehr nett . Alles eigentlich super , außer dass es das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite lag und man morgens etwas den Lärm von Verkehr mıtbekommt aber es hat nicht gestört . Alles war gut .. Es ist reichlich für die Leute die sich nicht die ganze Zeit im Zimmer aufhalten ..

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. I booked this hotel in good faith only to find yet again the positive reviews were not at all in keeping with the property. The hotel was noisy and every coming and going could be heard d. Additional for about an hour drums were banging to call the faithful to eat befor dawn as it is ramandan. I have travelled extensively in many Muslim countries during the holy month and never have experienced this; and I had includes Istanbul. I could not sleep while xhveas made harder as there were no curtains, just a net that lit the room up as soon as dawn broke. I complained at 6 am and thought I came to am amicable agreement but by 10am, this had changed and the manager became rude and aggressive. I felt threatened and unsafe and was coerced into saying I had missed my flight as I was told categorically this was the only one at I would get my money back. I questioned this but to no avail. He was adamant. The manager has not been truthful with *********** saying he gave me €175 when he in fact gave me €150 and effectively told me to leave his hotel. Another shameful example of the lack of truth. This is an atrotucios accommodation and I urge you to avoid

Our stay was really pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel is great! Really close to all of the monuments, the city centre and good restaurants. You have everything you need on the same street. The staff is always friendly! At the reception Selim was really welcoming and helpful and also the guys at the breakfast service Mehmet and Yalain :) ( I hope I wrote the names right) The cleaning service also really good! At general a lovely stay for our first time in Istanbul.
