Secara kebetulan, apabila saya datang ke hotel itu kebetulan adalah operasi percubaan, dan hampir tiada tetamu semasa wabak itu. Apabila saya mula-mula mendaftar masuk, saya hampir seorang sahaja yang bersarapan setiap hari. Makan: Dalam tempoh masa ini, saya telah memesan semua dalam menu untuk rujukan anda. Jika tidak ada gambar, anda boleh mendaftar masuk. Saya terutama mengesyorkan salad daging lembu dan sayur-sayuran (dengan kacang hijau dan taugeh) dan MANTI Turki, ”NIHAO” juga bagus. Menginap: Hotel ini mempunyai pengalaman yang sangat baik dalam semua aspek. Bilik ini mempunyai ketuhar, mesin basuh, mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk, dsb., dan semua kemudahan adalah hampir serba baharu. Terdapat bilik aktiviti kanak-kanak khas; kawasan kecergasan adalah sangat besar, dan terdapat bilik berputar dan Pilates khas; kolam renang dalaman sangat indah, dan terdapat wap kering dan wap basah di bilik persalinan. Ia mungkin kerana operasi percubaan. Dari semasa ke semasa, kakitangan meminta saya memberi pendapat, terutamanya yang ingin mendapatkan maklum balas daripada pelanggan, tetapi saya benar-benar minta maaf, saya benar-benar tidak dapat memberi sebarang pendapat. Good hotel with neat surroundings. Other points below - 1 - Very Very far from the tourist locations. So its a little cheaper compared to other hotels near the tourist locations. However you have to spend a lot of money on cabs ( at least 600TL on a mini van) to go the Grand Bazaar and other tourist locations. These type of hotels are preferred by ticketing agency to make a good commission. 2 - The hotel is good with nice people at the reception. However, there is no one to help you with the baggage. We were 6 in total and had at least 5 big baggages which we carried ourselves to the room. So to me, this is more of a low cost hotel. 3 - Breakfast is average ( for Indians). mostly continental - sausages, scrambled eggs, toasts, corn flakes, juice, etc.. 4 - The rooms were spacious with single bed for 3 of us in one room. 5 - The bathrooms were also good. Dont forget that there is a bidet :) 6 - Cleaning of the room will be done everyday and was done nicely. 7 - Another issue with this hotel is the food you order from room. The order goes to another restaurant outside, so you need to wait for sometime for your food to arrive. Again it could be on the costlier side. 8 - The service from room is not good. I had asked for ceramic cups for drinking tea but was not given at all. My friend asked for extra paper cups and they gave just 1. 9 - There is just one good restaurant nearby and you need to walk at least a km for that. 10 - There is a supermarket nearby which is just 500 m away, so you can get your important stuffs from there. If you want a budget hotel and ready to travel a lot everyday to see the tourist locations, go for this, otherwise skip it.

Hi Me and my wife we came to Instanbul for clinic surgery. Due to the clinic messed up the hotels , we have been send to Centro Hotel. We arrived at 9.30 in the reception and since that hour we have been checked in at 14.00 in our rooms. Since we’ve paid , we should’ve be entitle for the breakfast. Unfortunately no. So me and my wife we have to pay to can get breakfast. The reception staff very very rude. They don’t care and all the time , but their excuse “ we don’t know nothing “ We explained to the reception that we are staying 2 days, after we check out , going to the hospital and after 2 days we will come back to check in. We went hour the first day , we came back we went upstairs , couldn’t open the door , went to reception apparently we have been checked out without to get informed( money , luggages left in the room) Went to the reception “ typical answer : we don’t know nothing “ The receptionist very rude . In the end we have checked in again. Coming back from the hospital , of course we haven’t received the same room , ok no worries , but again very upsetting we received the awful room( toilet door broken , sink drainage smell very bad , walls dirty , furniture chipped ) - suppose to be 5* hotel. Not really I was talking with the reception , nothing has been done. After 1 day I went again downstairs and finally they change our room. Not very impressed. Asked for an extra pillow - 1 day to get it. Food at the hotel- stay away - very expensive and not impressive. Answer for the management: Yes I have complaint and raise my complains, but it takes a while to be solved. In one word , try to avoid this hotel. Disappointed.

I should firstly say that all staff at the hotel are amazing. They are polite and so helpful. One of the staff who stands in front of the door went to the road and found a taxi for us and bring it to the door when there was no taxi around. HOWEVER, generally the hotel cannot be considered as four star, it can hardly be a 3 star hotel. There are two significant negative points which makes the whole experience bad: 1. The room: room was big enough but the decoration and amenities were so outdated, the view was rubbish, when we entered lots of bad smell made us so disappointed. the bathroom was the worst part. broken shower holder (I told the reception but it wasnt sorted), shortage of toilet tissues, smell, broken toilet seat, awkward toilet tissue holder, etc. 2. breakfast: This was the worst part of the experience. The breakfast was so basic. just lots of cheese and cheese!!!, no cream, a couple of choices for bread, a few choices of sausages, all not really nice, very basic. occasionally you could find something else like aubergines. Fruits (whole oranges and pears and occasionally melons, not every day, and if you are late nothing. I had to ask the staff why the empty dishes are not updated and they said its finished, while all breakfast must be available during the whole breakfast time). same with juice (only lemonade every day) and again if you are late no juice. a hot drink, only tea!!!! unbelievably no coffee!!! When I asked for coffee they said you need to pay extra!!!!! BUT MOST TERRIBLE part was that the staff were told to ask guests if they need fried eggs (omelette in Turkish!). and when you said yes, they bring fried eggs but charge you 46tl!!! There were lots of arguments during breakfast between staff and guests about this. They also put some other sweets like pancakes etc. on the other side and children could see and ask for them, but again you had to pay extra. I had several arguments with staff and realised this has nothing to do with them. This is a wrong policy dictated by the manager who doesn't want to accept these are wrong. We have already paid extra for breakfast, why do we need to pay again for things like coffee, fried eggs, sweets, and so on? why things are finished before breakfast time finishes... overall, if breakfast and bathroom are important for you, and you want a hotel close to attractions avid this hotel. another thing was that during booking I saw there is a sauna and gym but no one gave us information about these.

It is a very wonderful hotel and has all the wonderful services. We had a great time at this hotel. We hope to return to the hotel on the next trip. I should firstly say that all staff at the hotel are amazing. They are polite and so helpful. One of the staff who stands in front of the door went to the road and found a taxi for us and bring it to the door when there was no taxi around. HOWEVER, generally the hotel cannot be considered as four star, it can hardly be a 3 star hotel. There are two significant negative points which makes the whole experience bad: 1. The room: room was big enough but the decoration and amenities were so outdated, the view was rubbish, when we entered lots of bad smell made us so disappointed. the bathroom was the worst part. broken shower holder (I told the reception but it wasnt sorted), shortage of toilet tissues, smell, broken toilet seat, awkward toilet tissue holder, etc. 2. breakfast: This was the worst part of the experience. The breakfast was so basic. just lots of cheese and cheese!!!, no cream, a couple of choices for bread, a few choices of sausages, all not really nice, very basic. occasionally you could find something else like aubergines. Fruits (whole oranges and pears and occasionally melons, not every day, and if you are late nothing. I had to ask the staff why the empty dishes are not updated and they said its finished, while all breakfast must be available during the whole breakfast time). same with juice (only lemonade every day) and again if you are late no juice. a hot drink, only tea!!!! unbelievably no coffee!!! When I asked for coffee they said you need to pay extra!!!!! BUT MOST TERRIBLE part was that the staff were told to ask guests if they need fried eggs (omelette in Turkish!). and when you said yes, they bring fried eggs but charge you 46tl!!! There were lots of arguments during breakfast between staff and guests about this. They also put some other sweets like pancakes etc. on the other side and children could see and ask for them, but again you had to pay extra. I had several arguments with staff and realised this has nothing to do with them. This is a wrong policy dictated by the manager who doesn't want to accept these are wrong. We have already paid extra for breakfast, why do we need to pay again for things like coffee, fried eggs, sweets, and so on? why things are finished before breakfast time finishes... overall, if breakfast and bathroom are important for you, and you want a hotel close to attractions avid this hotel. another thing was that during booking I saw there is a sauna and gym but no one gave us information about these.

It is a very wonderful hotel and has all the wonderful services. We had a great time at this hotel. We hope to return to the hotel on the next trip. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a person who is fluent in some languages, especially Arabic, and this is an excellent thing for people coming from Arab countries.
