English here, Portuguese below. we arrived to the room and immediately smelled and saw visible mold & mildew in pillows, bedding, mattress (photo attached). Both manager's acknowledged a very bad smell, walked in 2 other rooms which also were infested with mold. I told them that I had an allergy. they agreed to refund my money but "because it was Sunday night they were not allowed to process the refund and they'd contact me on Monday."... It's been 4 days, they haven't responded to emails or calls. not only lied to and disrespected but now they have taken my $900 USD and will not return it. This is theft and they should be reported to the health authorities for having unsafe rooms. I don't want anyone else to go through the trouble and pain that I have gone through on my honeymoon. No one at the entire property spoke any English and they were very hesitant to work with us in any way. When we booked at another hotel, the workers who worked there before said that they had worked at that the new owner is a mine owner who ruined the hotel and let it fall into disrepair, with no managemendtat all. It did not have working fans or air conditioning in the room, which is probably why it was infested with mold. The new owner bought this place and did not want to take care of it anymore and subcontract tracted it and it has fallen apart completely. many people have complained about this hotel and the fact that they don't answer emails or phone calls shows that they are disorganized unprofessional and not a real hotel. The new owner that took over a few years ago used to own a mine and used the name of an eco-resort to pretend that he was eco-friendly but really anyone who works or owns a mind could never with good conscience actually say that they were protecting the planet when they are pillaging all of her resources. This is a big lie, and I don't think anyone should be supporting them. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life ....................... Tirei uma foto que está anexada aqui. eles vieram para o quarto e o gerente reconheceu que tinha um cheiro muito ruim, entramos em outros dois quartos que também estavam infestados de mofo. Eu disse a eles que tinha alergia e eles concordaram em devolver meu dinheiro. disseram que por ser domingo à noite não tinham permissão para processar o reembolso e que entrariam em contato comigo na segunda-feira. já se passaram 4 dias e eles não apenas não estão respondendo aos e-mails, mas também não atenderam o telefone. Tentei ligar e enviar e-mails todos os dias desde que saí e eles não responderam. Sinto que não apenas mentiram e foram desrespeitados, mas agora eles pegaram meus $900 US e não vão devolvê-los. Isso é roubo e devem ser denunciados às autoridades de saúde por terem quartos inseguros.
