Hello good morning, my name is Yuval Shaul Unfortunately, my experience with booking and the hotel I booked is not a good one. My parents flew to Izomir in Turkey for a vacation. Their names are Hamotel and Shlomi Shaul I booked them LA'GORA hotel for 3 nights between the dates: 03-06/08/2023 (the reservation is in the name of my mother Hamotel Shaul) On Thursday 3/8/2023 when they arrived at the hotel, they checked in. They were not in the room and went for a walk. When they came back at night and showered, there was no hot water at all but frozen water in the shower! In the morning when my father got up, he immediately ran to tell the reception about the terrible problem that it was not possible to take a shower and that it was not okay at all. And the clerks received him at the reception, understood him completely and said that unfortunately it was a malfunction in the hotel and that it is not expected to be fixed at the moment. My father said he couldn't stay because of this problem, they understood him completely and told him to talk to Booking, and that they take responsibility for the problem, and that he should talk to Booking, who will send a request to cancel the cancellation, and the hotel will approve the cancellation even without a fine! Because they take responsibility for the malfunction of the hot water and understand that a guest cannot stay with such a malfunction. My parents called me that morning from the reception because I made the reservation for them through you. I called you at 9:00 and spoke with a representative named Tomer. He understood the situation and called the hotel and asked them to confirm the cancellation he sent. He will confirm the cancellation. So, I told my parents to leave the hotel so as not to waste their time and go to another hotel that we closed at that moment so that they could continue the trip, and mainly because the officials stated that it would be a shame to wait because the cancellation from the hotel takes 3-5 days. On Saturday 8/5/2023 I received a booking email from you to the phone at this address that I sent this email to. An email stating that the hotel claims that we did not check in at the hotel and do we confirm this statement Of course I mentioned that they were at the hotel and had checked in. At that moment I sent an email to the hotel, asking why they don't confirm the cancellation as they said and point out that we didn't do it, of course they didn't respond to my email. Yesterday, at noon, I spoke again with a representative named Majda who was lovely and understood the case and said she would help as much as possible and talked to the hotel and said she refuses to verify that he did yes he checked no and asked for proof that they were at the hotel. He is from France, they took pictures from the hotel and even took pictures from inside their room!! So how does the hotel say they did not check in?? Please prove it to them with these pictures. Our stay at this business hotel was truly exceptional, ranking among the best we've experienced. Situated in the heart of Izmir and conveniently within walking distance of the Aegean Sea, this hotel boasts close proximity to several historical landmarks, including the Kemeralti market, Kizlaragasi Khan, Kavaflar bazaar, Agora, and the iconic Konak clocktower and pier. Remarkably, even though we had booked a standard room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spacious layout and exquisite design. To top it off, the terrace restaurant offers a breathtaking panoramic view, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

Mekan konum olarak çok iyi ama gürültü olarak felaket. Odalar özensiz duş başlık yeri kırık elimle başlığı tutarak duş aldim. Perde eksikti eklettik. Kedimiz için kaldık ama pişman olduk. Son kaldığımız gece sarhoş olduğunu düşündüğümüz yan odadaki kişinin sesiyle uyuyamadık en sonunda saat gece 1 civarı resepsiyonu arayarak ancak sesi düşürtebildik. Biz uyarmasak ses çıkaran yok. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Eşim bile çok tedirgin oldu. Biraz daha devam etse polisi arayacaktık.

Bu ikinci kalışım, ilk seferkine göre serviste düşüş var, özellikle kahvaltı kalitesi ve servis düşmüş. Porsiyonlanmış tabaklar önceden hazırlanmış, salamlar falan çok yenilebilir durumda değil. Ekmekler ısıtılmamış, simitler lastik gibi geliyor. Servis elemanları neredeyse lütfen servis veriyor. Bir akşam restaurantta yemek yiyelim dedik garson bize başka yerlerde daha çok opsiyon var dedi ve dışarıyı tavsiye etti. temiZlik servisi güzel, duşlarda su tazzikli değil. Bir daha kalırmıyım bilmem. Denize bakan odalar ve dizayn çok güzel.

Konak merkezde de birçok otelde konakladim BestWestern in konumu gercekten cok güzel Ayrıca yalitimi da iyi bir otel Otelde bir toplanti yaptik ve suremizi aşmamıza ragmen sağolsunlar baya yardımcı oldular.. Yani çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya calisan bir ekip Kahvaltıda cesit ga*** güzel ve kahvaltinin yapıldığı mekanin manzarasi çok hoş Elestirebilecegim tek konu, odalarin zeminleride ki halı. Alerjisi olan insanlar için bu odalarda ki hali konusundan artik vazgeçilmesi gerektigini dusunuyorum Bunun haricinde , is veya gezmeye geldiginizde konaklama için rahatlikla tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel

位置無敵，就在愛琴海旁，海景標準特大床房房間不算很大，30平不到點，但是有一面很大的落地窗，去的時候已經沒有3樓及以上（實際是3樓，一樓是lobby）的樓層了，但依然是無敵海景。玩一天累了回到房間，躺在能轉的圓形沙發裏看着夕陽墜入地平線着實是人生美事。而且早餐不錯的，比後面住的麗思卡爾頓強不少，光是蛋的料理就有一張菜單。點了椒鹽太陽蛋和班尼迪，都是飯店正經brunch的水平，好吃，而且景色也是無敵。 前台服務很好，我們到的早，還儘快讓客房打掃，1點就入住了。

I was at the hotel for a week. I wasn’t a fan and remain unhappy with the hotel and its staff. The cleaning staff were amazing and kept the room nice. The reception staff were grumpy and unwilling to help when things went wrong during my stay. I would never recommend this hotel and would suggest you avoid it completely. The area of izmir is also very strange, as I’ve been to Istanbul, marmaris and Antalya where people are friendlier and services are better! So the hotel: * windows open from bottom to top, very dangerous and can easily fall out and die! * cockroach in bathroom, they changed my room once but I found more and started going to the toilet downstairs! * hotel only gives 1 small 500ml bottle of water for free each day, so you have to go buy your own water locally! I’ve been to a lot of countries where they give you free complimentary water with a larger limit or at times no limit to how much water you want, so this shocked me at the hotel! * tv did not work and the staff were not willing to help when I called downstairs. * lift is tiny and only for 2 people at a time so expect to wait a while to go upstairs to your room! * breakfast is very basic, tasteless, bland and I was unwell/vomited once! Anyway, that’s my review, and I’ve been as honest as I can. I won’t be returning to the hotel or to izmir, there are scammers everywhere and the taxi drivers are rude and aggressive! I managed to see some sights locally but nothing to sing and dance about.
