The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

Ein Mövenpick Hotel sollte nicht Ihre Zimmern vernachlässigen - dann kommen die Gäste auch für ein herrliches Frühstück. Das Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich ist in schlechtem Zustand, wenn für ein Business-Reise gebucht ist reicht alle für allemal. Fitnessbereich hat eine super Aussicht morgens zum Meer hinaus. Kaputte Fenster (417) haben uns nicht gestört aber es ist ganz billig wenn die Badezimmertür nicht zu geht!

Yorumlara bakarak gelmeyecektik ama şans vermek istedik. Otele yorumları sorduğumuzda hk ile problem yaşadıklarını ve hemen değiştirdiklerini söylediler. Odalar temizdi . Jakuzi vardı ve keyifliydi bahsedildiği gibi odayı veya banyoyu su basmadı. Aşağıda meyhane vardı aşağıdan ses geliyordu ama rahatsız edecek kadar değildi . Ama meyhane de yer ayırmamıza ve telefon numaramızı bırakmamıza rağmen en köşeyi vermişler rüzgar çok estiği için değiştirmelerini rica ettik . Bize kaba yaklaştılar rezervasyonu iptal etmemiz lazımdı siz çok geç geldiniz dediler ama onun için puan kırmayacağım. Keyifli bir deneyimdi fiyat performans oteliydi. Resepsiyonda bulunan iki hanımefendiye yardımları için teşekkür ederiz

Hello good morning, my name is Yuval Shaul Unfortunately, my experience with booking and the hotel I booked is not a good one. My parents flew to Izomir in Turkey for a vacation. Their names are Hamotel and Shlomi Shaul I booked them LA'GORA hotel for 3 nights between the dates: 03-06/08/2023 (the reservation is in the name of my mother Hamotel Shaul) On Thursday 3/8/2023 when they arrived at the hotel, they checked in. They were not in the room and went for a walk. When they came back at night and showered, there was no hot water at all but frozen water in the shower! In the morning when my father got up, he immediately ran to tell the reception about the terrible problem that it was not possible to take a shower and that it was not okay at all. And the clerks received him at the reception, understood him completely and said that unfortunately it was a malfunction in the hotel and that it is not expected to be fixed at the moment. My father said he couldn't stay because of this problem, they understood him completely and told him to talk to Booking, and that they take responsibility for the problem, and that he should talk to Booking, who will send a request to cancel the cancellation, and the hotel will approve the cancellation even without a fine! Because they take responsibility for the malfunction of the hot water and understand that a guest cannot stay with such a malfunction. My parents called me that morning from the reception because I made the reservation for them through you. I called you at 9:00 and spoke with a representative named Tomer. He understood the situation and called the hotel and asked them to confirm the cancellation he sent. He will confirm the cancellation. So, I told my parents to leave the hotel so as not to waste their time and go to another hotel that we closed at that moment so that they could continue the trip, and mainly because the officials stated that it would be a shame to wait because the cancellation from the hotel takes 3-5 days. On Saturday 8/5/2023 I received a booking email from you to the phone at this address that I sent this email to. An email stating that the hotel claims that we did not check in at the hotel and do we confirm this statement Of course I mentioned that they were at the hotel and had checked in. At that moment I sent an email to the hotel, asking why they don't confirm the cancellation as they said and point out that we didn't do it, of course they didn't respond to my email. Yesterday, at noon, I spoke again with a representative named Majda who was lovely and understood the case and said she would help as much as possible and talked to the hotel and said she refuses to verify that he did yes he checked no and asked for proof that they were at the hotel. He is from France, they took pictures from the hotel and even took pictures from inside their room!! So how does the hotel say they did not check in?? Please prove it to them with these pictures. The Key hotel is located within walking distance to Konak square, lots of lovely restaurants, Konak pier and a wonderful waterfront promenade. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a free mini bar. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was quite delicious. Service is excellent and always with a smile. The toiletries were by Molton Brown which is a favorite of mine. On the whole it was an excellent stay.

I was at the hotel for a week. I wasn’t a fan and remain unhappy with the hotel and its staff. The cleaning staff were amazing and kept the room nice. The reception staff were grumpy and unwilling to help when things went wrong during my stay. I would never recommend this hotel and would suggest you avoid it completely. The area of izmir is also very strange, as I’ve been to Istanbul, marmaris and Antalya where people are friendlier and services are better! So the hotel: * windows open from bottom to top, very dangerous and can easily fall out and die! * cockroach in bathroom, they changed my room once but I found more and started going to the toilet downstairs! * hotel only gives 1 small 500ml bottle of water for free each day, so you have to go buy your own water locally! I’ve been to a lot of countries where they give you free complimentary water with a larger limit or at times no limit to how much water you want, so this shocked me at the hotel! * tv did not work and the staff were not willing to help when I called downstairs. * lift is tiny and only for 2 people at a time so expect to wait a while to go upstairs to your room! * breakfast is very basic, tasteless, bland and I was unwell/vomited once! Anyway, that’s my review, and I’ve been as honest as I can. I won’t be returning to the hotel or to izmir, there are scammers everywhere and the taxi drivers are rude and aggressive! I managed to see some sights locally but nothing to sing and dance about.

Good value for money. Breakfast is surprisingly very good. The hosts can communicate in English well. Location is very good. 2 subway stations are within 6 minutes from the hotel. Just take bus 302 from the izmir otogar to reach the hotel. Weak wifi is the only downside. We can overcome that wifi issue by just sitting outside the hotel room.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. The location is good, on the border of the Konak in a small street that leads to the boulevard. There are two bus stations and one metro station nearby. The sea and the Clock Tower are an easy walk, half an hour... My room was very small but clean. The problem was the window that could not be opened and ventilation was not possible. There is no partition or shower curtain in the bathroom. There is also no shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea...

Bayram tatili için 4 kişi gelip iki oda tuttuk, öncelikle telefonda teyitleştiğimiz fiyattan veremeyeceklerine dair küçük bir sorun yaşadık. Bu sorunu hallettikten sonra odalarımıza çıktığımız da tam bir rezillikle karşılaştık. Temizlenmiş denilen odalarımızda tuvaletler temiz değildi. Çarşaflarımızda söylemediğimiz sürece değişmedi. Kahvaltısı ise çok zayıftı. Sıcak yiyecekler sıcak değildi, çay makinesi bozuktu ve makinenin yanına bıraktıkları çaydanlıktaki çay soğuk ve kapağı açıktı. Kahve istememiz ise adeta bir ayıp oldu. Bayram yoğunluğunu düşünemeden olsa gerek(iyimser düşünüyorum) kahvelerinin bittiğiniz ve temin edemeyeceklerini sert bir dille bildirdiler. Bu konuda rahatsızlığımı dile getirmemiz üzerine, açık bir yer olmadığını,temin etmeleri için yönetimi bildirdiklerini fakat bir aksiyon alınmadığını dile getirdiler. Kolaylık yaşadığımız tek nokta otele erken giriş yapabilemizdi(çokta sorun değildi erken girmemiz sadece rica ettik)Kırmadılar sağolsunlar. Birde belboy Ersin bey vardı ki kendisine kocaman teşekkür ediyorum Güler yüzü ve yardımseverliği için. Tüm otel çalışanları kabaydı. Kendisi hariç. Bu otelde üçüncü ve son konaklamam. Fiyatına alda aldanarak sakın gitmeyin. Merkezi olması dışında hiç bir avantajı yok. Kaldı ki Alsancakta aynı fiyata daha temiz oteller var. Üzülerek söylemeliyim, çok kötü bir deneyimdi bir daha asla bu otelde kalmam
