The facility itself is decent, especially the public bath. However, as an airport hotel, I believe the most crucial aspect is a reliable shuttle service. The hotel explicitly states in its description that it offers a free shuttle, which was the main reason we chose to book it. However, upon check-in, we discovered that the shuttle service only operates before 11 AM, runs just once per hour, and has very limited capacity. By the time we arrived, all available slots were fully booked, leaving us with no choice but to either take a train or a taxi to the airport the next day. A taxi costs around 5,000 yen, while taking the train requires a walk of over 10 minutes to Terminal 1—both of which are incredibly frustrating and inconvenient for an airport hotel. I would not recommend staying here at all. Additionally, compared to other OMO hotels we have stayed at, this one feels noticeably lower in quality.

This hotel is perfect either for a quick stop or longer stay. It is easy to get to from the Osaka airport and it takes less than 10mins to get there by JR train. It’s within walking distance to Osaka Bay, Marble Beach, Rinku park, Rinku premier outlets and Seacle mall/plaza. The hotel check in is at 3pm. Upon arrival you use the self checkin system in the lobby (there are staff available to assist you if needed). The process is easy and fast. If you need any amenities such as toothpaste m, toothbrush etc, you pick them up from the lobby before you head on up to your room. The room we had which was a standard view was very clean. The space was just enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. The shower/bath was very clean. It’s not a huge space in there, but it has everything you need for a shower or a bath. Not many people would agree, but I’m all for sustainable practice. Instead of having bottled water in each room, every floor has a hydration room where you can take the water jug/flask from your room and fill it up with filtered and drinkable water. The tap water in our room was not recommended for drinking. However, if you do want bottled water you can pop over to Lawson on first floor and buy some and some snacks. The hydration room has a filtered water machine, ice machine and a microwave. The buffet breakfast is AMAZING! There’s a lot of options from Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. The service is great and the view is spectacular. Get there early to sit by the window. This hotel has a rooftop area that serves craft beer and food. The view is lovely! The pictures I included are of the view from the hotel room I stayed in, the pancake station for breakfast, rooftop view at night. Totally recommend this place.

Conveniently located next to JR station and nearby the KIX airport, the hotel looks/ feels new and modern. Only complaint is the dryer in the laundry room- it is not working properly and our clothes were still damp despite paying for 100mins of use!! Wasted our time and money!

Booked 4 nights here, I enjoyed the sunset from my room window. The view on the 20th floor is stunning, and the open sky view on the 21st floor is completely breathtaking! This hotel is one station away from the Kansai (KIX) Airport, and it is good for your final stop just before a flight home because the RINKU PREMIUM OUTLET is just 15 mins walk frm hotel! However, if u wish to explore Tokyo,Kyoto, Nara, the travel distance is really far . This hotel has a spa bath too but my sister and I didn't have time to experience it. Lawson convenience store is located at hotel lobby an another bigger one is just by the Rinku Town station. To get to the hotel, alight at Rinku Town station, take exit 5 . Check-in is strictly only at 15:00 hrs NO exception at all, regardless you're travelling with an elderly OR a pregnant lady. (I saw these guests waited at the lobby together with me and was thinking, why would the hotel make the guests gather and accumulate rather than assign them into any of the rooms available given their priority/ needs ) If one needs to check in earlier than 3pm, an hourly charge of 1220 ¥en is required. Hotel operates with an auto check-in system via the kiosk at lobby. I would probably stay again next time if I travel to Japan with my spouse, but would only book 2 nights at most. (Just to conveniently shop at Rinku Premium store/get to the airport) Daily room rate is quite expensive 😅

Need self checkin with no services counter. A lot of parking space but they told you it is full although you stay in their hotel. Restaurant is nice on 21/F to have great sea view.

The location is perfect. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to airport.

OMO is a very good hotel that I came again after one year time. Its location is excellent and I booked it for shopping at Rinku outlet. I could return to hotel very soon after shopping. Will recommend to others.

Totally amazing experience! Convenient location, very clean and spacious room (compared to other similar price range hotels in Japan)! The many tiny details in the facilities and amenities making the stay really cosy and efficient!

One train stop away from the Kansai airport. If you manage your time well, they provided free shuttle bus pick up from airport. Self check in with minimum assist. Overall small room but not too dated hotel. The buffet dinner is delicious with a nice view from the restaurant.

The room is not big, the design in Kumamoto OMO is better than this but still good tho.

The hotel located near Rinku Premium out and Rinku town station. However, the bathroom is a problem. No place to hang towel and cloth. Not convenience if you stay with friend. But the egg benedic is yummy.

Walking distance from Train to hotel. self check in and dining place is at top level and very nice view of habour.1 stop to airport. highly recommended.

Omo is a new and very nice hotel. Self check in, very smooth. Lobby has smoking area & Lawson. Walking distance to Rinku Town.

It is very new, with “hotspring” and shuttle bus to airport. One point to note is that pls make reservation online at the time you checkin to secure the shuttle bus seat. Very happy stay
