The hotel was nice, the staff were not listening to what they were told , when i checked out their took 2 hours to sort out my bill, they were charging me for all the other guests, which they didn’t explain, i have never been so stressed out, they don’t really understand how to explain anything, what a nightmare.

I was stay for night only ***** with my family, never expected such a worse experience in that hotel, room was terrible with so much dirt and low quality lenin provided by them, in a cost of 4500 i would expecting something good but come out with worsen experience, i am not recommended it to anyone

Every staff asking for tip only, they don’t want to serve guest. No responsibility for asking for something. The way manger talk like guest are baggers.
